We went on MANY Excursions all week and we got the best service and guide anyone could hope for. Not only down to earth and caring for my family, they were patient and accommodating to the point that they stopped by to bring us eggs one day when over hearing that we forgot them. We got to experience beautiful beaches, meals, breath taking Zip lining, a boat trip around the island, most beutiful snorkeling, and we even saw dolphins. This Tour group is the absolute best I have ever experienced. We have been back twice to get same results time after time. This up and coming business is showing up all the rest. Larson was professional and on time . He met us at the port and was in constant contact with us since the early morning. We found him easy. He took us to the rum tasting and the Chocolate factory and then we spent the day at a beautiful beach. The food there was really good. Overall it was a good experience to skip all the craziness at the port and have your own taxi already booked.

Larson was incredible from start to finish. He met us at our gate right outside the port, and from there it was a short walk to his car. We went on a guided tour of the island, where he took us to an amazing chocolate store that gave us the history, facts, and information about how they harvest and produce products with the plants. From there we went to a rum shop to sample some different rums and get rum cakes. The rum store also had a bar out back with an incredible view of the island. After that he took us to a small beach with a nice restaurant, which had the best Red snapper I’ve ever had. We stayed there for almost two hours and the entire staff at the bar was great. From there he even took us to a small local shop for us to look at local products, before taking us back to the shop. He was also great at answering any questions we had so I would recommend asking any question you might have. I would refer taking this tour with Larson to anyone I know going to the island.

Larson was great with communication prior to and during the trip. He let us know where he would be so it was easy to find him amongst a sea of people. The beach was really gorgeous and we were able to find a nice shady area when we did get out of the crystal clear water. The food was not what you would expect with stale nachos. The server tried to upcharge us and was not very courteous. Overall would recommend booking.

Larson was in contact with us before the trip. We knew where to meet him and it seamless. I wish the a/c had been cooler in the car as it was a hot day. He was using his son’s car I believe. The resort we went to was very nice. The water was nice and clean. I wasn’t too impressed either our waitress. Aisha. She overcharged my friend which then reflected in her tip. My friend did bring it up that she was overcharged. We got the beef nachos which were unimpressive. The chips were stale and the meat was not very warm. Overall I’d book again with Larson as he was a nice man. I downloaded the What’s up app so we could stay in contact prior to our trip and during our beach time.

We were not impressed with Norwegian's excursion offerings so we booked this trip for our family of 4. We were able to go at our own pace and cover a lot more ground than a large group tour. First stop, chocolate factory. The staff at the chocolate factory were informative and the chocolate was delicious. Next, we enjoyed drinks at the Rum factory. We asked Larsen where we could see monkeys so he added a stop at a wildlife preserve. We saw sloths, macaws, and got to go in the cage with the monkeys. Next stop the beach, we let Larsen know our priority was to go snorkeling so he arranged a last minute private boat rental at a great price. We felt like we were swimming in an aquarium there were so many fish. So glad we booked this tour, our memories will last a lifetime. Thank you for a perfect day Larsen.

Larson was an excellent driver and added activities to my tour by arranging a special private West End wall snorkeling. Activity that I wanted to experience. He was friendly accommodating and flexible with the time I wanted to stay at the beach. He showed the facilities and gave me lots of personal space to do what I wanted to do. My plan was last minute but Larson kept me in the loop as he was successful in including me on this trip. 5 stars rating and would give him repeat business in the future

From cruise port..We couldn't get to through the signed bus/transfers area because we didn't have a ticket to show the attendee. Walking a ways farther, it was still a right turn to get to unmanned exit and as we walked in the crowd we wondered how we would ever find our tour. We crossed a street and there was Larson holding a sign with my name on it. Tour is exactly as described, chocolate factory, rum factory and beach day. Dropped us at beach and asked us what time we wanted to be picked up. Returned promptly. (Beach included chair but umbrella is extra. Had bar/restaurant with staffing to order from your chair.) There are shaded areas if you get their early enough. Would recommend if you want to avoid the crowded tours, it's a private ride.

The tour guide was wonderful. The beach was pretty nice. The tours were not worth it. You could’ve gone in for free. They did notteach you how to make anything. It’s basically stores that anybody could’ve walked into. so we basically paid $45 each to go to the beach.

We have been to Roatan numerous times and always head to either Little French Key or Brady's Cay. We wanted to try something different this time. This looked very good as it brought you to two different locations and then to the West Bay Beach, which we have never been to. Larson was extremely friendly, and we had a good time. The only downside was that we visited on a Sunday, and the Chocolate and Rum Factories were only half open, so we did not get the full experience. Wish we knew that when we booked, as we might have changed our minds. The beach was really nice and made up for it though.

Very accommodating. Picked us up promptly although it was raining . Larson drove us to the 2 destinations and then the beach. The only problem and it has no reflection on Larsen, there were too many vendors on the beach and they would not stop bothering us.

The chocolate factory is actually a small chocolate and cocoa shop. The Rum Factory is a small shop that sells cakes. While we thought we would visit and have explanations, we were actually only led to two small shops. For the beach, you have to make sure you are well informed because the drivers take us to the one of their choice and offer us to pay for a better seat when it is already included in our package. The beach where we were was very ordinary; the water was blurry, many vendors, the chairs were old and in poor condition. Nevertheless, our driver was very friendly and we felt safe. On the beach there was a very affordable little grocery store where we had dinner and bought candy.

