From the beginning to the end, this tour was amazing. Before we even arrived at Torres del Paine our guide and driver pointed out some spectacular wildlife. Jhon was super friendly, informative and made the day wonderful. We had just returned from Antarctica, but were still blown away by the views in the park.

i would give this experience average 2/5 review, would have been better if they stuck to the itinerary as listed in tour description. First issue, not enough walking or physical activity in this tour, which seemed more geared to elderly people... Also They take you to a far away view point 1-2 miles from Salto Grande falls, where you need binoculars to actually see the falls. The pics from this tour clearly show them right AT THE FALLS, not over 1 mile away; so that was a disappointment (it says 25 min stop, but ours was maybe 10m at most). Also at grey lake we had to chose between eating lunch or walking to the grey glacier view point. We ended up doing the walk, & quickly brought lunch to eat on the van for the way back to hotel, since its the last stop. Would be nicer to have time for both & we easily could have, since the tour got back an hour earlier than the description said, so clearly our day was cheated when we traveled all that way! The tour guide was friendly, but didn't use a mic in the van, so we could barely hear her... Its those issues, that give this a 2/5 review for me.

We had a reason to contact the tour operator on the morning. It would be very useful for Viator to provide a local contact number for this purpose in an email prior to the day. Our emergency guide, Hector did all he could to make our tour memorable for all the right reasons, it was an amazing tour.

Had an amazing and peaceful visit to Torres Del Paine. Our guide and driver were incredibly nice and welcoming. Guide was bilingual and spoke great English and Spanish. I learned a lot and we got to see a lot stopping all the time to get pictures. Even on a less windy day in summer time it was quite cold so bring layers and enjoy the magic of the park! Highly recommend this tour.

It is the mandatory activity for those who visit the Torres del Paine Park, in addition to the trail to the Base das Torres. We did on our own and had no problem, but there are travel agencies in Natales that take van, charging per Cover. You can get by car from Puerto Natales, which was where we stayed, because the accommodation inside the Torres park is much more expensive (in Puerto Natales you can stay in a much more comfortable hotel for the same price as you would pay in a median inside the Park. We stayed at Hotel Simple Patagonia, which was great). Although the park is not very well marked, the paths are few, and there is not much chance of getting lost. But a good look at the map of the park is necessary, you can't get there without having at least one idea of what you want to visit, because the park is huge. If you're going to do the tower trail, for example, you need a day for that. If you go to the Geleria Grey trail, it can be a day combined with other attractions. We ended up going 3 times to the park, but for me, there would still be a day or two, because we didn't see everything. One tip: buy the park ticket online on the website of Conaf. Get there with the ticket loaded on the mobile, because to buy at the ticket office of the park is quite complicated, the internet signal is weak there and often the credit card does not pass, and they do not accept payment in cash. This delay in entrance may make the Tower Trail impossible, which closes at 10:00 hs. Another thing: If you're going to stay all day, take a snack from Puerto Natales. Inside the park everything you have is expensive muuuuito, to have an idea, a juice (a glass) and a coke (a can) in the hosteria Pehoe cost 10,000 pesos. It's cool.

Excellent tour. It is long and the roads are bumpy but you get to see a lot. The hike to Gray Glacier may be too strenuous for some people and to be honest the view from the restaurant is better.

We went by rented car in Puerto Natales, which allowed us to go at our own pace. Unpredictable weather: rain, wind, sun at times. Place full of places with remarkable views: Blue lake, Paine jump, viewpoint Horns with trekking in an incredible wind.

We were very happy with the tour thanks to our knowledgeable guide, Rosa. She shared detailed information about the geology, history, and animals of the park in both English and Spanish. The bus ride was a bit cramped as the bus was full (14-16 tourists), but our was a good tourist to guide ratio.

The tour was very interesting and well organized. We wasted a little time picking up and dropping everyone off at his Hotel or Hostel. The only real problem we had was the weather. Unfortunately it rained throughout the ride. We couldn't see the tours... if you have the time and the possibility to manage your booking based on the weather don't hesitate it changes everything. Also prefer the visit in Spanish if you understand it sufficiently because the English translations are approximate and slightly less accurate
