Place was beautiful as expected and the rides we're amazing including the tour guides however a "great day" turned into "I'll never come back here" quickly. I purchased 1 of there father's day special ticket for 15k which included ATV, GO-CART and ZIPLINE. we're a family of 4 2 adults and 2 babies (3 yes old) knowing that they are too young for most of the rides I opted to purchase additional passes for the water park for them. After reaching out via WhatsApp asking about which rides included in the father's day package the babies could be included in I got no response, however upon arriving about 10:30 am i was told I could get complimentary rides for the kids. I opted to do that and for the fo cart and zip line I'd take turns with dad to watch thw kids so we can each go alternately. I was not informed about closing times or length of rides and we also had to have our phones stored in a locker which I had no idea of what time it was 90% of the time. Anyways after completing all my rides and rushing back to get the food I ordered about 2 hrs earlier before the zip line ride, which i had to stop them from preparing because they announced the bext batch of persons for that ride was ready....getting the babies to hurrily eat so I could take them to the water park which is now 5 pm I was informed the water park was closed. I asked for a refund for the kids ticket I purchased they straight up told me no and that it was my fault for not simultaneously using the water park and other rides at the same time.... meanwhile another customer who missed her ride on the go cart was informed she would get a discount when she returned. I was also offered this discount at first which I refused as I advised them I had to drive 4 hrs to get there and cannot guarantee I'd be revisiting anytime soon so a refund of the 7k for the kids day pass would make more sense. I spent a little over 30k the and to think the main thing I went there for 'the water park' I didn't get to even go through the entrance gate. I was so upset and left I didn't even get to shower or the babies. We had to drive 4hrs back home with all the dust and debris from the ATV. Also the food is a 0/10 wings and fries were tough, salty. There lack of communication about timeliness for the rides and refusal of giving a refunds was is my cause for not visiting again. Would not recommend for families with kids unless you're strictly doing kids friendly activities.

If you’re thinking about it, book it! I was a solo female traveler, and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. After booking here, you get a message with confirmation of the time and location where the driver will meet you. My place wasn’t available on the booking website, but a resort on the same street was. I entered that in, and when I received the email, I let them know I wasn’t a guest there and where I was really staying. I told them I would walk to the other hotel. They responded immediately and assured me they would pick me up from where I was staying, with no hesitation. The driver was punctual and very friendly. There were a couple already on board the van, and we ended up staying together as a group the entire time. I initially only booked the ATV and zip line, but since I got along well with the other passengers, they convinced me to join the horseback riding in the ocean. Best decision! Since our booking was for 09:00am, it was very private, just the three of us. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was having a good time. For the ATV, they offer both the single and the buggy, which are very easy to drive. Our guide, Orette, was excellent. He answered all my questions about driving and frequently looked back to ensure everyone was okay. We stopped at the ocean for photos and a refreshment stand. Then we headed back to the main building for drinks or restroom breaks. I ended up buying swim shoes because I hadn't planned for the horses initially. But the gift shop had what I needed. They were $16USD so not bad. I was a little nervous about how the animals would be treated, but after looking around, it was clear they were very well cared for. The guides stay with you throughout the tour, guiding you to the beach and back. My horse was Ricky, and my guide was Ryan. Ryan picked some rosemary and sweet basil growing naturally along the path. The other guides were Jermaine and Kassandra (she doesn’t usually do the tour but stepped in and did a great job). The guides run alongside you so you can experience going fast—bless them! After that, we headed back to the main area and waited to go on the zip line. We were told we could take a break to eat or keep going, and we chose to continue. The zip line featured seven lines starting from a high tower. It’s a bit of a climb but manageable, and there's a bench at the top if you need to rest. Our guides, Odesha and Renando, were fantastic—they make a great team. They explained everything very clearly, so first-timers wouldn’t get lost. I’ve done zip lines before, and after the first one, they could tell and let me enjoy myself. There’s a tandem line for two that goes down, so Renando challenged me to a race. I agreed, and we took off with a running start. We held hands toward the end, and Odesha caught me at the finish. The last line is a photo opportunity, and they advise you to let go halfway. Throughout the trip, Shenay was our photographer, capturing wonderful moments at each activity. I would definitely recommend visiting, and I hope to come back in the future once they recover from hurricane damage. They have so much to offer.

