I booked online and followed up via text to confirm availability and the exact pickup location. The owner initially mentioned that there might not be enough people for the tour and that it could be canceled. I asked about alternative options, but they were very limited. Later, I was reassured that the tour would still happen because the previous day’s trip had been canceled and he was switching to a sunset cruise, which would allow him to accommodate us. However, less than an hour before the scheduled pickup time, the tour was canceled anyway. The weather was perfect, so it’s unclear why the trip didn’t go forward. Save your money and book directly with the same company on the beach or through your hotel for a cheaper and more reliable option

To everyone reading this uncalled for review,
I will write this reply to inform everyone who potentially wants to book our CAT cruise of what happened with this guest.
The reviewer and her friend booked this SHARED experience on January 15th to sail on January 17th. Immediately after booking I sent her instructions that included the following information:
"Just to give you a heads up, we are still trying to meet the minimum number of participants required to sail on Saturday. As of now, the minimum hasn't been met. Is Saturday the only day you can do the activity?"
I also told her that worst case scenario she would get a full refund if the minimum wasn't met. That her money was safe.
I then proceeded to inform her that we had met the minimum for Monday in case she could sail then or if she wanted to make sure to sail out on Saturday, we had other options. I gave her a Private Cat option, a smaller/shared CAT option that was perfect for her and her friend, a private, smaller charter option and a fishing tour option. However, she said that if Saturday wasn't possible with the original CAT option, she would just take the refund. I told her that we were going to keep her informed if we met the minimum. As tour operators, not the owners of Catamarans, we work along with other operators to meet the minimum number of participants to have the CAT sail. During rainy days like the ones we have been experiencing between January 7th-to date (Jan 18), many people cancel last minute which puts shared experiences like a Catamaran sail at risk of cancellation. A CAT owner will not sail with 3 people, it's simply not economically feasible to sail.
Moreover, Friday, the day before her tour, the minimum number of participants required to sail had not been met yet and I informed her that it didn't look promising. Moments later, I got news from the CAT provider who informed me that their CAT sail for the day got cancelled due to weather and that they were moving everyone to the next day, Saturday, and that they were going to sail after all. I then happily informed the guest that the sail was going to happen after all and that it was going to be a sunset sail (since there were no cruise ships on the island and on days without cruise ships, we do sunset sails. Morning sails meet the minimum required to sail usually only when there are cruise ships on the island).
She then said "I thought we had booked a daytime trip". In this moment, I knew she was a problem guest. I have decades of experience dealing with customers and identifying types of guests and at that moment I knew she was a high maintenance. The reviewer is clearly a person who doesn't read instructions, descriptions or even cares. Evidently, just because she wanted to do it in the morning, she asked me rhetorically that she had booked for the morning, when, had she read the description for the tour, she would know that sometimes we sail in the morning and sometimes for sunset, depending on availability. The tour's description clearly says " sometimes we go out in the morning and sometimes for sunset." Anyways, I proceeded to keep her informed as best as I could and told her the tour time was based on availability, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. She then said “So is this the same trip we booked for with the same stops”
When she said this I actually had a feeling that I should just refund her, but silly me wanted to help her sail so I still tried my best to help her. I proceeded to send her screen shots of the tour description and the inclusions so she would confirm reading them and understand that it was the same tour, just a different time than what “she” wanted it to be. I also told her that it wasn't multiple “stops” like she was assuming it to be, it was just “1 snorkel stop”. The inclusions of the tour clearly state that.
Seeing this back and forth, I thought I should offer her different options so as to avoid any problems arising from a last minute cancellation. I knew that she was the kind of person that if things didn’t happen her way, she was going to give us a bad review. But she wanted to either do the original tour or get a refund. So we proceeded with the reservation.
Last thing I told her on Friday before her tour date (Saturday) was “In case anything changes please be sure to check our messages up to 1hr before board time”. I said this because the weather was not the best and in case it got cancelled for any given reason. Unfortunately, the CAT provider called me 1 hour before the CAT tour to inform me that a group of 12 (who were all together) and was coming on board had just cancelled because the ocean was moving a little (Definitely not perfect like the reviewer mentions) and they were not interested in doing the sail in those conditions. At that moment, it was just the reviewer, her friend and two others from a different operator who were on the list for the CAT sail. So, the provider cancelled on me. I regretfully had to cancel the guest’s reservation and as I immediately informed her, I went ahead and applied a full refund for her booking. So, not sure why she says "Save your money" as if we didn't immediately give her a refund. Her words after the cancellation and full refund were “Thanks for letting us know an hour before sailing “.
Now, here’s the thing. To all of our potential guests, this is a SHARED experience. If you want to guarantee your sail, book a PRIVATE SAIL. It’s more expensive, but you don’t choose to rely on others to sail. This product relies on meeting the minimum number of participants required to sail. If the minimum is not met it will not sail. If a significant number of people who are on the list of a confirmed sail decide to cancel last minute and the number falls under the minimum number required to sail, it will not sail. This rarely happens, but unfortunately, there is always a chance. Unfortunately for us, it happened with a KAREN this time. To be honest, most people understand things don’t always go as planned and are nice about it, as long as they get a full refund for a tour that didn’t happen and it’s nobody’s fault, they are happy to find something else to do. There is plenty to do on this island. Please don’t book a shared experience or something that is weather dependent, and then just because it gets cancelled, trash the small business who is doing their best to serve you. Not everything and not all the time, will things go as planned. When you travel, you should understand this and realize you need to be more open and tolerant to things going sideways. Also, please read the full description, inclusions and instructions for each tour that you book. Sometimes, the answers to your questions are all there! Don’t be a KAREN. Karens are not welcome in Roatan.

