They were very friendly from the start when Nichole picked us up just outside the cruise port. She was waiting to welcome us and take us out to the east side of the island where we met the staff and received operation instructions on the ATV's. Our guide was very accommodating and adjusted to a speed that was comfortable for my wife. We made our way down the trails and into a few small seaside towns like Punta Gorda. After going back to the starting point we met Mama and had some of her wonderful homemade hibiscus juice drink. She then prepared us a plate of some wonderful local foods which were delicious. When we were ready, Nichole was waiting to take us back to the cruise port with a bottle of cold water for the roughly 40 min drive. She told us about the different areas as we passed and some of the island traditions and celebrations. My wife and I enjoyed the excursion and would recommend it to anyone who is asking.

We enjoyed our time out. Shem our driver was nice and kept up good conversation with my husband. We cane by cruise ship and got off early. We were able to walk outside of tge terminal and find the company easily. There are many people outside trying to sell other excursions but they didn't hesitate to point us in the right direction for this one. We did the ATV ride. It was nice. However, we didn't go through a jungle. It was really a ride through a rual neighborhood. I was expecting an actual jungle, like a perseve or something. But the area was nice enough. We got a chance to see how the locals live snd that was interesting enough for me. The food tasting at Mama's place was very good. Nothing too heavy but a good sample of some local dishes. Due to the weather we went to the monkey rescue instead of the beach. We did have to pay extra. It was nice also. Afterwards, Shem dropped us off back at the port directly. All abd all I felt the experience was worth the price.

Carlos was our amazing tour guide and thanks to him we were able to complete our day without loosing our minds. As we were driving to the ATV tour he told us they were out of ATV’s and we could not start the tour. We drove around killing time and started off with the food tasting. People were nice but it was an awkward experience. Just a few of us in a room and a platter of food was brought out. No explanation. We sat around and waited for the ATV’s to be available. Once we got on the ATV there was no jungle ride. We went through some of the villages but it was over probably within 30 min. At this point part of our tour needed to go back to their ship and could not make the beach. Because the weather was cloudy we decided to also go back and cut the “excursion” short. Our tour guide felt bad and took us to a chocolate tasting and coffee tasting spot before taking us back. Carlos was friendly, accommodating, and fun. If it would not have been for him our entire day would have been ruined. We had also contacted the tour company twice prior to the start with some questions and they never responded. my recommendation is that Carlos finds a better company. I will never book Henry tours through Viator again

super fun and messy! they let u rinse off after riding with a hose outside. the path passes by what seems to be a cemetery. the atv’s aren’t the newest but definitely rideable. if u want to go fast u have to let the guide know other they think u wanna go slow. they don’t let u pass them if so. the food is ok and the beach is slightly crowded. the tour guide was very nice tho and knowledgeable. super fun experience overall

Our experience was great from the cruise port to our journey through the jungle on the atv+lunch! When booking, the instructions were very clear for meet up and everything was as described. Our tour guide, Franklin, was wonderful and made our experience in Roatan a 10/10. Franklin was very knowledgable and gave us some insights about Roatan and its history throughout our trip. The ride on the atv may be very bumpy and muddy, but the guides were very helpful and attentive over our safety! lunch was a bit cold but still very tasty and enjoyable. Franklin was also very accommodating, which we made stops for pictures and squeezed in time to see sloths. We ended the day relaxing at west bay beach with beautiful waters.

Since we were the only ones booked, it turned into a private tour, which was a real treat. Kislen drove us across the island, sharing history and insights along the way. The ATVs were a bit worn, as expected, but worked just fine. The ride through the jungle and small fishing villages was beautiful, and our ATV guides were very friendly and informative. For lunch, we stopped at Good Island Taste’s restaurant where “Happy,” the chef, treated us to a feast of pork, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, rice, and beans. It was absolutely delicious. Afterward, we skipped the beach (since the port already has one) and Kislen suggested we visit the sloths instead. We’re so glad he did! It ended up being a highlight of the day! Kislen dropped us off with plenty of time to relax with a drink and enjoy the beach before heading back to the ship. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

They gave us a meeting location and the persons name we came half hour early Mett the person. Then when it’s time to go, they say that this is not the excursion we supposed to be on. And then they send me to a different location in 100°F we got there. No one was there to meet us. We walked back meet the guy he made the call help us call the office and he said the lady is just gonna wash her hand which is she did we never got the excursion waited for over two hours. Have to turn on the cell phone contact Viator spend another 45 minute explaining what happened. And asked for a refund and he said he will help us submit the claim so if you ever come, do not take this excursion.

