Excellent experience overall. The vineyard is very well located, easily accessible, and within the city, with an incredible view of the mountain range. From the arrival to the tour, everything was very well organized and attentive to detail. The guide Pamela was extremely friendly, had a good sense of humor, and was approachable, in addition to demonstrating great knowledge about the history of the vineyard, the processes, and the wines themselves, which made the experience even more entertaining. The tasting was excellent; the quality of the wines is truly remarkable. Additionally, they have very good prices for purchases at the end of the tour. An extra very important point: even 10 days after my visit, I needed a copy of the purchase receipt in case I had to present it at the airport. I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they were very attentive and efficient in sending me a second copy of the receipt that I had lost. Impeccable customer service! I totally recommend this experience in Santiago.

Surprised my expectation. We did the bike tour, where you pass through the middle of the grape plantation with a beautiful landscape. Afterwards, we were taken to the tour inside the vineyard, where our guide Pamela explained everything thoroughly and with a lot of cordiality. We were served with 4 tasting of the house wines, excellent by sign. I recommend!

The vineyard is very beautiful and the wine is very good, but our experience on the tour was very disappointing. Our guide, Alondra, seemed to be reading a learned script without any interest, and no one told us that we could walk around the vineyard and park. He also gave a lot of incorrect information, for example, he said that Alsace was a country. I recommend hiring guides interested in tourism to improve the experience.