Highly recommend this tour if you like being on the water, snorkeling, followed by rum drinks! The snorkeling was great - lots & lots of fish to see. The guides stayed with us to make sure everyone was safe. Drinks & food were excellent (although they did run out of most of the lunch items before all had gone through the line - & they were serving it - it was not buffet. They prob should increase quantity by 10%.) The best part about it was RTGA - & the guide who picked us up at the port & transported us to/from the boat..Jayson. They took very good care of us & Jayson gave us lots of history and information. He even gave us an extra stop during the return at a wonderful small shopping area full of local vendors. Great experience overall!

Despite the crummy weather with a bit of light rain, this catamaran tour turned out to be a wonderful experience. The snorkeling was surprisingly good, with clear water and plenty of marine life to enjoy. One of the highlights was the freshly caught fish, grilled right on the boat—it doesn’t get more authentic or delicious than that!
The guides were friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a great time, rain or shine. Their easygoing attitude and local knowledge added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable day on the water and a fantastic way to experience Roatan.

Unfortunately this experience was canceled due to weather and ocean quality but the agency sent Jayson to us to go to Las palmas beach and it was awesome. Jayson stayed w us all day took us to see the monkeys and sloths and was just great to be around. Showed us the island and also got us some island experiences! Would definitely use them again!

This trip was amazing!! We booked the catamaran for 11 adults, 1 teen—sunset cruise 4 hours. Communication and booking with Danny was seamless (via WhatsApp). He was easygoing and responded to all my questions quickly. He arranged our transportation from our house rental to the port. Gomez and Darbe picked us up and were very kind and knowledgeable about the island.
The boat crew (Captain Kerry, Ronny and Daniel) were awesome and accommodating. They took us to 2 different snorkeling locations. Both had a lot to see—lobsters, many beautiful fish, crabs, conch, etc. Also, got a tour of French Key, tons of interesting sites.
Ronny bartended and had lots of choices for drinks (alcoholic and non), as well as tasty snacks—charcuterie, homemade pico, fresh fruit, chips/snacks. All locals, the crew had a lot of interesting information about the island and were a pleasure to spend time with. Everyone in our group said this was their favorite part of the trip! Thanks again team!!

Overall great! Dani's driver Mario was fantastic, super nice and informative. He picked us up from our hotel and we left out of west end around 2 and came back around sunset. The food was a super good chicken kabob and had chips/salsa, lots of drinks (beer/liquor). I was a little disappointed that the net on the catamaran was gone, but it was fine cause we ended up dancing on it. And the snorkel stop wasn't really good, we saw more fish and just as clear water just off the shore. A little pricey at $165 but overall good!

Nice trip, large boat, good atmosphere, good crew. I Could not do a 5-star because we only did one snorkel stop and paid for 2. They spent too much time stopping at a West End dock to get 1-1/2 cases of beer and another stop at a dock that supposedly was a freind of a paid guest on board?? I think someone on board was picky about the beer and paid the captain to do this?? At the location of the scheduled second snorkel stop, they tied up and said ok, 10 minutes? .........You can't get 27, "50 somthins" in and out of the water in 10 minutes much less a snorkle stop?? They advertised 14-18 on board and there ended up being 27 on our trip, that was not really a problem but I assume it requires more time at the snorkle stops? Other than that I would recommend, we just drew the short straw that day I guess?