We were not told before going to the ATV site that only adults were allowed to ride after paying for a 14 year old and 13 year old to do the ride. We paid the moeny and waited 2 hours for the other tour to end before going to the ATV tour. They didn't give us a demonstration on how to ride the ATV and just showed us a video on what not to do. I was given a very low dune buggy that was very dingy and they brought us over a huge puddle and water came into the cart while driving because it was so low. The passengers door didn't lock properly and the passenger had to keep his hand on the door for the entire tour. We didn't get a refund. We were mislead into thinking that the kids would be allowed to ride the ATV or drive the dune buggy. The front desk was very friendly but the mood was already ruined and the customer service of the ATV team left much to be desired

So we booked the ATVs and the 7 zip lines and were not disappointed. We did the ATVs first and as the engine lets out heat it was hot. Nice route with a beach stop and a cash only drinks stop. Enjoyed the tunnel, many turns and water splashes. The zip line training was given just as you were about to start rather than some time before, and that made for a better experience. Well done Jamwest.

I paid through my hotel Decameron, $150 for the ATV experience, the rep threw in zipline i guess to make it more appealing to us. It was 3 of us so I paid a total of $500+ the zipline was a nice experience mainly due to Kenmar and Daniel which were great, but I've done zipline many times so I was more excited for the ATVs. Long story short, it started raining alot, so they had to canceled. It was a 1.5hr drive back and forth and they canceled. Not their fault I understand, but when it came to my refund, they wanted to give me $20 per person! How is that even fair! The only reason I paid was for the ATVs. The staff was nice but 500 dollars and time wasted and no money back is terrible and untrustworthy. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

Both the ATV and zip line groups were extremely large - 20+. The zip line group was too large for us all to fit on the platforms. But the most upsetting part was when the zip line guide let a group of 6 or so pass us while we stood around and waited. Extra fire and Ryan were fun and we would have tipped them until they let the other group pass. The ATV tour was slow because the guide had to continually stop to make sure everyone in the back was still with us. It would have been fun with a group of eight or less Overall, highly disappointing!

I must say we were a bit sceptic in regards to what to expect. We arrived a little after 2pm because we were traveling from trelawny. From talking to Lee in reservations, he was very professional and helpful. He assisted in changing our booking from 12pm to 2pm. When we arrived everyone was so warm and friendly. We were a group of 6 - friends and family. And we are Front Desk agents, so we naturally started 'grading everyone' based on the level of service we provide at our hotel. The security at the gate was very very welcoming. I am so sorry i didnt get his name. The guy that accompanied us to the reservations desk was patient and helpful. When we went there, he told us to take a seat and someone would assist us soon. We waited for like 2 minutes, someone assisted us. I cant believe i didnt get her name after all her professionalism, very informative, friendly, good sense of humor and also her laugh is contagious. I wish there were more people like her. Our only downside to this trip was that we didnt get to do the ATV when we went there as they didnt have enough bikes to accommodate all of us. But nevertheless we understood because there were alot of people there that wanted to ride independently. We loved that they ensured everyone could manage before hitting the trail. Shevaughn and Extra Fire from our Zipline tour were absolutely amazing!!!! They were so patient with us! I am absolutely terrified of heights but!! They gave us the confidence to do it, after the first 2 zips, we mastered the others. Let me also tell you about JOSEPH!!!! Our tour guide Joseph was absolutely the best!!! It was my first ever time on an ATV and he made us feel like we have been driving forever! Best person to ever hire to be our guide. He is patient, informative, encouraging and has a pure heart of gold! 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back! We would also like to say THANK YOU to the team for hosting us and for taking care of my friend that had an incident there. We are extremely grateful that the team took her to a doctor and got her checked! It placed a damper on my birthday knowing we were having so much fun but we were relieved that you guys took extra care of her. This act of goodwill will never go unrecognized. Yo gotta go and see Shavon and Extra Fiyah! They made Zipline great again! I've never ziplined before but I aint no punk. My girlfriend is an experienced zipliner (if there is such a thing). As she explained, they made it easy for us, kept us safe and they were mad fun. They did all the prep work for us....all we had to do was jump. I was pretty confident that I wasn't gonna fall off, smash my brains and die. Plus, the photographer got a boss @ss shot of me looking ripped and manly as my my muscles glistened clenching the harness for dear life. Go see these guys, you won't regret it. The atv ride was fun as well. They gave us quick instruction and we were on our way.

