We had an excellent transfer from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. The service was punctual, smooth, and stress free from start to finish. Our driver was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride enjoyable while sharing helpful local insights along the way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this service and we would absolutely use them again on our next trip to Jamaica.

We had Joel has our tour guide for the day and he was amazing. Made our experience in Jamaica everything that we hoped for. He was extra accommodating with a couple of people in our party that needed a little extra help getting around. The blue hole was SO fun and the falls were beautiful. I will be recommending this group to everyone and hope to make it back to Jamaica again soon.

We used Marvyn's Paradise Tours for both airport transfer and two individually crafted tours. Their communication and service was amazing! Our driver, Mr. T, was friendly and informative. He was always on time. We had one member of our group that was not feeling well and stayed at the VRBO. Mr. T stopped at a fruit stand and purchased fruits for the person so they could experience at least a bit of what we had experienced. I would highly recommend this team!

We could have saved $10/person by using the resort bus but this was a fast, friendly, & comfortable ride and worth it! The driver arrived at least 15 minutes early as advertised, so there wasn't any worry about us running behind schedule. Will definitely plan to use their service again next time!

We have used Marvyn's Paradise tours as our private airport transfer on two visits to Jamaica (2021 and 2023). Their rates are very reasonable, and their customer service is top notch and very responsive. On our trip in 2021, we even had Marvyn (the owner) as our driver from the resort to the airport, and he provided great history and engaged with our littles as well. We have and will continue to recommend this service for airport and inner-island tours!

Joel Tracey and the Marvyn Paradise Tours were amazing. Joel was prompt and provided lots of laughs during our drive. We were able to make stops along the route. I found Marvyn's paradise tours through google amd emailed for information. Sana responded within minutes with details and we confirmed. She also reached out several days before my arrival to confirm. When we got to montego bay airport, Marvyn was waiting with a smile and he pointed out historical locations, stopped for is to buy local food and even got us some local fruits to taste. Several days before we were scheduled to leave,Sana reached out ince again to confirm pickup and Dalton picked us up and he also was great at pointing out important landmarks. Overall both men were professional and offered exceptional service. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend. Thanks Marvyns paradise tours

Looking for an AMAZING EXPERIENCE on and off the beaten path in Jamaica with a reliable tour guide company? Contact Marvyn’s Paradise Tours!!! I am not one to leave reviews good or bad, but when a company repeats exceeding my expectations and does not come across as in business for the money… I had to brag about Marvyn’s Paradise Tours and his staff! This was my second time booking with Marvyn and AGAIN, his company exceeded my group’s transportation needs. In 2017, my family first booked a day trip with Marvyn based on previous reviews on Tripadvisor. During our first trip, Marvyn and Mr. T turned the impossible into the possible by making sure that my family and I toured all the sights that we had planned for the one day that we had available for sightseeing. Marvyn and Mr. T guided us throughout the beautiful Jamaican countryside and even made time for a stop for authentic Jamaican patties. Flash forward to May 2022: I contacted Marvyn to book RT airport transportation and private transportation (four days) for my group of 11 people for my son’s 30th birthday. The cost that Marvyn offered was unbeatable (a person in our group had checked around before I told her about my previous experience with Marvyn. Even if the other tour guide companies had offer a cheaper service than Marvyn (they didn’t!!) I still would have booked with Marvyn based on his professionalism, friendliness, and engaging personality). When we left baggage claim my group was greeted by Mr. T’s familiar face and a welcome sign. He remembered my family from our first trip in 2017. The van was super clean, air-conditioned, the seating was comfortable, and equipped with a great sound system. Mr. T quickly escorted my group from the airport and ensured that all of our needs (lunch at Scotchie’s, beer, a stop for some fresh fruit) were met during the hour drive to our rental. As previously agreed prior to our arrival, for the remainder of the week, Sean was responsible for our group. Sean was prompt (he arrived early every morning) personable, incredibly professional, and ensured our safety while driving and during every stop. Sean knew which grocery stores would have Bud light, who had the best prices, and ensured that we were able to bargain prices for souvenirs (he also taught us Jamaican patois so that we would come off as locals while shopping). Sean was also familiar with Runaway Bay, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, and Negril (we did not go anywhere else but he answered all of our questions about Kingston). Marvyn and Sean coordinated and organized all of our desired activities and tours so that my group did not have to spend time coordinating schedules or spend a lot of time driving around Jamaica. One day, Sean offered and picked up take-out lunch for our group while we did Dunn’s River to ensure that our group could complete all of the activities that we had planned for that day. Sean also looked out for everyone’s well-being and ensured our safety…he made sure that we were not approached by people offering anything that we did not want (not to say that Jamaicans are not friendly, they are, but every country has safety concerns). Sean also located one of a few retail stores that sold a specific piece of jewelry that I was in search of during our stay. On our last day, Marvyn and his beautiful wife Sana stopped by our rental to say hello. I don’t know any company owner that takes time out of his busy schedule to greet people from one previous tour! My family was excited to see Marvyn and our friends who had never met him were eager to meet him. When Sean dropped our group off at the airport, we all felt that we were leaving a family member behind (sad face). Like Marvyn, Sana, and Mr. T, Sean has become a member of our extended Jamaican family. Other tour guides in Jamaica offer an array of services, but Marvyn’s Paradise Tours and staff DELIVERS and exceeds ALL expectations!

I cant say enough about this great company. We were lucky enough to have Dalton as our driver to and from the airport, and again for the Blue Hole tour from Beaches Ocho Rios. He was so kind, funny and went out of his way to make sure we experienced the greatness of Jamaica. He bought my teenage sons sugar cane and local beef patties, then even brought me all spice from his garden to bring home! He just dropped us at the airport and we miss him already!

If you want the comfort of your own ride on your own time than Marvyn’s Paradise Tours is the way to go! You travel on your own time in your own van. While resorts provide transfers you are at the mercy of their time table and packed in with a lot of other people. You are on vacation so ride in style and enjoy the journey in a private transfer!! Affordable too! Sean was the BEST driver!!

Professional, respectful and courteous. My trips from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios have been smooth and relaxing. Ever since my first trip with Maruvn I have booked him every time I return to Jamaica.
