Overpriced. Wish I would have just done the one day tour instead of wasting money on the three day one. I only used it the first day. It takes so long for the completed route you really only have time to get off once , twice tops the entire loop took about 3 hours 15 mins.

It is worth doing the 48-hour tour to get to know the city of Buenos Aires, to get off wherever you want and walk in different neighborhoods. I loved it! Additionally, they extended my ticket because one day there was a protest, and I lost time because of that. Thank you very much!

3.0 Buses full, little time

Although the tour was completed, we were a large group and we wanted to at least get off at two stops: the Plaza de Mayo and in the mouth. After walking through Plaza de Mayo, we went to stop 6 and let 3 full buses pass!!! that only had one free seat or two free seats and so .. until we managed to get 8 members on a bus and ask to send one empty! Many of us went by Uber to La Boca, missing the tour because we knew that, besides, the last bus left at 17 and we ran out of time. I strongly recommend that the drivers report the number of passengers left at the stops (we became like 30 by the time the empty bus arrived) very cold and we all lost more than an hour of the tour and enjoy the ride waiting for a bus with enough space. Also, the fact that the last bus leaves at 17:00 in such an extensive route (3hs) prevents one from enjoying, even two stops.

We are staying in Palermo Soho and purchased online. Uploaded the ticket to my apple wallet as instructed. We then proceeded to the 'pick up point' that said Plaza Italia. WE COULD NOT FIND THE BUS STOP. It was a yellow sign quite far away from the plaza. We saw the bus in the crowd but never found the stop. So we walked to plaza Serrano the other 'stop'. Once again, pick up point not at all specified in the website WHERE. So we walked around until we spotted a yellow bus. We then followed the bus. Eventually we found a lady sitting at a table with a yellow umbrella. We then found the sign where she mentioned that is what the bus stop looks like. Once at the stand the nice lady handed us a physical MAP showing where the actual stops were. Good an dandy, AFTER the fact as I can't find on the website specific pick up points. By the time we found her it was late. We told her we were headed to San Telmo market. She said 'go tomorrow and go early. If you go today BE ON THE BUS TO COME BACK FOR 5PM'. Definitely listen to this advice as we arrive back in Palermo past 7pm and we were on the last bus. This should be also very specific information for travellers. So other than trying to find the stops like a needle in a haystack, the actual ride was great. We were able to see most of the city. I would recommend doing a 2 or 3 day pass to be able to get off and see the cemetary, San Telmo, Palermo, and maybe Florida street. So many things to see.

I traveled with this service as a Guatemalan tourist in Buenos Aires. The bus suffered a tire breakdown and staff did not check the vehicle at the time of descent. My suitcase was forgotten inside. What came next was worse than oblivion itself: I was sent ALONE, without assistance and by my own means, to recover it in Barracas, an industrial area far from the tourist circuit and with security problems. The address I was given was also incorrect. I had to ask strangers to find the workshop, and then I couldn't get transportation back. A local worker walked with me until I could get a taxi. I filed a formal claim requesting reimbursement of the ticket and transportation costs. The company’s response was a corporate email that avoided responding to both requests and justified the action of its staff. For those traveling alone or foreign tourists: be cautious. In the face of any incident, they cannot expect real assistance from this company.

The hop-on hop-off bus gave us opportunity to have a quick look at different neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires. We can then decide which places we would like to see more. The bus also made our visit to La Boca easy. There is a stop very near the famous Caminito Street and the Colón Fábrica. The audio information was very good. It will be better if there are more venues where we can redeem our vouchers for tickets.

The experience was good, it is very nice to ride panoramic bus through the city! It is easy to enter (with ticket) and find the stops through the city. The vehicles are new and well equipped. However, it should be better to find the next bus, an app that showed in real time would be great; It happened once that we had to wait for the next bus because it was already full. I don't recommend it. It happened to us and at least 20 people who got off at different stops and canceled the tour without warning and were stranded without anyone picking us up. Terrible service. Lousy. The red bus passed every 15 min, they seem to be a serious service. WE WASTED HOURS WAITING AND A LOT OF UNKNOWN POINTS! They recognized nothing.

Terrible experience. Every bus stop we queued and 3/4 full buses would pass and no one could get on. There was no explanation that this would be the case. The company had sold too many tickets than they had seats on the buses. It wasn't cheap and the whole day we managed to use the bus once as it was just too busy. With children this is impossible and not a good option. The red bus would come past and be empty so may be a better option. It wouldn't have been so bad if they'd explained the situation. A day wasted waiting around for a bus. Unacceptable and terrible experience.

I loved the bus ride through the sights of Buenos Aires! It was a super practical experience, especially for those who want to know a lot in a short time. The bus is comfortable and well organized, and the system of climbing and descending points makes it easy to explore each place calmly. I passed through several iconic points and still learned a lot from the explanations during the journey. In addition, the view from the bus makes everything even more special, perfect for taking beautiful pictures of the city. Our family of 5 took the bus from the 0 stop. We rode to stop 9, which took longer than expected due to heavy traffic. We got off at stop 9 and walked the Caminito neighborhood. We then walked to stop 10. We waited for the bus for an hour and it never showed up.
