Amazing experience! I’d highly recommend this trip to anyone that wants to get away from Santiago and see the beautiful cities of Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso. Seba was an amazing tour guide and getting on and off the van was easy with plenty of time to enjoy the stops.

It's been a good day out, with good stops. The communication on the night before the tour was really helpful and the pick up worked well. Fran was our guide, who was excellent and added a huge amount of value - she gave great information about the history of Chile and the relevance of Valparaiso. The lunch restaurant was nice & fairly priced. Isaac was our driver and handled the hectic streets really well too. The only reason for not scoring a 5 was that our time in Valparaiso was mainly a wander around looking at street art. It would have been good to get some more description of some of the specific things in the city. Would recommend this tour!

Ramses was a great guide: funny, entertaining and knowledgeable. The tour was very nice and I recommend it - we absolutely loved the sea lions and the pelicans at the fish market - I can’t believe how close you get to them. The graffiti at Valparaiso is very nice and there is a lot of it, the colourful houses weren’t as dramatic as I expected by themselves though. We skipped the recommended lunch place - it looked nice, but it was indoors and we wanted to have a view of the sea so we went nearby and had a glass of wine on a terrace (we brought a packed lunch). The winery we went to was really beautiful, amazing gardens and lovely animals and the people very friendly. The wines were nice enough, but they’re a new winery and there wasn’t much complexity. It did give a complement to more established wineries and a different experience.

Ramses was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Matías was a safe and friendly driver. Bus was always clean. 15 passengers on a 15 passenger bus was very crowded. I was never comfortable with both legs and shoulders squished between neighbors on a long drive. Short stops for photos. No time to explore, so if that’s your interest in this area, a longer stay would be better. Nice lunch. Winery was nice. Overall, Ramses made the trip worthwhile. Maybe we’ll come back some day and stay for a few days.

We had a great experience in Vina del mar, valparaiso and winemaking. We were with a baby of 1 year and a half and even having to walk a lot and climb hill, it was calm. Excellent guide Alex y Walter, told a bit of Chilean history.

The tour was very good, Alex is a very nice person and makes the tour enjoyable, it would be great to have more time to enjoy the amazing colorful views in Valparaiso. I would recommend choosing restaurant or having more than one option. The first stop I consider not worth it, high prices for a patty and coffee. And 10/10 the Casas del Bosque vineyard (better than Emiliana just adjust a while to enjoy more there and order something to nibble. This is the second time I travel with Stamps Tours and I would do it again, super punctual. Andy, the driver was very cautious and drove safely.

Excellent experience with Alex as a guide and Isaac as a driver. Alex is super informative, explains everything clearly and makes the tour very interesting and dynamic. You can tell he knows a lot and is passionate about what he does. Isaac was also amazing, very good driver, always punctual and made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. They really make a great team, everything was very organized and nice. Fully recommended, they are very worth it!

I booked a transfer FROM my hotel to the cruise port in Santiago. The booking clearly stated FROM downtown hotel TO cruise port. On the morning of the transfer, the driver did not show. Upon contact, it turns out he went to the cruise port and not the hotel to pick us up. The is 1 1/2 hours away from the hotel. We wound up having to use UBER to get to the cruise port. We have now been refused a refund for VIATOR's mistake. I am disputing the charge.

This tour was simply phenomenal! I’m a tour guide and have high standards when traveling and booking experiences. Alex and Jerson (the driver) were amazing. The pace and points of interest are perfect and interesting. Alex is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even some that were unrelated to the tour and more focused on Chile, earthquakes, and wines. The tour with Alex was very good! We recommend it and end the day with a glass of wine in the beautiful vineyard. However, I want to emphasize that I found it unnecessary to take us to the fish market in Valparaiso we felt unsafe and the smell was unbearable. I would exchange that experience for about 20 or 30 minutes free on a beach in Valparaiso so we could wet our feet and feel the peaceful sea. I understand that the guide wanted to give us a more local experience and not so top in the market but no one enjoyed it. Other than that we are satisfied

I had an amazing experience on the tour to Viña del Mar, Valparaiso and the Emiliana vineyard. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The landscapes were spectacular, especially in Valparaiso with its hills full of color and art, and Viña del Mar with its elegant and relaxed coastal atmosphere. The Emiliana vineyard was one of the highlights of the trip. The quality of the wines is excellent, and the experience was very well explained, allowing us to understand the process and enjoy each tasting. I want to highlight especially our guide Alex, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His way of explaining the history, culture and every detail of the tour made the experience much more enriching and entertaining. He was always attentive to every person in the group. Also recognition for driver Victor, who handled impeccably, safely and punctually throughout the journey. His experience and professionalism were noticed, which allowed us to enjoy the trip with total peace of mind. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chile. 3.0 Valparaiso again? Not really!!!

The tour would be ideal if there wasn't a dubious script. We left punctual from Santiago, where we were staying. I had a downtime at Rio Tinto Casablanca, a simple place, where I wanted to cancel the purchase of some items but they do not refund or return the value. I had to challenge the value pq the establishment did not want to solve the matter. AVOID!!!! After this unpleasant beginning we freely walked through a fish fair, fetched, dirty and full of sellers, all this to see a sea lion. Anyway, everything was OK. But the restaurant chosen could be another. The chicken we ordered came raw at Casa Del Pintor. Detail, was me, my wife and my 2 children.

Ramses and our driver Oscar were excellent on the tour today. Ramses was entertaining as well as informative. The street art is beautiful in Valparaiso and the landscape is nice once the fog lifted. Also enjoyed seeing the alpacas at the wine tasting. Recommend this tour for a nice day outside Santiago.