Hi Dale, thank you for this review. However, you have posted to the wrong business. We don't do 2 spot snorkels on our Catamaran tours and upon checking, we've actually never had you as a customer. Also, just to be clear, if you see our product description, our Catamarans are actually advertised to be holding 40-70 people. I'm 100% sure you booked with someone else. But regardless, it seems like you had fun. Continue to relax, enjoy and remember you're on island time.
It would be really nice if you can delete this review to help us and to not misguide our potential guests.

The crew, drinks, and food were amazing. The snorkeling wasn’t any good. It had rained and the water was very murky. This is only 1 snorkeling spot. They also took us through the poor area of Roatan and made us feel like we were bragging to the little kids. Not a good way to have a good time. Wish we had a more than one spot to snorkel.

Thank you for all the feedback Heather. We're sorry that mother nature wasn't on our side on your tour date. It had been raining for three weeks straight and it was actually a better day than in the last three weeks prior to your tour date. Regardless, we understand that you wanted to experience the amazing snorkeling. Nonetheless, there's nothing we could've done about that. Honestly, 90% of the time, snorkeling is amazing on Roatan. Unfortunately, you experienced the 10% of the time in which its not the best. Also, I'm sorry that you had to see the "poor area" of Roatan, although I'm not really sure which area you're referring to because, sadly, there are lots of impoverished neighborhoods on Roatan. Don't forget Honduras is a developing country (second or third poorest on the western hemisphere) and even though Roatan is a little bubble in the world, you can still tell that you're in Honduras and that we still suffer from it's corrupt government, unattended infrastructure and poverty. Lastly, our product does mention that it's just a 1-stop snorkel, perhaps you should've chosen the boat and snorkeling tour that we do, you would've loved that one, specially if you were mainly interested in snorkeling. We could've still brought you to have an authentic lunch somewhere in West End where the boat and snorkeling takes place. Just FYI, people who choose the Catamaran usually do it because they like to sail and enjoy the social gathering of more people on it (Plus the drinking!). Please let us know if you ever come back to Roatan and we will give you a good discount to make it up to you.

Lost a 1 1/2 getting on catamaran, waiting to leave, and then went to another pick up location. We then had to wait there for a long times until all of those people boarded. The snorkeling was just fine, nothing special. Other catamaran excursions had much better snorkeling. Lunch and open bar was fine. After that, we just sat in the sun, or maybe moved very slowly doing nothing. Captain kept taking phone calls which would make the music shut off. The crew was very nice and helpful.

Hi Michael! Im sorry to hear that the Catamaran tour wasn’t the best for you. Just some background info:
That day we had 4 ships in town. The island’s poor infrastructure and the constructions going on around the main road made it very hard for everyone who was joining the cruise to board on time. At least 3-4 buses with people who were boarding the CAT were stuck at the port due to the heavy traffic. We want to remind you that the Catamaran was shared and that you didn’t book a private excursion just for your group. We had to also be empathetic with those who were joining the CAT besides your group. Also it was a significant amount of people who were missing to board and we couldn’t just leave them. Im sure that if it would’ve been your group who was late, you would’ve wanted for the crew/captain/CAT to wait for you. I know that you were there early, your group was one of the first ones out of the port (as you were instructed by us) and that’s something we definitely appreciate, as there have been times when our people come out late and the CAT has had to wait for them. Also, there has been one or two times when our people have missed the CAT for coming out too late. We thank you for coming out very early and I’m sorry that because of this (and because of the high traffic caos that day and the recent construction going on) you had to wait for everyone else who was late. Trust me, that is something we couldn’t control that day and I have already communicated with everyone involved to try to avoid this from happening in the future. Nonetheless, Im happy that you still went out on the Catamaran. I also want to apologize for the Captain interrupting the music, I had a word with the provider to recommend the use of a different method to play music. Moreover, regarding the snorkeling, it simply wasn’t the best day for it and you were unlucky since the snorkeling in Roatan is usually amazing. You came to Roatan on an overcast day after three weeks of heavy rain. Nature is definitely something unpredictable and we are certainly not able to anticipate it or go around it. We hope that this doesn’t deter you from booking with us again in the future. Please let us know if you do and we’ll offer you and your group a nice discount to try to make it up for this.

