So I was a bit annoyed when our driver was ten minutes late picking us up from the hotel. I’m a nervous flyer and wanted plenty of time to drop bags, go through passport control and security. Carlos was excellent. He navigated the airport, parked the car and wheeled our luggage into the terminal and directly to priority check in. That was an added service you don’t get with uber or a taxi. Well worth the investment!

Pro: On time. Friendly Driver. Con: In the listing, the car shown is a van. However, the car that showed up was an SUV, not big enough to accommodate all the check-in luggages in the trunk (booked for 3 people), so one of the back seat has to be folded down and we had to squeeze into the car in order to fit everything. We made two bookings with this company, so we gave feedback to the company afterwards and they did send a bigger car (van) for our second booking. So make sure to request a bigger car if you have more than 2 check in luggages.

This scheduled pick up from our hotel to Santiago Airport was flawless, through Viator. They contacted me via email and whatsapp days in advance, then again the day before and the day of. At no point did I have to worry if they were going to show up because the communication was great. When our driver showed up, Jcarlos, he was amazing. He messaged me that he had arrived and he was waiting in the hotel lobby for us. We were a mother/daughter traveler and had 5 heavy luggage. He Loaded all our luggage, And he got us safely to the airport and was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent english. I don't know what we would have done trying to get to the airport on our own, so thank you so very much. I think Jcarlos should be promoted to a personal tour guide because the conversations and information he provided on our ride was better than some paid tours I have taken. He was great and thanks again. Highly recommend.

I booked & paid for 2 vans for 8 people from NH Collection to Santiago Airport.. MTO travel & the driver asked me how many people & luggage the day prior departure. At 10 am on departure dayThey confirmed to send 2 vehicles with 2 drivers. But at 5::45 PM Only one driver Carlos Oid came.with the gray van like on the picture They kept saying the car fits 8 people with 8 luggage + 8 carry on . I demanded 2 vehicles that I paid for. but they gave excuses the other driver got stuck in the highway & can’t come. Finally we decided to split the group & Carlos Oid did a good job by driving 2 trips to the airport. If we know their poor service We should cancel the bookings. & save money over $100 by using taxi service from the hotel

Our guide rang the day before to confirm pick up place and time to ensure we arrived in plenty of time for our flight. En route he was a fund of knowledge about South America so we had an interesting trip. Once at the airport he didn't just drop us in front of the departure terminal, but parked, took our luggage inside to the check in machines then, as we didn't speak Spanish, input the required info for us and ensured we had our boarding passes and were in the right luggage drop queue before leaving us. We were extremely grateful for his help as it made everything very easy for us. Would definitely recommend.

This is terrible company. They changed pick up time for transfer to the airport several times in the last moment. The first change (late night before) was 7.30am-1 hour earlier of the original time for pick up(8.30am) and last offer was 1h.15 min later of the original time(9.45am). Second offer was received at 8.00 am. The time interval between these offers is 2h.15 min that "exactly" people need when they are going to the airport. Do not use this company. There are good Huber and taxi services In Santiago.

Our driver was prompt and courteous. The trip itself was fine and we got to see a bit more of the city before we sadly had to leave to go home, but we hit a bunch of traffic trying to get to the airport. Had we known that the Santiago airport does not allow you to check in until a few hours before your flight, we would have scheduled a later departure. Other than that (and that was our own fault!) the experience was great.

Our flight was canceled. Called Viator to change pick up day. Viator stated they would contact MTO Tours to move the airport transfer to the next day. MTO Tours kept our Mi eg and refused to move the pick up. Viator stated they could not refund the money We lost $65 for no service. Terrible experience.

We booked an airport pick up private transfer. Our airline cancelled the flight on the day of pick up but MTO Tour stated that there would be no refund for the prepaid pick up because we did not contact them 24 hours in advance. How were we to know the airline would cancel our flight on the day of? We requested the cost be transferred to the next day but MTO refused and kept our money with no refunds. Terrible company. Warning to others not to use this company. Don’t believe the advertised free cancellation.

I was able to get Juan Carlos again the best he got us to the airport on time on a very early flight made us feel safe as he escorted us and help us with our bags. All while doing like a last tour or giving us some last nuggets about Chile. Fully recommend this service although it does seem to be more on the pricey side.