We were able to see the modest areas but I do wish we could have stopped at a local place and walked around to talk to people more. It was a good trip and felt like we were just visiting friends. The views were amazing the beach was fun and the food there was great, good prices (good for seafood typically known to be pricey) and portions. Our driver was gracious to take us to the various stops and anywhere else we wanted to explore. Much better than the excursions provided by the ship.

Larson and Larken are a father and son company that really gives you a great bang for your buck. The trip was great. We had a day of fun. We went to the most adorable and perfect Mayak Chocolate factory where Baldo and his team make the most delicious chocolates, right there in the storefront (my advise get the variety pack, you can make and pick your own-WORRH EVERY PENNY!) Then off to the rum factory where you will try some amazing rums and rum cakes while over looking the gorgeous island of Roatan! The ladies in the rum factory were so sweet and fun to chat with. Then Larson and larken took us to the beautiful West bay beach area where we sat a baked in the sun for hours. They stayed with us also making us feel comfortable and safe as well (even though the area is very safe). Over all I would HIGHLY recommend this activity it was very much worth it.

Larson is a stand up guy. We just wanted an easy day on the island and he definitely gave us that. I like that he is somewhat soft spoken, but would happily answer any questions we had. The next time we are back in Roatan we will definitely try to hook up again.

The tour was FANTASTIC! We booked independent and everyone in our group had such an amazing time! Our guide was Larson, and we are so happy he was with us! He was communicative, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. We went snorkeling at the beach we stopped at - this was not planned, but Larson suggest we go and we are NOT disappointed with that decision! Everyone on the island knows Larson is the best, and he really is!

Larson was very accommodating as soon as we met. It was only my wife and I so we had the air conditioned mini van to ourselves with our professional tour guide/taxi driver. He said we can stay as long or as short of a time at our 2 scheduled stops on the way to the beach. The wife was ready for the beautiful west end beach so we spent about 10 minutes in the chocolate making tour and headed to the beach. Larson was very conscience about knowing out boarding time back to the ship and picked us up right on time. I'm already putting his name out for my family and friends on social media. Will use him every time we return to Roatan! 😃👍👍

We made our booking on line before our cruise got to Roatan. We were in regular contact with Larson Bodden on what's app and Instructions to meet were very clear. Larson was very pleasant and took us to his car a few minutes walk from cruise port. We had a tour with plenty of information and saw Coxen Hole from a great viewing point, visited the chocolate factory, rum stop and beach for a snorkeling trip which unfortunately did not happen due to sea conditions but we did enjoy swimming and sun. Larson came back to beach for us and took us to the port a different route so we could see more. He kindly refunded us the cost of snorkeling boat trip that didn't happen. All in all a lovely trip out and more reasonably priced than cruise ship excursions. He got us back in plenty of time for the ships departing time. Thank you Larson. Dean and Deirdre, Ireland

Larson was great with communication and pickup instructions. He is a nice person and polite. He patiently waited for us when we were delayed getting off the ship. We went to the Mayak Chocolate Factory and then finished at Fosters West Bay for beach time, snorkeling and jet skis. We snorkeled over the barrier reef which was absolutely incredible. It was the highlight of our trip. The beach was crowded but we managed to get chairs. Although there were 4 ships at port, it would have been nice to have a quieter beach that wasn't so packed. We enjoyed having a private custom tour with Larson. We would definitely recommend him. Larson is great!

Larson and his son were very clear on pickup instructions and how to meet up with us from our cruise. We had a great time exploring the Macaw Market and then they took us to a Rum showroom before we finished at the Fosters West Bay resort for some beach time. The resort was a little hectic with 6 ships in port, but we got a couple of chairs, some swim time on a great beach and also took advantage of a local jet ski rental. We had lunch at the local restaurant before they dropped us off back at the cruise port. Would recommend to get away from the large tours and have a semi-custom tour of the West End of Roatan!

Larkin was amazing! He met us at our port from the cruise ship and walked us to his vehicle. He asked us what we would like to see and made some suggestions since it was a rainy day and we didn’t want to go to the beach. He gave us a custom tour of the island, including photos at a lookout point, the chocolate factory, some souvenir shopping and drinks/lunch at a restaurant on the water. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing excursion with our guide Larson. We were a little early for our scheduled appointment and Larson was there waiting. It was a really hot day and Larson car was clean and air conditioned. We had him for our entire day’s activities. First up was zip lining and Larson video taped the start of the run for us. Next was sloths, birds, and Monkeys. Then on to Rum and Chocolate factory. Next was beach time and an added bonus was lunch at the beach of delicious Red Snapper. Larson was very patient and didn’t rush us. He is a true born and raised Islander so was very knowledgeable and passionate about his Island. My granddaughter and I felt very relaxed, safe, and comfortable with Larson. I can’t say enough about Larson. Book with him for a wonderful vacation excursion in Roatan.

I visited Roatan by cruise, however I contacted Larson beforehand and he arranged a day tour of the island. He made sure we all had a great day. Punctuality, professionalism, and excellent attention. Upon arrival he was already waiting for us with water and beer. We were a group of more than 20 people.