Dani did such an excellent job of helping properly plan and coordinate the trip itself. Once on the boat Raymond did an epic job of making sure all our needs were met and that we had an excellent snorkel spots. Everybody loves Raymond! Good food, great service, excellent snorkeling! We even spotted a rope swing and dive platform on a boat anchored in West End. So cool!

It was one of the best days while I was on the island. Dani is incredible & reached out days ahead to provide information. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated all the above & beyond customer service. When on the boat, I had so much fun with other passengers. We snorkeled, drank & danced! There was actually great snorkeling which was a fun surprise. Bring your go pro! They even provided food! As we arrived back, Dani was waiting! I nightly recommend this tour & Dani’s company. I actually was so impressed with his service, I changed all of my tours with his company because I felt super safe & he genuinely wanted me to have a great trip.

We’ve taken a half dozen catamaran cruises before so we kinda know what to expect. Our family of four booked this as a day trip and knew we would be joining a crowd from a cruise ship so no surprises there (we were staying on the island). The cat we took was quite large and could hold 40 guests or so plus crew, so if you’re looking for a smaller group you may want to rethink this option. The cat was also a bit older and I don’t think we ever actually sailed…we were under power the whole trip I believe. Again, not a huge deal unless you’re looking for the romance of actually sailing (which makes some cat trips really fun). The snorkel spot near French Cay was mediocre…the snorkeling near our hotel in West Bay was actually quite a bit better, so that was disappointing. On the positive side though the crew were excellent and fun, the food was really tasty, and the drinks were flowing. Lots of fun and dancing on our boat. We started snorkeling in the rain (which is always kinda fun) and ended in sun. We’d recommend the trip with the caveats about not sailing and mediocre snorkeling listed above,

The music was a little loud, but we told them to turn it down a little bit.
Total snorkeling time was about 1 hour, divided into two sessions.
It was nice that we got to stop at the chocolate factory and enjoy some local flavors.

Dani is great ! He is responsive, professional, extremely helpful and communicated arrangements clearly.
I went on 2 Catamaran snorkeling trips and a three stop snorkeling tour with this company. I even got to meet Dani personally, when he transported us from our hotel to the Jolly Roger catamaran. He’s a real nice guy and I give him and his company the HIGHEST recommendation.
The catamaran trips and the 3 stop snorkeling was great, as advertised. The boat crews were very friendly, food and drink were delicious and the snorkeling was outstanding.
Dani arranged for Andres to guide me on the three stop snorkeling tour. Andres was fantastic. I loved all three locations he took us to - we even swam with a turtle at Turtle Crossing

Dani was extremely helpful and made the trip very easy. He emailed clear instructions ahead of the trip. He called me once we connected with our driver to make sure everything was starting out OK. He called me again as our driver was taking us back to the port to make sure everything went as expected. The cruise itself was really good -- the crew were all friendly and knowledgeable. The site we cruised to for our snorkeling was amazing -- probably the best Caribbean snorkeling I have ever done. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend Roatan Tour Guide Association.

Dani the owner did a great job confirming our Catamaran Snorkeling with lunch tour and provided great instructions to meet our driver, he was right outside the port with a nice sign even though our ship was late to port. Our driver parked a few blocks from the port so we weren't stuck in traffic and he let us practice our Spanish as he told us all about the island, beaches, fruits and veggies, and anything else we had questions about (he used google translate on his phone for anything we didn't understand). The ship was very clean and well-equipped. Nonalcoholic drinks are available all day; food (chicken, pasta, rice/beans, coleslaw) and booze come after the snorkeling. The number of unique fish and corals we saw was fantastic. Stay close to the guide because he points out stuff you may miss otherwise. We booked this tour direct so the money stays local but the catamaran "Jolly Roger" is certified by most of the cruise lines as an official excursion. There was a whole but of passengers from a Princess cruise, we were the only two who booked direct and have private transportation. our taxi was a bit late coming to pick us up because of traffic and road work, it wasn't even 15min but Dani called on the drive back to the port to apologize for the delay. He also asked if we wanted to do anything else on the island (we drove by the rum cake factory, chocolate factory and Roatan sign but decided not to stop).

Beautiful day sailing to a gorgeous reef to snorkel and see fantastic fish and coral reef in Honduras. This was the best event of our trip. The staff was fantastic and the food and drinks were delicious! Really good snorkel gear helped as well. Cannot believe the amount of sea life experienced on this trip. Even heavy rain didn’t dampen the experience one but!

