Driver was nice but commentary was a video… tour was solid drive around the city which was good but no time or opportunity to visit most of sites in the tour. Was Not a Hop On and should not be advertised as such. And because of that it was way overpriced!

We have tried hop-on-hop-off tours in many U.S. cities and are accustomed to being able to get off at a location, dine or shop, and then catch another bus after an hour or more. Perhaps I misread the tour description, but we were only scheduled to get off the bus at three places (one of which was bathrooms), and it was only for 15 minutes at each place.. Plus we were the only two people on the tour. I wish the tour company had let us know and given us the option of canceling. We drove an hour and paid $84 for 90 minutes of driving through the city of Pensacola. Would not recommend or maybe just read the tour description better than I did. (Sandy was very friendly--not sure it was her fault.)

This was a wonderful trolley tour. I have lived in Pensacola for 5 years and brought out of town family on this tour. I learned many things I did not know! The tour guide was wonderful. The only downside was the smell of diesel from the engine on this older trolley. I would hope the company may be able to upgrade if possible.

It was ok but the bus was very rough riding and seats were small for us over 6’ tall a kind couple switched seats with us so much better but still a very rough ride. Wish it had more history highlighted. Tour guide was very accommodating and a very nice person.

Get there early to check in. Started off kinda slow, but after stopping to get Gelato, it improved dramatically. Lisa was great tour guide, showed us lots of places/history to check out. Great to start out beginning of vacation with. Gives you access to lots of museums and historic village included in price, and a week to use them. 5/5

This is NOT a hop-on, hop-off excursion and we were not told that until tickets had been purchased and we were getting our wristbands. We were crowded into a bus - A/C did not work, and let off 3 times in 1 and 1/2 hours. Information center (I guess the bathroom stop was good), military appreciation plaza (not a lot of time) and for some free gelato (again a rushed visit). We did not get to stop and see any of the historic buildings. Hard to photograph when not stopping and getting out. Bus driver talked, but could not hear him in the back of the bus at all. Very disappointing overall.

We booked this tour through Viator. The starting point address did match the actual location perfectly, but I’m mentioning it because the confirmation email and digital tickets were not very clear about where the tour began. The app stated that we could access the tour from any of the stop locations, but it did not provide specific addresses for those stops. After clicking around in the app, I eventually found the main address listed at the very bottom of the screen.
Parking was free, and check-in was easy and located inside the office. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The tour lasted approximately 1.5 hours. We were driven in a comfortable van through different areas of downtown Pensacola while the guide explained the history and current significance of each location. We stopped and got out at two different sites. There is usually a third stop, but on Saturday afternoons that location is skipped because the historic site is closed.
There were two restroom opportunities between stops, which was very convenient. One of the stops also included a complimentary scoop of gelato, which was a nice surprise.
Traveling in the van was comfortable, especially with the air conditioning, and it was helpful to have a knowledgeable driver who knew exactly where to go. During the tour, wristbands were provided, and by wearing them afterward, we were able to receive discounts at several local restaurants, which added extra value to the experience.
Since we just moved here, this was a great way to learn about the city’s history, take note of places to visit, restaurants to try, and even discover other tours the same company offers in the area. Overall, it was an enjoyable and informative experience.

I booked this because it was a Hop In Hop Off Tour. That is what I was expecting. My plan was to take my time to check out the places I was interested in and then hopping on bus for next stop(s) to do the same, at my own pace. That is what a Hop on, Hop off tour is. This tour os NOT that I did not realize it until we got on the bus and the guide told us its not like a regular hop on , hop off tour. I wasted my money and time on this tour!! There were specific places I wanted time to explore I couldnt do it. It was also my last day in the city so I couldnt go back on my own to do those things. This should not be calked a hop on, hop off!! Its false advertising! I dont appreciate having my money and valuable time wasted. There was only 2 spots we actually got down for and one was for only a few minutes. Was told that we could be left and be picked up at next door but that was still very constricted and not what a Hop On , Hop off is supposed to be! The guide was nice. Thats the only good thing i can say. If you want a real Hop on, hop off, do not use this company

I checked with the guide, and she told a different story. You made it sound a lot worse than it was. We do operate in a loop; she did loops later that afternoon, which you did't do. Instead, you elected to remain on one loop, getting off at some spots. At others, you did not. Regrettably, you and some other passengers wanted to get off at the Museums stop, but to our surprise, the museums were closed for Veterans Day. The guide also reported that she specifically asked if you wanted to explore the Visitors Center, near where the Spanish shipwrecks occurred, and you did not. My guide added that this was your last day, and you had commented that you wish you had visited us earlier, intimating that you wanted to explore more. You took the first tour; the guide explained that she had other pickups that day, which could have accommodated your desire to explore. Did you expect this was the "Wait On You Tour?" Please come again and COMMUNICATE if you want to get off and explore more. We have never lost a passenger! You simply have to say, "I want to get off here, and I'll pick up the bus later."

Lisa our driver was very knowledgeable about city and a great way to find the hidden gyms of the city. My husband fell when we were scheduled for our tour and company was able to allow us to change date for another day. We had booked less than 24 hours and was out of the cancellation window.

