Did not received a reminder the day prior to Hollywood Day trip. Emailed the evening prior with a response that I had the wrong website. Pick up was originally planned for 4 am. We waited an hour as we made several phone calls and emails to this company. Response received 3-4 hrs later. After investigation, it was found to be a computer error in their system. Full refund received.

While I am glad we were able to process your full refund immediately, I recognize that this doesn't make up for the lost time and the disruption to your travel plans. We have since completed a full investigation into the "wrong website" error and the system glitch that caused your booking to drop from our schedule. We are currently implementing a new manual double-check protocol for all early-morning departures to ensure that a technical error never results in a stranded guest again.

Downsides were going to Rodeo Drive with no time allocated for shopping or browsing the shops there, driving through Beverly Hills to see famous mansions that were hidden by privacy trees and the vast distance from the Hollywood sign making photo opportunities not great

We had so much fun, there's really no words from the beginning of booking our trip talking to Vikki and then her keeping in contact with me, and from the moment that Sammy picked us up and it was just wonderful from their on. I mean, the whole experience was just completely wonderful he was so knowledgeable about everything and all the places that he took is and our stops. Where we wanted that he could. And a for a personal needs or just something that was interesting from the. From the bottom of our heart, he made our family vacation of 6 women from From the 5 different states that just had a completely wonderful time. He was very courteous we had so much fun we laughed. We joked. I just could not ask for a better experience for my family. They gave us lunch breakfast was very good and unexpected. It was very hot and kept ice cold water stocked for us. I just could not ask for anything more if you wanna wonderful family. Tour call Vikki request Sammy. And I'm telling you, you will not be disappointed. Some money is so worth it. I'm telling you, you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the top best experiences of my life. I was able to cross off a couple things from my bucket list. Sammy was amazing!!! He went above and beyond. Our family is separated into four different states so time is very precious. Sammy was a key factor in making this an unforgettable experience helping to bond our family even more. I did a lot of research about different companies offering this tour and thought a lot about it before booking it. I was very happy with my choice. The tour was very private. It was myself and my husband and one other family in a nice comfortable van. The tour guide Sammy was very nice and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. The tour started early in the morning to beat the traffic to LA. We got to see the Santa Monica Pier which was gorgeous, then Rodeo Drive and some celebrity mansions in Beverly Hills. We went Hollywood boulevard and saw the walk of fame. And then the famous Hollywood sign. The tour was fun and we got to see a lot of things and had lots of photo opportunities. The driver got us in and out of LA without getting stuck in any traffic. He was an excellent driver and knew how to manoeuvre the roads. I don’t think I would have wanted to drive this drive myself, I am very happy that I went with the tour. Lots of memories that will stay with me forever.

Taylor was a fantastic guide and made the trip even better than we expected. As we booked the private tour, Taylor went out of his was to tailor the trip to us and we managed to see everything we wanted and more.
Really comfortable drive and we were treated like VIPs. We had full control of music choice, timings and Taylor gave us some really interesting local knowledge.
Couldn't recommend Taylor enough and this trip wouldn't have been the same without him.

Firstly I would like to say our driver Sammy was first class he is now part of our family what a man excellent through and through 5* treatment all day and great company to be in. The tour started at 4 a.m. yes really early but worth it to miss all the LA traffic Santa Monica was amazing had time to explore have breakfast and a paddle. Then onto Beverley Hills where we saw the stars houses great tour being able to go up and down the stars streets. Hollywood next where we had a good couple of hours to wander and check.out all the sights. Had lunch which was provided as well as as much drinking bottled water as you needed. Up to the top near the Hollywood sign Sammy took some great family shots of us all which was ace then back to Vegas. We had the most amazing day this is one of the best tours I've been on

Our tour guide Bruce was excellent! He pointed out so many places with great back stories and lots of info, he clearly loves what he does. It was such a relaxed tour and made us all feel like a family. Would definitely recommend this tour as it offers so much more than a lot of the others. Early start means you cut out all the traffic and the tourist spots aren’t too busy.
Subway lunch is provided which would have been great if they’d let us choose what we wanted beforehand. I had emailed months prior to let them know we are vegan but they said they give everyone the same lunch and wouldn’t be changing it. We felt bad turning it down so took it anyway and gave it away to a homeless person so it wasn’t wasted, but feels a bit unfair that everyone had lunch provided yet we had to buy our own.
The drive was great, much better than big bus tours! Stops include Santa Monica beach, Hollywood walk of fame and the Hollywood sign and a drive through Beverly Hills.
Overall we absolutely loved the trip, definitely a highlight of our holiday and well worth the money.
Only other thing worth mentioning is that it’s advertised as a private tour making it sound like it will just be you and your driver onboard however we were with two other parties, so 7 people and the driver in total. This wasn’t a problem at all as it was still a very small and intimate group tour and it was nice to share it with others but I think it should be made more clear as none of us were expecting others to be there. However I think if your party is bigger then it would just be your group, but we were two groups of two and one group of three.

Our driver for the day was LT he was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the tour, from Santa Monica pier to studio city (fox studio) Beverly Hills city (MJ house, Madonna and other celebrities) walk of fame to Hollywood sign, Burbank, WB studios. We got back on time and we still had time to enjoy the evening. Excellent tour!