Excellent tour! Dani is an excellent communicator to get you to where you need to go. I strongly recommend booking a private tour away from the cruise port because you get a true local experience and the money goes more directly to the locals instead of back in the pocket of the cruise corporation. Our crew member Lindsay explained how hard COVID effected their economy and how important the tourist industry is to them. They were extremely hospitable and appreciative that we were there! The snorkeling is great and they keep the rum drinks flowing after the snorkel, very generous pours! Plus our driver Alonzo gave us an excellent extra tour of the island and we got to have a true local experience away from the cruise ships. I can't say enough about all parties involved. Book this tour!

Bryan , thank you for your comments and review. We really appreciate it. Just FYI, our tour description is clear and states it's only one spot you will be visiting on the Catamaran Cruise. Considering that the catamaran is much more than just snorkeling (it's sailing, open bar, meeting people and socializing, the views, the food), time is distributed accordingly. Next time, we also offer actual snorkeling tours in which you can choose between stopping at 1 spot, 2 spots or 3 spots. Im sure you'd love it!

Description and pictures are not accurate. Picture online is not the actual boat. Real boat is much smaller, older, and no restrooms. Snorkeling was great, gear was old and moldy, but we spent as much time in the water as we did on the car ride. Again, there are no restrooms, we were told to jump in the water for a restroom break. Snack descriptions and open bar are not as accurate as on listing. Only beer and water. Rum punch at one point. And snack was a bag of plantain chips. Disappointed for what we paid. I’d snorkel in Roatan, just not this excursion at this price.

I apologize for this bad experience. I know we can't make it up to you anymore, but know that we care. Just to give you some feedback, we work with different Catamaran providers and not all have the same Catamaran size or food options. We do this because we want to make sure we honor the catamaran tour booking. For this reason, we updated our product description many months ago (before your booking) to not include words like "full bbq lunch" or "open bar" and instead use words like "food snacks" and "alcoholic drinks". However, although we updated the description on the supplier-side of Viator's platform, Viator didn't update it on the customer-side. Trust me, we got on the phone with them about this as we're extremely disappointed. We're also working to have them refund you their cut of the earnings. Given the size of Viator and the bureaucracy inside of a company like them, it's probably a long shot but we will advocate for you.
Regardless, as we do with all of our guests/groups/customers, we asked you how your tour was on the same day of your tour (sometimes we ask our customers the next day). We do this to make sure our guests had a great time and if this is not the case, do our best to try to make it up to them. Literally, it has only been 1 or 2 times in 5 years when we had to give money back (given that 99% of the time, our customers are satisfied). Nonetheless, we'd rather give money back instead of having people feel like they overpaid or that it wasn't worth the money and then having them destroy our small company online. It's very disheartening for me, as the business owner and manager, to learn about your bad experience and read your review today. I would've greatly appreciated your feedback which I had asked for on Viator and on iMessage (which showed you read my question to you) regarding how your tour was. We could've offered a full refund that same day. Now, 1 month later and after having paid the Catamaran provider (who took $120 from the $185 we got paid), the driver (who got $40), we're only left off with a $25 earnings and a bad review. We can still give you back $55, but knowing that you didn't want to give your feedback when I asked for it, I'm sure you'd rather give us the bad review and "WARN" others on how terrible the catamaran was.

For everyone else reading,
Know that we have escalated the issue with Viator so that they show the exact same description we have on our end. Also, note that we are no longer working with the Catamaran provider Sarah is describing on this review (the one who doesn't have a bathroom in their catamaran) and that 100% of the other providers we work with are doing their best to make sure that our guests have a great time and will be offering food that goes according to the tour time (i.e. providers won't offer lunch on a day cruise at 9am).
On a site note and request (from a small business owner in the small island of Roatan, Honduras):
-Remember that, before leaving a small business a bad review, you can always have a word with them (and answer their messages on how the tour was) and see what they can do to help you instead of collaborating to destroy them online (specially when they're not at fault).
-Remember that we are a tour operator and not the owners of the parks or the catamarans. Not everyone involved in the tour works for us. We work with other providers and companies to try to satisfy all of your demands.
-We do take responsibility on the entire chain of service (since we are helping you with your booking) and for this reason (while understanding that others can make mistakes and are not perfect), we will always rather give you your money back and have you go on a free tour, rather than taking your money if you're not happy with your tour or having you feel like we took advantage of you or something like that. Trust me when I say, making $25 is not worth the bad review.

