The guide was an hour late. Only showed after we messaged Viator. He did not go to all the places listed in the overview. We did ask he skip places we had already been. But there were key places including the special drink we did not experience. Very disappointed. And no financial resolution from Viator.

Don’t book this tour as the tour operator is totally unresponsive from the day i booked the travel. i was there at the spot and didn’t find anyone on the specific day. The number given on the ticket by the guide is also inoperable and you can’t reach any of them. Overall, I lost my money after booking this trip. NEVER BOOK

My family of four had a fantastic tour of Cusco and beyond with Fabrizio. He absolutely reflected our energy and pace. He paused and gave us time to catch our breath when necessary and filled us with history, culture and stories of Cusco and the Incans. He engaged wonderfully with our 24 and 20 year old sons and helped expand their horizons with appreciation of Peru and her culture. Our time together with Fabrizio has been the best part of our trip. We had a fantastic walking tour of Cuzco with Angelo - he’d thought ahead about all the spots we were going to see, was incredibly friendly to us and our pup (we brought our shihtzu Coco with us), and was really knowledgeable. Great conversationalist too!!

Unfortunately we were at the appointed place at the correct time, but our guide never showed up. We waited 30 minutes and have had to request a refund. We ended up walking the itinerary on our own and will have to let google tell us the significance of each stop.

Our guide was a charming young man. His English was okay. However, the tour itself was somewhat uninspiring. The guide brought us to a local bazaar and then led us to several stalls that were obviously expecting us. The visit did not feel authentic. The stories he told us were okay. However, the stories lacked historic depth that is expected from a tour guide. Overall, we finished our tour about an hour earlier than we expected as it felt like we ran out of reasons to continue this tour.

Fabrizio showed us the most beautiful views of Cusco and gave us an excellent tour of San Pedro market including tips on food to enjoy and food to avoid. He took us to the best place for tamales in all of Cusco, which was a tiny kiosk in the square - Delicious! He was entertaining and informative, but most of all he was aware of our need to take it easy as it was our first day in Cusco and we needed to acclimate. Well, done, Fabrizio!

Amazing! This is a great way to acclimate to Cusco and learn history from an experienced local guide. Our guide was Fabrizio and he was great and very knowledgeable. We walked all over Cusco and saw hidden gems as well as main attractions! We did some shopping and visited cool cafes and traditional Inca Beer bars.

Fabrizio was a pleasure to spend time with. His upbeat attitude was enthusiastic and contagious. He was attentive to our interests and adjusted our itinerary on the fly to fit our needs. The time we spent in the San Pedro Market was a highlight of our trip to Peru. Learning about the culture of the people and their spirit is why we travel and Fabrizio was an excellent embodiment of that.

My friend and I couldn't have been happier with our guide and the places he took us. I have always loved markets, and we learned so much at San Pedro. We could have gone there by ourselves, but would have missed out on a lot. Fernando's English was excellent.

I took the 'Best of Cusco' tour with Omar Gonzales. He was an outstanding guide. He was friendly and fun and was very knowledgeable about the area. He told me about the social and political history and some of the myths of Cusco. Omar had great communication skills and had an enthusiasm about sharing his knowledge with me. His tour was well organized and also flexible. Our time flew by, and I wished I had more days to take another tour with him. Whenever I travel and want a tour, I'll look first to see if Withlocals is available.
