SCAM - half the tour doesn’t happen

Save yourself on this one. So many issues: -Tour logistics people changed our pickup time 3 times and even though I triple confirmed the time, the person came to our hotel 20 minutes early and we weren’t ready yet. I spent the entire morning and previous evening trying to get in touch with them to confirm the time. Terrible communication. -we requested an English language tour and the whole tour was in Portuguese (I should say the part of the tour that actually happened. The tour guide barely spoke and mostly just let us walk around). -worst of all, they do not actually take you to stops 3 and 4 (the ice cream shop and Forte do Monte Serrat). It says it’s a four hour/half day tour but it was only 2 hours. All we did was go to the market and the cathedral, which we could have easily ubered to ourselves. Save yourselves on this scam.