Dani was again awesome with the scheduling and coordination to make sure when and where to meet the boat. 30 minutes before the cruise he even sent me a message via WhatsApp to remind us our cruise was in 30 minutes. The cruise itself and where we went was amazing. The staff on the boat where great! However, a group of 10 was a half hour late and there was no explanation or apology from anyone. The group that showed up late didn’t seem to be aware that there were others who had also paid for the cruise. But that isn’t the fault of Dani or the boat crew. We had a beautiful sunset and would definitely recommend this cruise!

What an amazing experience! Captain Elliot and his crew did a tremendous job taking our entire group to some fantastic snorkeling sites while ensuring everyone had an enjoyable time on the water. Highly recommend this excursion if you love swimming, snorkeling, and parting on a beautiful catamaran with a first-rate crew!

Great excursion! We were dropped off and picked up by Naomi which was wonderful. Also, Daniel provided great communication about pickup time and answering any questions we had. The catamaran was fun and we did some awesome snorkeling. Overall we had a great time

We should have booked excursion booked thru cruise line at $79 per person vs $120 per person.
Excursion was same except cruiselime used shuttle at port vs having driver and walking down street to car.
This is considerable difference in price for same excursion. Very disappointing, as we've always booked private, but won't in future...same excursion and more expensive. Hopefully, when Viator receives review they will refund difference

Dear Vickie, as the manager of this small business I feel very disappointed at your unfair review. For all of our potential customers looking at this review I write the following:
1. Vickie booked through Viator, not our website. On our website the tour is $85 and not $120. From those $85, we pay the Catamaran Provider $60, the driver $20 and keep $5 as part of the going concern principle to pay for our marketing, promotion, logistics management, customer service management, website, vehicle depreciation, gas, etc. Numbers don't lie.
3. On Viator, the tour is $120 pp for two people. Once you deduct 26% that Viator keeps for this tour, we are left with $88 for the tour, which is only $3 more than what we charge on our website and $10 less than what ANY tourist will pay to book a tour right here on Roatan on the beach with Roatan Activities (check for yourself, contact Julio the owner and ask if its true that they charge $95 pp for the catamaran tour) and without any form of transportation.
3. Moreover, Vickie is talking about the cost of the Catamaran tour on Carnival cruises (she spoke to other cruisers who got that price on their Carnival cruise, she told me that) which is $79. However, She was on a Royal Caribbean cruise which charges $99. Her companion told me that too. Besides, it’s not our fault that Carnival or Royal C. are able to use economies of scale and price their cruises cheaper. If you’re on a Carnival or RC cruise, it might be cheaper to book through them. That is, if they are not all booked and be ready to jump on a bus with 40 other people. Nevertheless, if you still want to go on a catamaran cruise and/or are looking for private transport and a personalized service with a bilingual tour guide who is getting paid fairly and you don't want to support the big cruise line businesses and big tour operators who are exploiting their workers, please book with us and I promise you, we will deliver a high quality experience and a much more fair treatment for all involved. Check out our other reviews! Besides, I don't think you will find many option for catamaran cruises here on Viator, simply because we also have insurance for our Catamaran which is required by Viator.
4. In addition, our tour includes private transportation and Vickie is not considering the cost of private transportation. We can't charge less than what our Catamaran provider is charging us and thats not even accounting for transport. I even explained that to Vickie and even offered her and her companion free stops to the chocolate factory, to the rum company and the beach. She said no because she spoke to other cruisers inside the catamaran about pricing and when she found out that she had paid more for a totally different tour offering, she resented that and is now taking it out on a small business and the people who work hard to be able to compete with cruise-line enterprises who are not providing for the local economy. We consider this review totally unfair and I hope our potential customers are not affected by this unfair review from Vickie Jenkins.
5. Viator will never refund Vickie. Every company has the right to charge what they consider fair for their offerings and as paying customer, she decided to pay for what we consider fair. The fact that she is now giving us a bad review because of our higher price only proves that she didn't inform herself on her options. Next time, we advice her to do her job, research all of her options and then decide.
6) I am more disappointed than she is. She has no idea how much a bad review affects a small business like ours and by not knowing, she shows she doesn't care. I hope every single customer who checks this review out will know that we are fair and that she's wrong for giving us this review.