We came to Isla de Roatan, Honduras, on an MSC cruise for our honeymoon and we did not book the cruise tour because the one we wanted was booked. So we decided to book through trip advisor the night before the cruise got off in Honduras. Best decision ever! The instructions on the website were exactly accurate on where to find them right outside the port (make sure you look closely at every sign to look for Henry tours, there will be a lot!). We had our own dedicated tour guide and car with blasting AC. Our driver was “Shem” and he was amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, and customized our entire experience to whatever we wanted to do along the way to the ATV rides. We stopped for some local beer, to take photos, etc. the ATV ride was so much fun! It was my first time as a single driver and it was fun and adventurous, but easy enough. The food tasting felt like I was eating at home and my grandmother cooked, but the Honduran version (I’m Cuban). On the way to the beach after we mentioned we also wanted to go see monkeys and sloths and our wonderful driver took us to a spot called AJs, where we paid $15 per person and got to see guinea pigs, sloths, Scarlett Macaws, and Cabuchin Monkeys. We then went to the beach which was super cute with clean and clear water, felt amazing after a long day. Bring your towels, you can leave them in the car so you don’t have to carry them around. I love the comfort of having our own driver/tour guide and especially with people like Shem! Thank you!!

This was by far the absolute best excursion we did on our entire trip! I highly highly recommend this tour! Our driver Shem was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and just a super nice guy! He showed us everything there is on the island and was very communicative and kind. If you can only book one tour this is it!!! Our atv guide was awesome and showed us so many great areas on our ride! This is the absolute best way to see the island and everything it has to offer. Our tour also included some home cooked food which was great to enjoy the culture, we also went to the beach to relax a bit as well. Our driver was so awesome that we mentioned we had wanted to see the sloths and monkeys and he took us there! We got amazing photos at AJ’s with the monkeys, sloths, and parrots. 10/10 experience!!! Best honeymoon adventure ever!

Great excursion for a great price. Sheem was our driver. He was great! There was only 2 of us so he drove us around in a smaller vehicle. It take about 40-45 to get to the ATVs. The lady and gentleman in charger there are very nice and make the process very easy. The ride itself is nice, you go through some jungle and some village. I do wish we got to go a little faster on the ATVs. I would say we never got above 15-20mph. But still it was a fun tour and worth it. The lunch is at the same spot where you get on and return from your ATV ride at a little restaurant on the 2nd floor of their building. The food was pretty good. After that we took about another 45 minute drive to a public beach that just isn't very well know to tourist so it wasn't very busy at all. We stay there until Sheem came back and picked us up for about a 30 minute drive back to the ship where he dropped us right back at port. I would definitely recommend this excursion if you are looking to save money from the big money cruise lines.

Our guide, Derrick, was a delight and great conversationalist. He shared a lot about the island and answered our questions. The highlight was the food tasting! It was absolutely delicious and a culinary highlight of our cruise. The ATV "tour" was only OK. It's through a residential and had paved, gravel and dirt roads. We were also told our 15 year old could drive, but were not told until arrival that he had to have a parent with him. The guides of the ATV didnt share much and we just zig zagged around. We also paid for a beach pass which this indicates it was included with out ticket purchase.

My Grandma and I decided to get tickets to this atv tour last minute and it was completely worth it. One of the best part was our driver Kembron. He picked us up on time and the entire time we were in the car with him he talked about the island, answered any and all question we had, told us the best spots to go, pulled over or rolled down the windows so we could take photos, and even told us some of the history about the island. On the way to the atv/food tasting tour we told him about a poor zip lining experience we had and he explained there is a much better zip lining experience with 2 suspension bridges and 11 zip lines. He made the reservation for us and took us there completely free of charge even though it wasn’t included in the package. Afterward he drove us to the best beach and the entire day he waited in the area for us to be done with the activities and even at points walked us places so we knew how to get there. He truly went above and beyond and did way more than he had to. If you plan to do this tour and want to learn more about the island try requesting Kambron as your driver! We will definitely be hiring him for any other adventure we decide to do.

Trent and Brent were fabulous. Trent drove us to the location of the ATVs and was very informative about the island, the history, culture, and goings on. He was also very funny. We just finished our ATV tour and it appears the team didn’t realize which excursion package we paid for. They weren’t prepared with food nor did take us to the beach.. We were I formed they didn’t realize we had the food tasting and would need to wait for them to prepare food. This led to a disappointing experience. We also thought we would experience a different atv ride. Not riding through a neighborhood. Very dissatisfied with the excursion and did not want to provide a rating on line as we know how important this is to a business! Unfortunately, a company cannot improve service unless they are aware of the issues! We paid for a child that rode with a parent! Used four ATVS! Seems the child would have been free since she was not driving her own ATV!

The driver was 40 minutes late in pickup. With being late they shorten the beach stay to 20 minutes, but added an additional stop of a wild life sanctuary at a $15 person additional charge. I would not recommend this tour.

