This was an AMAZING experience. My wife and I enjoyed this a great deal. The reservoir area and the surrounding mountains are simply breathtaking. Our guide Baltazar was just plain fun to do this with. The owner (Patricio) is always doing its utmost to make sure the various tours you sign on for (we signed on for two more) run smoothly and are enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour!

5.0 Private ANDES bike tour

Thank you for this outing in the Andes cordillera. We discovered this beautiful mountain with its diverse colours and the valley with the 2 rivers that join together to feed the city of Santiago. Thanks to the 2 guides, Thomas the pilot who followed us by car and Sebastian our guide who went down with us on a mountain bike. He explained the history of the mountains to us very well, with their colours and different rocks, as well as the history of Santiago and Chile. A great experience. Thank you very much. My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour. We did not initially plan to do this tour, but are so glad that Patricio suggested it. It truly made our experience in Santiago and Chile more complete by getting to experience this beyond beautiful area which is not far from Santiago and at the base of the Andes. Words cannot explain how beautiful it is and to be on a bike taking it all in was the icing on the cake after a very scenic drive. Balthazar our tour guide was so pleasant and very informative making the 2-3hr drive fly by and Gorge our driver was excellent driving in this challenging area. Thank you for such an amazing and memorable experience!!

One of the most amazing biking tours I've ever done in terms of landscapes. When we were going I showed our guide one of the most beautiful photos I had taken when pedaling in Europe and on the way into the Van he spoke, today you will take the most beautiful....and didn't lie ... We went to friends and we loved the walk, I, the Van passed in our hotel and we went to the area of Cajon del Maipo with the bikes, when we arrived we did a very quiet pedal of about 45 km, with wonderful landscapes, I recommend everyone to enjoy a pedal and an amazing look! Patricio is a beast!

Very good bike ride. From the hotel with good quality vehicle. The driver Ricardo and the guide Jaime very good, with good explanation of various features of Chile and its culture. The bike ride very good, beautiful landscapes and an incredible experience. On the way, we stopped on site to taste the real Chilean empanada, all very good! I recommend everyone looking for beautiful landscapes on a bike!!

We really enjoyed our day trip to Maipo Valley. Me and me girlfriend decided for a tour outside the city and if possible by bike. Huaso Tours and especially Patricio made this experience unforgettable. The Maipo Valley is quite a picturesque Vallry and riding thru it with the bike is even better. Leaving early in the morning allows you to make it to Maipo valley when there is not so many people around. We were practically alone in the whole valley, while when we were heading back it was more people coming up. After some time cycling we made a stop in a privileged spot and they delighted us with a very tasteful picnic of local products (fruits, some sausage, ham, chips) with some juice. We then continued heading down with the bikes. In total we made around 20-25-30 kms most of them either flat or downhill. You need to have some ability riding the bike as heading downhill is not as riding in the city, still you don’t need to be a professional. My girlfriend and me we are used to cycle in the city and I personally do some mountain bike. We could manage without problems and even if you like a bit of action you can get it. Huaso tours provided some of the necessary equipment, helmets, globes and even had some light jackets you could borrow. Still, I would recommend to wear some comfortable clothes as you are going for a mountain bike ride. Concluding, this is a 100% recommended experience to do outside of Santiago

We had an amazing time on this tour! Riding down the Andes on a bike was thrilling and Patricio gave us the best support possible with his expertise. He’s the perfect guide, giving us both precious information and time to enjoy the tour. Not least, he has a great support team, who scourts us all the way down and prepare us a delicius picnip with the best view possible.

We really enjoyed a day with Jenni mountain biking around el Yeso reservoir and down the Maipo Valley. We didn't expect a private tour but apparently we were the only ones signed up. They still did the full day for us including hotel pickup at our hotel in los Condes, the drive up with a couple stops for a break, then biking along the length of the reservoir. A picnic lunch on the "beach" and finally the excitement of the downhill ride. And we were blessed with wonderful weather. Thanks Jenni and Huaso tours!
