Terrible communication. Had a pick up time set, didn't show up, didn't respond to other messages, had to call and they had wrong time (even though right time was in the messaging and confirmed), do yourself a favor, do not use this service. Get an Uber, Lyft or cab. Much more reliable.

We apologize for the inconvenience this miscommunication caused. The departure time (flight takeoff) and pickup times were not explicitly delineated at the time of first booking. This is rarely an issue and it can be rectified by simply stating your pickup time in the special instructions section u[on first booking.
