Our original reservations were on April 9th, 2025. When we at the site no one was around. After several phone calls an emails , we found out we were canceled. So we rescheduled for December 28th, 2025. The day before our adventure , I received an email to remind me that I was scheduled for the next day. When we arrived again , there was nobody around. When we asked the other vendors in the area , we were informed that they have not been there for several months. After leaving several voicemails on their phone , and emails, which said they would be calling us back within twenty four hours, which they still have not done. We were able to get in touch with the captain of the boat through text messaging. He told us he was played off in the summer. Now on December 29th, they sent me an email saying they hope I enjoyed my experience with them and want me to give them a review on several websites. So here's my review. If you want to pay a lot of money for an experience and just throw your money into the ocean , then book with them. So it seems I am out several hundred dollars.

Great experience for the most part. The two gentlemen that assisted us were amazing! The captain was great with communication! I do recommend that you pay the 15% weather protection! Pictures were amazing and downloaded right to our phones!My only disappointment is the ride is not two hours long as advertised. We were in the boat and out of the boat with in an hour.

Our granddaughters were visiting from out of state, and we wanted them to have an adventure doing something fun. Highlife Parasail was the hit that we were hoping for. They raved about their experience. Super fun. As their grandparents we enjoyed the video package that you can purchase as an add-on. It gave us the opportunity to see what they saw from 800 feet up, and hear their excitement during their experience. If you want a first class adventure for yourself, or visitors, we highly recommend Highlife Parasail.

This was our first time to sail and it was absolutely amazing. The view was beautiful and I could not have more pleased. Take off and landing was a breeze. The captain and his mat did a phenomenal job making us feel calm and less nervous. Thank you guys for making it a very memorable experience.

Beware that by booking this activity you are agreeing to pay the company for services, whether you ever get to use them or not! We scheduled for the second to last day of our trip. We were notified just before our scheduled time that it had to be cancelled because of wind. The only time they were able to reschedule was after we had to leave for the airport. They offered to give us a gift card, but I told them we would likely never be back to this area. They said unfortunately since we didn't pay them extra for the privilege of being able to get our money back, they would not be issuing a refund. So know that you are risking money by booking either way. If you don't pay extra to get a refund, you're risking the whole amount. If you do pay extra, you're risking that amount. This is a terrible business practice. The fact that they had to cancel my appointment didn't cost them anything. When I complained that this was shady, I was told that essentially since I was dumb enough to book the activity and check the checkbox the joke is on me. So learn from my mistake. If you are ever in the area and want to discounted gift card for two,I am happy to sell it to you so you'll risk less than I did.

Chris and Mateo are THE BEST! While on our trip I became extremely sea sick. Chris & Mateo remained calm and cared for me while quickly getting us back to the dock. They also went out of their way to make sure that my family got to go out and get their flight in! 🪂 They made our daughter’s first time parasailing a memorable one! These guys are safe and fun! 🪂

My two teenage sons (ages 15 & 18) went parasailing with High Life. I booked online a day in advance and their process was efficient. Be sure to fill out the waiver online when you book! The crew was friendly and they ran on time. We took the 10am time slot to avoid the hottest part of the day. I was not present on the boat, but my boys had a blast. Next time, I'll do it with them. I was able to purchase photos after they returned to the dock, so I didn't completely miss seeing them in the air. Tips - Go early, take a hat and sunscreen as there is not any shade on the boat.

Best place to go parasail! Weather was to windy the day before but they worked with us to reschedule the next morning. Fun crew nice boat and really had a great time. One of the coolest parts of the week. The boat ride is just as fun as parasailing. Def recommend anyone looking to parasail to go with them. Won’t regret it! Also they take pics and videos that you can buy after. Def worth getting those!

I am in a middle of a dispute with this merchant. They are not trustworthy and they lie a lot. I had a parasail booked. I received the waiver late. I was told I had to read and sign the waiver prior to coming to parasail. I eventually received the waiver the morning of. By the time I read through all the conditions. I wouldn't make it in time. The waiver says you have to get there 30 min prior. I called to changed the time. The lady I spoke to refuse. She said "just get in the car and drive". I can't get another time I will loose my money. I expected them to change my time after all their waiver did say at the most they will charge you for changing the time. The lady was very aggressive I've never parasailed before and decided I was not comfortable with them. I reported them to the resort concierge that referred me. They told the concierge that they offered me different time slots and they don't know why I didn't take it. This company is not reputable. It seems like they take people money a lot. Buyer beware. I parasailed with Sea Rocket later that day.

So I was recommended this place after having made my reservation in another place which failed to deliver. I was quickly accommodated to a trip in the afternoon, and everything went perfect. Even though it was just my son and me the crew took us out and had a blast. Beautiful views of the channel, lighthouse and shore. The height at which they raised us is about as high as the top floor of most of the buildings in the shore. My only regret is that I decided not to take my camera with me on the parachute, on the account that if were to dip in the water the camera wuld be ruined. My only suggestion is for the company to provide rental GoPro cameras that the customers can take with them and record the trip. The crew on board were excellent, they took plenty of pictures and handed them of directly in our cells, no need to wait. Very much recommended!!!

This should be fixed so you can write it in or have better choices. I was with my sister, who is a 50's female. Not a child or teen. And her boyfriend Craig who is in same age frame.

Such a fun experience! We went out yesterday, but once we got into open water, they decided it was too windy. We were easily able to reschedule. I appreciate their safety awareness. I would recommend booking early in your stay so that you can reschedule if needed. My 9 year old son a aand I had a great time. Smooth ride up into the air. You feel like you are floating above the water. Very peaceful.

Last day of a quick trip, and Chris and Mateo were great! We had our little girl who was to small to go up and they were great with her when we went up. I did get the photo package and it was great to not have to worry about having a camera and got tons of pictures. You truly don't need anything special, and taking a big bag just gets in the way.

Chris, Mateo and Mom at the dock were incredible. So nice to have kind courteous folk running a business. We had one other couple that was scheduled for our time and plenty room on the boat! The guys were outgoing, funny and were makingsure everyone had a great time. Chris even took us a little farther to Delray Beach so we had better chances of seeing some turtles which the wife did in the air. And yes, I did not fly (have done it before), but just wanted the wonderful boat ride. Such a killer day with everyone! Come hang out with these guys!!
