Picked up right at the mentioned time though it was not from the front of the hotel where it was supposed to be instead couple of blocks away. Panama Canal was interesting but I wish we were able to see more ships, rest of the tour was okay. We got dropped in the causeway to take some pictures and again stopped in Casco Viejo for a little walking tour. Overall not a bad half day activity.

Luis is the best tour guide ever. I would happily go on any tour he is hosting. He is funny and so knowledgeable about the country. While I enjoyed the Panama Canal part, the city tour was the star for me. He took us off the beaten path and showed us the things we really wanted to see. It was almost like a customized event. I am planning to move to Panama next year and he had so many tips for me and really showed me what day to day life looks like in the country. Book the tour!

the tour operator is so responsible and he answers all our questions and provides excellent services. The other travelers in the same tour group are also so warm and friendly. I have not seen this type of nice and friendly atmosphere long time after pandemic. Really recommend this tour to other travelers.

Luis P. was an excellent tour guide. We learned so much and he went out of his way to accommodate us. He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The tour company kept us updated on our pick up time as it had to change due to a visit to the Panama Canal from a foreign dignitary- something the tour company couldn’t control. They still completed the full tour and it was great. We would highly recommend this tour and Luis P. Also his car is cool, comfortable, and clean.

Lots of walking but doable be sure to take hers to wearing comfortable footwear. The tour guide is informative and really know his stuff.
Also eat a bit because you only have water that he supplies but is willing to drop you off at a eatery before you get back to your destination but you will have to get a uber or lift

I had an excellent tour of the Panama Canal and Panama City with Luis. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He picked me up right on time from my hotel in a clean, comfortable car and drove safely while explaining the sights along the way.
Luis is extremely knowledgeable and clearly understands the history of Panama and the canal in depth. He shared interesting facts and insights throughout the tour, making everything both educational and engaging. On top of that, he has a great personality, warm, entertaining, speaks English well and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience.
He really went out of his way to take care of everything and make the tour smooth and enjoyable. It felt personalized rather than rushed or generic.
I would highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a high quality, informative, and enjoyable tour in Panama.

The tour was fantastic!!!! I had a chance to be up close and personal with the locks. It was so cool. We enjoyed the movie and the bus ride. The time in the old city was really cool. We got to try the Panamanian coffee. It was only $12 to try. I would let the driver know early on that you want to try it. Our guide let us go back to grab some but we had to rush a bit. The lunch was just okay and we had to sit outside which I didn’t prefer. But, it was beneficial as it was Ash Wednesday and we got to see the parade. Our tour guide was great. He explained sooooo much. I would have preferred to skip the shops after the canal and have time to shop in the old city instead. They will let you stay there versus going back to your hotel if you ask.

We were picked up by Richard right on time and he was the perfect host! He explained everything, had our tickets ready for the canal, got us first row seats to viewing a ship passing through, and got us to the highlights of the city. Best tour guide, we learned everything about Panama, the canal and people. The tour guide got us to the canal early and we were first in line. He made sure we saw first hand how the canal works. It was truly amazing then we went to the old town and saw all the important buildings. My family and I got a lot of great photos.

We visited a lot of areas in Panama City including Casco Viejo, Chinatown, aveneida Balboa, Amador causeway, the fish market and more. The canal visit and movie was amazing. The tour was well worth the money. We had a great tour guide, Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the tour really enjoyable.

We had an incredible Panama Canal and city tour, and our guide, Ronald, was absolutely amazing! Pick-up was exactly on time, and from the start, his knowledge and professionalism stood out. Our first stop was the Panama Canal, and thanks to Ronald’s planning, we were first in line and got the best view of the ships while large crowds arrived after us. His depth of knowledge about the canal’s history made the experience even more enriching.
Later, while exploring the Old Town, I sprained my ankle. Ronald immediately made sure I was comfortable, brought the van around, and ensured I was safely picked up and returned to my hotel. His attentiveness and care went above and beyond.
I can’t recommend this tour enough Ronald truly made it unforgettable!

Pick up was on time.
Tour Guide - very knowledgeable. He gave us time to take pictures. I've learned new facts I didn't know about the Panama Canal. At the end, we walked to the French plaza which I enjoyed the most.
