We truly enjoyed our excursion! We had an adult, a kid and a senior and everyone enjoyed themselves! So many favorite parts I can't name just 1! The rum cakes were delicious, the chocolate factory had amazing chocolate and shakes, and the distillery also had a delicious pina colada! Truly enjoyed learning the history of the Bahamas! Karon was super knowledgeable and entertaining- he was great! Definitely recommended!

Tyrone may just be one of the best excursion tour guides our group has ever had. A clear Nassau local, he whisked our small group away to all the best places on the island, including tourist hotspots, a rum distillery, time at Atlantis, and places off the beaten path, like visiting a rum cake factory and trying fresh conch from a local food spot ("Unda-Da-Bridge"). His charm, knowledge of the island, and generosity did NOT go unnoticed (he constantly made sure the group was well taken care of, whether that was buying us wine cooler drinks, accommodating food allergies, or offering us a "taste" of some authentic Nassau rum). If you want a local's tour of the island of Nassau, THIS is the one to take. Thank you, Tyrone!!

Nicki was the best tour guide you could have. We were able to get a few rum cakes, were able to tour the chocolate factory and taste the chocolate. Karon (Tyron's son) was our guide and we had a blast. He gave us great historical stories as well as how it is today. We got to visit the main highlights of the rum cake factory (yum), Graycliff chocolates and cigars (so cool) as well as john waiting distillery, the Queens steps and pirate museum. Karon was an amazing host providing shots, conch fritters and chocolates as well as all of his local knowledge. We truly enjoyed our day with him as we filled our bellies with great food and drink but also filled our curiosity with lots of local stories and history. Can't say enough good things. If you only have the chance to take one tour, this is it!

The whole family enjoyed our tour. We had a lot of fun joking around with Nikki (Nekeya) as she drove us around Nassau and walked with us through various points of interest. Her love for history was obvious and it was delivered in a conversational manner rather than feeling like some boring lecture. You could also tell she loves and admires her father (Tyrone) and I suspect she'll happily keep carrying on in his footsteps.

My husband and myself have been to Nassau 7 times and we always do the same things. This trip was different, we met a very nice man named Tyrone outside the straw market. He approached us and talked to us about his tour and also answered a few questions we had. At no point in the conversation did we feel pressured to go with him, this was something that was totally different with others. Tyrone took us chocolate tasting, we tried rum cakes, looked around Atlantis, went to the beach, shopping he gave us so much more about the island and the experience that we had was priceless!!! We were looking for a street painter and did not know his name… Tyrone took us passes a few that he thought it could be and WE FOUND him ( his name is James and he is equally amazing for street painting ) We will 💯% use Tyrone on our next trip in February!!! As we were exiting the ship in Nassau Tyrone caught our attention and told us about his tours we booked a half day. There were six of us, all wanting to see different things Tyrone did not disappoint. He gave us a wonderful tour of the city in a very comfortable, air conditioned van. Some of wanted to see Atlantis so Tyrone took us there and narrated about the city and sights as we drove. We visited Atlantis for about 30 minutes while Tyrone kept the van cool for us. Then he took us to Mckenzies for some fresh conch salad. The view was amazing Onc stingrays swimming right off the pier McKenzie himself made our conch fresh out of the shell. Then we were on our way to have rum cake and the local beer (Kalik) my daughter is not a big beer drinker and he even found a mango flavored Kalik that she loved. After this he took us to a chocolate shop that sold hand made chocolates. They were so good we even left with some. After some more sightseeing we were on our way to a local rum distillery. We also took some of that home. Tyrone’s charm and personality made the tour that much better. As he took us back to the port we were wishing we had booked the entire day. We cannot wait to go back and see Tyrone again. This family run busy is by far better than any other. I would highly recommend them.

We organized an afternoon tour with Tyrone hoping to learn more about the Bahamas culture and to see the highlights. Tyrone immediately greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable, we learned more during this tour than we did the entire time we were staying on the island for vacation. We learned everything, from Bahamian medicine, to authentic food and drink, we learned about the people and country in depth. This was an amazing tour that you won’t regret! This trip was great for discovering the local factories and breweries. We visited the rum cake factory, the cloister at Paradise Island, the Queens staircase, the chocolate factory, the John Watling destillery and the Pirates museum. All great places that I probably wouldn’t visit if not for this trip.

This was our second trip to Nassau. The first time we booked an excursion with our Carnival cruise and it was horrible, so this time we decided to do something different and we are so glad that we did. We walked off of the cruise ship and were planning on walking around some. We quickly realized that was a bad plan and we met Tyrone. He gave us a good price on a tour and his daughter Nekeya was our tour guide. The van was new and clean and Nekeya was awesome. She drove us around, showed us some sights, took us shopping and to lunch. She gave us some great history of the island and never rushed us. It was more like a personal chauffeur service than a tour service. I highly recommend this service, and if we ever go back to Nassau, I would use this service again.

My girlfriend speaks Spanish but doesn't speak English. I speak English but do not understand Spanish. We had the pleasure of visiting the Bahamas and wanted an informative tour of the island. We scheduled with Tyrone Wilson's Tour Services and had the pleasure of spending the morning with his son, Karon. He picked us up promptly at the hotel and we then spend a wonderful morning with him getting to know and appreciate the island we were on! Karon truly loves his job and his island and its people. We visited some of the "tourist" spots and also some of the out of the way stops that he thought we'd enjoy. It was a pleasurable morning and we are so glad we spent the time doing this tour. My wife and I decided to go on a tour and after much research we decided to select these guys. Karon was our guide for the day. His knowledge and humor was top notch and made for a wonderful time. He showed us the culture from the lowest of living to the richest. We also got to learn about his upbringing and saw the house he was raised in.
