I’d like to share to my the highest opinion about trip in Chile with guide Sebastian and very friendly driver. We visited few great places and all the time our guide explain and share with us information about region wine, harbour with wonderful street art almost in every buildings. Tour was very excited by the guide Sebastian!! Punctuality and safety on the road with the driver René. Lots of historical information about the locations, and a lunch stop at a delicious restaurant in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's worth seeing!

3.0 Don’t go in the winter months due to possible bad weather conditions

I wouldn’t suggest this trip for this time of year. It was cold, misty rain and very foggy. Prior to the trip I was excited to see the beach and waterfront however due to the weather conditions we were unable to get a clear view. I didn’t like the idea of the restaurant was already selected. I felt we should have been offered options for different restaurants in the area. The food was overpriced and not tasty. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The weather in Santiago was great the weather on the tour was horrible. The first stop for breakfast was freezing cold and the food was very overpriced. Our guide was very knowledgeable however most of the trip was in the van and we had a walking tour didn’t really see anything exciting. This trip is ok to visit another town other than Santiago I wouldn’t suggest going this time of year. Maybe the summer or spring months would be better.

Unfortunately, I had to rate this tour low, due to the tour guide, Flavio. The scenic views were beautiful. But there was definitely a disconnect with the English translations ( very short, spoken after passing sites. But, the most disappointing thing of the day, was my drop off.. I was picked up in front of my hotel, only to be dropped off at the intersection before my hotel across the large boulevard to carry a case half a case of wine bought early on the excursion, telling them it's to heavy to carry... so disrespectful.

We really liked the walk. They communicated via WhatsApp informing about the time they were going to spend at the hotel. Careful driver and guide Alonso knows a lot about the history of Chile. The only other way is that we do not pass the casino of Vina del Mar as stated in the schedule. To me, it wasn't needed. I recommend the tour with the Chile tour.

But I think we had little time to take advantage of both cities, the roadmap could have been better organized with more moments for exploration and experiences in both cities, spending less time in expensive and strange restaurant.

We started very am in santiago, everything was going very well until we reached a whereabouts to taste a wine, horrible this stop, the ugly and exaggeratedly expensive place, besides it is not suitable for the cold that was doing. Then we arrived at Valparaiso, a picturesque place, then we passed to vineyard of the sea, but I was missing something, there we only saw the clock of flowers and a stone statue. The best, lunch, was delicious. The guide very friendly and entertaining, the excellent driver. I would have liked more time in vineyard of the sea, we don't even go through where they do the song festival.

Group of 15 people with driver + guide. Left hotel at 6:45am and got back around 4:30pm. The guide Alonso was really nice and explained very detailed information, plus adding fun facts of Chile and of the spots. Alonso could speak everything in both Portuguese and Spanish and all the explanation was enriching. The minibus went to all important spots in Valparaiso, then we walked 40 min there to feel the city. After that, we went to Viña del Mal and could enjoy some time walking at the beach.

A wonderful tour full of history and fun, programming includes several places from the 2 zones which makes it quick to tour, the restaurant for lunch was rich with very generous portions, Belu made the tour super fun and is a great photographer always available to capture the best shot, my favorite part has been the beach, you are picked up and returned in the indicated areas, communication has been accurate, very satisfied by the experience 🙏🏼

Excellent visit to Valparaiso where we walked the beautiful and picturesque streets and Viña del Mar with its Plaza, Flower Clock, and super cold water beaches. We had lunch in Viña and we were able to enjoy the beach. Super friendly and cordial, the Alejandro Guide, was in all the details, speaks several languages, made a whatsAp group to coordinate the outing, send us the photos he took and recommended places to visit other days. The driver also highly recommended. This is my third time on this tour, and I regret that the visit to the Quinta Vergara with its park and the Amphitheatre where the Song Festival is held is not included in the tour. We were picked up from the hotel at 6am and returned at 5pm. I recommend wearing comfortable footwear to walk on the old cobblestones of the streets of Valparaiso that rise and fall, there are stairs, etc.