The zipline experience will be a core memory for me as an altaphobic (fear of heights) person. Ryan and Extra Fire not only made encouraged me to go forward after I was going to quit, they were amazing guides and made me feel safe. Mid experience I was doing the lines by myself and conquered a life long fear!!! If you don’t do anything else go see them and yell FIYAHHHH when you zip the lines! The ATV trip was a lot of fun. I think they should have beginner and intermediate levels so we could do some fishtails lol… At the bird sanctuary birds landed on me and ate out of my hand. The highlight of the experience for me! You’ll enjoy yourself!

Family of 4, with 12 & 13 year olds went here for ATV-ing and Ziplining. Both were great. Be sure to hook up with Ryan and ExtraFire at the zip line course and yell "FIIIRRRREE!!" as loud as you can. Tell them Tom and James sent you, I'm sure you'll get treated well. As a bonus there is a bird sanctuary and Adam there was also great! Very knowledgeable and fun guy. It's a free perk of the park entrance fee. There is also mineral baths and rock climbing if you want included as well. The other activities have fees. The staff here embody the friendly Jamaican spirit the island is known for. We got there in the morning and stayed until 12:30 and it was full of fun. Highly Recommend. "FIIIRRREEE!!

Zip line instructors Shivonne and Michael were the stand out of the trip for us. They were so much fun and didn’t leave time for nerves, I’ve never felt so brave running and jumping of the ledge and the views were incredible. I also enjoyed (which I’ve noticed on all our excursions in Jamaica) that the bus driver gives you information on your way to wherever you’re going so we learnt lots along the way! The ATV was great as well, good instructors and great off road path. They ask you to leave your phone in the locker but if you’ve got a zip pocket bring it along because you stop twice for photo ops.

First of all, this excursion was very misrepresented. Our Amstar representative said that the venue was “a little over an hours drive. Well when we arrived 2.5 hours later we already had a bad taste in our mouths. Upon arrival we noticed that there was no other visitors. We were directed to the reception area to sign waivers (they had ours incorrect but did fix it). We were informed that we would require “water shoes” and that they would have plenty at the attraction. Yes they do but for $16 a pair. Also told about other items to bring, which we did, only to be told that everything would need to be locked up… that’s a $7 charge to rent a locker! After signing the waivers we were informed that we needed to place our lunch orders in advance. We ordered pepperoni pizza, $20. Finally the four of us were shuttled to the zip line area. I must state that we ❤️ Jamaica 🇯🇲 for the friendly people but the employees here seem very unhappy and it’s apparent. I was unsure how we would be received by our zip line instructors but they loosened up and it was a very enjoyable activity. They take pictures of you during activities but we were not interested in purchasing them. Next we did the ATV rides. This is a 7.5 mile track cut out in a jungle with some water 💦 that you can ride through. The trail takes you over to the ocean briefly which was nice. It’s a shame there wasn’t a bar on the beach with ample time to swim. We had lunch when we returned, not too bad. We are just used to excursions which provide lunch and drinks. It seems that other than horseback riding, the park is directed towards children (swimming area and kid rides). I’m scoring this low due the 5 hours of travel for the day as well as the lack of friendly employees. We requested an earlier ride back to our resort and were told that it would be at least 1.5 hours until we could get a ride. Felt trapped there.

If you’ve never done it before, it’ll be a great first time experience. The zip-lining had to be my favorite. Odeisha and Max were a great combo. We tried the atv and zip line tours and had a blast. It wasn't a long tour, probably totaled 2 hours together. But everyone had fun. The zipline was actually one of the more simple to understand and execute than some others we've done elsewhere. It was pretty "idiot proof" and only had 3 leg positions to remember to land safely. The guides were very personable and cognizant of each individuals fear or adrenaline level. Our guides consisted of Ryan and Xxtra-fiyahhh (lol) and the camera guy (I'm sorry i forgot his name) and they were all 3 energetic and engaging. Would definitely recommend. We had 6 people between the ages of 15 and 71.

We had so much Fun!!! The shuttle bus driver, Maurice was so friendly and professional. Everyone at the park was friendly. The zip line leader, Extrafire (spelling), was hilarious!! He made everyone feel at ease. He was focused on safety. He took such extra care for this patron they had never been ziplining. He deserves a raise!! I can’t remember everyone’s name. Swady and Recardo were also kind and professional. I would definitely do again.

Amazing experience. Me and my dad had great time, I was scared of the zip lining but Shavaun was great and made me feel comfortable by zipping with me. Michael was also amazing, he was funny. Overall great experience and value