Our driver was the best part of the day. Eldin went out of his way to tell us about Honduras and the history of the island. The ATV tour was just us (two people) so it was fun with local guides. The food at Food Tasting was very good. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I did four stars only because the resort beach was very crowded, had no working toilets, we had to pay for food and drinks, but it was the end of the day. Over all, it was a good tour.

Henry Bennett was a great driver and guide for us. We really appreciated his personalized service and making us feel welcome in his country. The ATV ride isn’t through a “jungle” per se. It’s more like going at a leisurely 15mph pace on the dirt roads of the small villages. We were expecting more of an adrenaline rush ride on ATV’s. We really enjoyed the lunch afterwards. The restaurant hostess was so kind and wanted to ensure we enjoyed the food. Food tasted great! The last stop was the beach. We had a good time and hung out there for about an hour before returning to our cruise ship. The beach is just a place to hang out and there was some live music and a bar to get drinks from.

It was my Ist time riding an ATV and it was a beautiful experience. The ride from the port to Henry Tours was longer than expected but our nice, well-traveled driver Hurley kept us entertained with fun stories and local history. Yolanda and Joey (I believe) were our amazing tour guides. We saw the town of Roatan and ended up eating at a local restaurant. The food was quite tasty and amazing! 😋 This is rated 5/5 by me. It was an all around great experience. Book without reservation. You will not regret it!!!

We (my husband and I) chose this activity the night before and were happy they could include us at the last minute. The Roatan port is a bit tricky to exit but we were guided by friendly competition and taxi drivers. We were greeted by our cheerful driver, Benson and whisked of for a scenic drive to our destination to ATV about 40 minutes away. Benson shared geographical, governmental, social, and touristic information with us as we drove through the island. We arrived at the ATV spot and were given helmets and a few instructions. We rode about an half hour and had a break at a dock. There were some ladies selling jewelry, but we didn’t bring any $ with us to buy souvenirs. We enjoyed taking a few pictures and then got back on the ATVs for the right back. It had rained so there is some good mud puddles to hit and there was enough variety in the terrain to keep us entertained! We returned to the ATV spot and had a wonderful island lunch awaiting us! Everything was delicious! Shrimp, plantains, short ribs , wings empanadas and more were on the menu. Benson then drove us to a beach club where many of the other island tours include as a stop. He also treated us to the local fruit, lychee, which is very tasty and made a few photo stops for us. At the beach club, there is a signpost spot there that has snorkels and masks for visitors to use . There are chairs, food huts and bars available there also. We concluded the tour with a return to the port and drop-off of two happy first-timers to Roatan!

Amazing experience! First of all our driver Elden was amazing, he drove us throughout the island and explained everything to us. Very professional and he knows Spanish as well. The ATV tour was amazing, the food tasting was great, we had shrimp, tostones, ribs, empanadas, fries, wings, etc everything was delicious. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The beach was a great experience as well and we even went to try some chocolate before returning to the cruise. I recommend this tour!

Amazing experience exploring Roatan island on the ATVs! We saw the way of life there and also all of the locals were very nice, friendly and welcoming. Our drive Kislan was truly amazing; picked us up from our Airbnb, which was not easy to find, and made the drive to the atv hand off literally part of the excursion. From discussing the island’s history and answering our questions about the culture, to showing us points of interest, all from his wonderfully air conditioned, impeccably clean vehicle. ATV ride fun, laid back, a glimpse of island life in the little towns on the east side. Scenic, rustic, and our guide was top notch. The animal sanctuary is small but worth it. Private guide helped us hold animals and learn all about them. Holding a sloth is really touching. All in all a great half day with truly wonderful people.

Tour guide Ronald was great!!! Gave us history on the island on the ride to ATV. ATV ride was very organized for our large group of 24. After ATV, went for some delicious home cooked meal!!!! Best food we’ve had on any of the tours. Last stop was the beach area, which was ok. Water was a little murky.

Krislin met us outside of the port and drove us about 40 mins to the ATVs. Along the way he gave us a history of the island and what to expect on the tour. We got to the ATVs, received brief instructions on how to operate the ATVs and headed out. Did a 1 hour tour with Christian and passed beautiful sites. He stopped and took group and individual shots of us on the ATVs. Krislin took us back and told us more about the area on the way back to the port. Definitely recommend this tour!

After having been on two other tours with Derrick we knew we had to squeeze in one more before we left the island. Derrick is such an amazing tour guide. He came and got us and along the way gave us such interesting facts and made it fun till we got to our destination. Once there we had a blast. You had many spots to stop and take pictures and also learned about the area in which you were finding in. You had the choice to get messy if you wanted or stay more clean if you wanted that too. On the way home Derrick would stop at great photo spots for us and take our pictures. Huge shout out again to Derrick and all he did for us. This was a great experience!!!