Loved the stop for gelato at Joe Patti’s. I bought enough food to take for lunch dinner and dessert and it was all delicious. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and added so much to embellish the video. I loved how comprehensive the tour was, covering so many neighborhoods and points of interest. I especially loved the list of businesses offering discounts even after the tour. We plan to go to the market Saturday. Wouldn’t have known about it without the tour

Did you actually go on one of our tours? What date? Our tour guides explains at the beginning that this is not the same as a traditional big city hop on hop off tour where the buses run continuously all day. The guests are also told that they have the option of staying on the 90 minute tour and only getting off at the 3 designated attractions OR they may let the driver know that they would like to hop off and spend more time at a location, with the driver coming back to pick them up when the guest texts the provided number.
We strive to maintain a high level of customer service and would want to correct any issues with misinformation or misinterpretation that may have arisen.

The tour was fine and I learned a lot about the city of Pensacola. BUT, it should not be called a hop-on hop-off tour. We had no opportunity to hop off and on. It is NOT a tour of your own time and leisure and was less than 2 hours. We would of "hopped off" at the museum and a couple other stops. We were given tickets to go back to the museum. The driver needed to get back to do the next tour. It is a nice tour but over-priced since it is NOT a hop-on hop-off tour. Also, not one mention of the base and Blue Angels

Would recommend to anyone. The tour includes entrance to several museums. The tickets for the museums are good for several days. We arrived for the tour 30 min early and the tour guide did not show up. We tried calling the number for Viator but it kept going to voicemail and no one called us back. Only after we had sent a message through Viator did we get a response saying the tour guide had gone out of town but had not notified Viator they were leaving. We were told we would get a refund but that has not happened yet.

Driver was friendly. Bus is vintage and cute but uncomfortable as far as very limited air, windows did not go down to provide ventilation.
First stop was Joe Patti’s and we got free sample of gelato (excellent). They also give out free samples of cake varieties.
We stopped at the Veterans Memorial Park, which was very nice. Could have spent a few minutes more there.
Stopped at graffiti bridge for a photo op.
Went through the Historic Village and asked about the option of hopping off and calling for pickup and was told we would have to wait for the next bus trip to come back around. This was around 1:15 and it would be about 2 hrs. We could have made it work, but the driver said most people stay for the entire tour, and then go back to stops that interest them on their own. We did that and it was fine.
The bus has what seems to be an outdated video that they play. The screens kept going off and back on with every bump in the road. Maybe a loose connection, seems they need to make some improvements there.
Overall, it was ok. It gave us a little overview of Pensacola but I would not recommend it.

This place seems to not be in business.
They're suppose to be open on Saturday from noon till 7:30pm.
I called them about 3pm on Saturday and their phone rings and rings, eventually going to voice mail.
So I walked to their pick up location and nothing is there.
At about 3:45pm I called back again, but again there was no answer.
That was over 6 hours ago, still no response from the tour company.
They're not they're a functioning company, apparently.
Their website will happily take my money, I just can't find any way to get their companies services.

The office is not open on Saturdays as this is a small company and only runs tours that were booked online on those days. Questions you had about the tour are available on our website and on Viator when you click on a tour button. We apologize if this wasn't up to your standards. Our other reviews speak for themselves.

The husband/wife team waited for us when my mom and I were running late. They were informative and we did a comprehensive tour of Pensicola. They play a video and she adds to it with more information.
I will say that this was not what I expected as a hop on/hop off. This was a nice tour, and you do stay with your guides the whole time. We did make a couple of stops where we had the option to get out and explore with our guide. However, this isn't the traditional hop on, where you can get off and on at your own pace.
It was a rainy day, and they did a good job accomodating our lateness, giving us special perks with local vendors, and providing an overview. We did need our bicycle tour guide to connect some of the dots for us. The info was there, but it wasn't told in the form of a story, so it was a little disjointed.
Overall, I think this was a good tour on a rainy day. The guides had knowledge of the area and were generous with their time.

Wonderful couple giving a wonderful tour of a wonderful city. I am from Pensacola, Florida (well, lived here 1977-1986) and saw places I had never seen before! They take you to some of the spots you would probably never go yourself, which is a rare treat. Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Duel was our guide, and although it was his first time leading the tour, he did an excellent job! He's very knowledgeable about Pensacola, and we learned a lot about the city's rich history. A video in the van provides information about each stop, and Duel added great commentary and extra details as we passed various landmarks, even slowing down to highlight interesting facts.
The tour includes about four stops where you can get out for 10–15 minutes. Our two favorites were Joe Patti’s—a fantastic fish market where we even got free gelato—and Veteran Park.
Your tour wristband also gets you perks at several local restaurants. We received two free Senate bean soups at McGuire’s Irish Pub (which I’ll review separately).
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it to anyone new to Pensacola—it was our first visit, and we learned so much about the city's history and highlights.

Terry was THE most cordial host! His operation has two vans — the colorful antique sadly had engine trouble the night before, so eight of us were comfortably accommodated in a modern van with an outstanding video presentation. After visiting Joe Patti’s fish market for a delicious cup of gelato, he took us around with an excellent overview of Pensacola. After the official tour was over, he took us back downtown (the Pensacola Crawdad Festival was going on), and came back later to pick us up and return us to our vehicles. He also has a tour of haunted buildings, and another highlighting the architecture of Pensacola, so when we come back, we’ll definitely book with him again.
