I’ve just come back from this day-trip tour. It was an excellent experience. The drive was save and relaxed. I liked that there were enough stops as well. Our guide Jacques did a wonderful job explaining the itinerary, sharing his knowledge, and looking after all passengers in general. Everything was well organized with list and guest counting and he would also check with people by phone. He was also so kind to take photos of us guests whenever possible. I am thoroughly happy and will gladly recommend wonder travels to my friends.

We had the tour with jack. This tour besides having a very reasonable price has other advantages. Not only, you get to see famous spots in Quebec city and Montmorency but also you will get to have 4 hours for yourself in Quebec City. It also worth mentioning that the tour leader is such a nice and friendly person who will explain the history of these iconic places. Definitely worth it.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The guide was difficult to understand and consistently unprofessional. What stood out most was the repeated pressure to pay an extra “service fee” before the tour started and throughout the tour, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Basic concerns, like adjusting the overly loud microphone, were ignored despite multiple requests.

In general, the service and transportation were great. However, I wish there was more guidance in Quebec City, like a brief tour of the main sights. This tour is perfect if you like going at your own pace and doing your own research, but if you're looking for a structured plan with lots of info, it might not be the best fit.

Overall, it was a perfect day trip. The timing was great, and we had enough time to explore Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. We also took the cable car to go up, which was a nice experience. The guide was very professional and friendly, and the driver was great as well. Last but not least, all the tour mates were wonderful too. Thank you to Wonder Travel and everyone involved. We will definitely book more trips in 2026.

I've been to Quebec city with Wonder Travel agency on April 4th. It's a one day toor from Montréal to Quebec ville. It's really affordable, I paid 59 dollars (Canadians). My experience with them was great, I was living a dream. Our guide, Jack is a very kind, experienced and knowledgeable! He gave us a class, it was really awesome! He was always very clear and supportive, he even helped me taking some photos, which for a solo traveler means a lot! Thank you Jack!

Our tour leader, Jack, was amazing—very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire journey enjoyable. The early 7:00 AM departure was well worth it! Visiting and the stunning was truly unforgettable. The cable car ride and observation tower views were absolutely breathtaking. I and my friends had a wonderful 1-day trip from Montreal to Quebec City and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The driver was very nice and throughout the trip I felt completely safe and comfortable. The bus itself was clean and comfortable, which made the journey even more pleasant. Our tour guide, Jack, was excellent - friendly, informative, organized and always kept everyone informed about the itinerary. Everything was well planned. The highlights of the trip were absolutely amazing! Montmorency Falls was breathtaking - such a scenic and beautiful place. The Observatoire de la Capitale with its 360-degree view was also incredible, very informative, and just wow because of stunning views. Downtown Quebec was incredibly charming with lovely restaurants and shops that made exploring even more enjoyable. The only thing to keep in mind is the weather can be quite cold because of the wind, so it's best to dress warmly. Overall, it was a fantastic day trip and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

It was neatly planned. Bus started as planned and it is very clean and very much comfortable m they drives very safely and no rush. They stick with plan perfectly and did maximum for us. Our tour with this agency was great! We got to stop by the “Ice Hotel”, Motmorency Falls and Quebec City. Jack, our tour guide, was able to get me, my girlfriend and our group of around 20 people to see all these wonderful sights in the span of a whole day. Jack was friendly and knowledgeable, even recommended ing this restaurant called Cochon Dingue which was very good. Overall I’d highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to spend the day checking out really cool landmarks.

We joint the tour with a friend in Jan 2026. The day was very full and we visited three places: the ice hotel, the waterfall and the old Quebec City. Left Montreal City at 7am and return just before 8:30pm. What a wonderful day! I’would love to spend more time at Quebec City next time if I visit again. Our guide Jack, was professional, fun, knowledgeable, and caring. Contacted us the day before and made sure everyone stick to schedule so everyone had a smooth day. Highly recommended.

This excursion can be done by yourself in FlixBus, especially considering the price. In addition, a “service charge” not specified at the time of purchase was asked on site by the guide: $20 per person, or $40 in total, supposedly to allow for their remuneration. This fee does not include gratuities. The quality of the explanations was very disappointing, with poor French and English, and little added value compared to a self-driving trip. On the other hand, the bus driver was excellent, professional and very pleasant, she was clearly the one who would have deserved that $20, which unfortunately will probably not go to her. I do not recommend this activity unless you have no expectations in terms of explanations or content.