We cannot say enough nice things about this experience! The tour was everything we were hoping for and more! Our family loved the Vegas to Hollywood Tour! Danny was an excellent driver, and he was very knowledgeable about both California and Vegas! What a great experience we had! Danny, our guide and driver, was friendly and outstanding overall. Felt very safe at all times with his excellent driving. Learned a lot and saw so much! Had an amazing day doing the Vegas to Hollywood Tour!
LT was our driver and was amazing from start to end. Felt extremely safe at all times in the car.
Early pick up time but LT played a relaxing playlist and encouraged us to get some sleep for first couple of hours of the drive until sunrise just before our first pit-stop in Barstow.
Had an hour to spend in Santa Monica, 1.5 hours in Hollywood and other stops along the way.
LT took us to some special surprise stops and made the trip unique for the group as he done extra parts to make dreams come true for others in the car and this made it very personalised as far as he could.
Great trip, great sights but wouldn’t have been the same without an amazing driver! Thank you so much LT! Wishing you all the best!

Huge thanks to Taylor for a wonderful day from start to finish. We felt very safe and looked after on the journey. Santa Monica was stunning. His inside knowledge of the famous cities within LA and up close exposure to all the iconic sites was amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and were kept refreshed with drinks and a tasty lunch. Taylor’s manner and humour with us and our teenage boys was perfect. His knowledge of Nevada, California and American culture in general was impressive and he made us feel very relaxed chatting across a whole range of topics. I’d recommend this tour very highly, it requires an early start but that dodged the traffic in LA and returned us back to Vegas in time to enjoy our evening.

Another amazing trip thank you. It was an early start to the tour but well worth getting up for LT was again an amazing tour guide pointing out many points of interest along the way. We enjoyed a walk on Santa Monica pier and beach then next stop we went to Beverly Hills. LT pointed out lots of places of interested then on to Hollywood boulevard where we had the opitunity to shop and sightsee. Then up to the Hollywood sign for a photo the views were amazing.
We had an amazing day and can not recommend this tour company highly enough each trip has been amazing.

We had a amazing time with our driver Sammy. From start to finish we had a lovely time. We see the Santa Monica Pier and the Pacific ocean, Sammy drove us to the lovely Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. Then we go to the Hollywood Boulevard and he bring a lovely lunch. Then we drove to the Hollywood sign and we make great pictures. Sammy is an excellent tour gide with an lot of knowledge and he is a good driver. We recommend this experience. Thanks in advance.

What can we say? From start to finish we had a lovely time. Pick up was on time, driver was super friendly and helpful, rest stops were perfectly timed, vehicle was comfortable, journey was log but beautifully scenic.
This was the perfect way for us to see LA. Our driver took us along the perfect route, pointing out the famous sights along the way.
The stops were perfect too. Santa Monica pier and muscle beach, Chine Theatre and Walk of Fame; perfect sight seeing spots for us.
We had a wonderful time, great driver, great company, perfect way to see LA. Would recommend if you are never gonna get a chance to go to LA any other way.
LT is great too. So knowledgeable and friendly.

From start to finish, this tour was amazing! Our guide, Taylor, was timely, personable, and very courteous. We have traveled to Vegas for 5 years and taken many tours and this was the absolutely the best tour ever! It took a few hours to get there, but Taylor made it so enjoyable! We had great music, talked, laughed, and had so much fun! Once the sun peaked over the mountains, the scenery was breathtaking and postcard worthy. This tour stopped at all the hot spots! We saw everything from Beverly Hills to Rodeo Drive to Sunset Blvd to Hollywood Drive and more! There was so much to see and Taylor really maximized our time with great efficiency! Our teens were excited to see Chris Brown’s house and being avid Marvel fans, we were all excited to see “Tony Stark’s home”. I think I took a picture of almost every star on the Walk of Fame! Lol! Looking at all the names was almost as exciting as meeting the stars! Taylor was so knowledgeable about Hollywood and was able to share stories about each location, and that kept us really engaged and asking for more! Now the absolute highlight: The Hollywood sign! When we told our teens that they were going to Vegas, my oldest said he dreamed of seeing the Hollywood sign! I told him it was too far away, but of course had already booked this tour. Well, thanks to Taylor and the entire tour company, his dream came true! We will definitely book more tours in the future! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Sammy was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind.
We had muffins for breakfast and very filling wraps for lunch.
We stopped/saw the Santa Monica pier, Beverly Hills, Hollywood hills, chinese theatre & hollywood Blvd with all the stars, and Burbank.
The best part - the schedule was kept right to the very last minute. we were back in Vegas around 5 so had plenty of time to shower and get ready for dinner.
If you’re on the fence, BOOK WITH THEM! We are from the east coast so this little taste of Cali was super awesome.

We went on this tour as part of our honeymoon. We went the day after the 2020 election, and during the middle of a pandemic, and still had a great time! Rodeo drive was boarded up due to impending riots, and many stores along Hollywood Blvd/Santa Monica were closed due to the election, however we still had a great time! Our driver, LT was wonderful. He took us to a few stops off the itinerary to make up for us not being able to view rodeo drive. I highly recommend taking this tour

This was a last minute tour we booked when visiting Las Vegas and it was honestly the highlight of our entire trip! With wanting to visit for so long, this was one of the best ways to see Hollywood and the surrounding cities. We had a van to ourselves and we left early enough to not only beat the traffic but also the large crowds at each destination. Leigh was an amazing tour guide; welcoming, accommodating and kind. He really cared about our experience and made sure we saw and did everything we could. He even took our photo by the Hollywood sign in the pouring rain! We truly wish him all the best and definitely recommend him when taking this tour.
