We booked it days ago and thought that it would be a good experience. Today i asked them if the pickup place was ok. But just found out at 20h50 the day before that they canceled it. So now im left with a day with no trip and wont be able to know Cajon Del Maipo with my wife. Dont book with them, they may do the same with you.

I think the effective part of the entire 10 hour tour is just 1 hour at the reservoir, rest all stops are for breakfast and ice-creams to make the day longer. Nevertheless, the views at reservoir are amazing, picnic was fun and our tour guide Joana was very kind!

The driver hit the guide in front of us the police (the carabinieri) arrived and arrested him, took the key to the transport so we had hours waiting for replacement. ..without eating... Guillermo the agency manager very rude and disrespectful. It is painful that they have agency with such unprofessionalism and people with such bad manners and lack of customer service as manager Guillermo.

We did the tour with guide Rafael and driver Carlos, they were amazing. Always asking if we were well during the trip, telling curiosities about the places we passed and always stopping at the best points for photos and to admire the landscape. It was a great choice to close this tour! When we arrived at the spa, most of the other groups were already going away and we had the swimming pools practically private for us. Super recommend and if one day back to Chile, we will definitely choose the company again!

Me and my family did the Embalse el Yeso and Thermas Colina tour and everything was incredible, the guide Rafael explained very well and was attentive to us and the driver Pablito was very careful on the road, however could stay a little longer in Embalse el Yeso, it was very short and did not appreciate the landscape as it deserves, suggestion is to stay less time at Casa de Chocolates, which for me was not worth it since there is expensive and paid even to use the bathroom.

Very good experience. Beautiful landscapes of the places we visit, ending with a stop at the Chocolate house and a cozy picni. Very punctual and organized the tourism agency, I learned to travel Chile. The guide was well aware of the historical and geographical part of the place. I'd take a tour with them again.

The tour to Cajon del Maipo / Embalse El Yeso was wonderful. Our guide Lola was well-versed in both English and Spanish and had many historical facts to share about the area along our ride. She kept everything fun and interesting for the group. The tour included extra stops to acclimatize and take photos as well as snack stops and a picnic stop. The time at the reservoir was peaceful and there was enough time to walk to the water, trek a bit, or relax peacefully in nature. We were lucky and saw a condor too! Lola was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The driver was careful and professional as well. The area is so beautiful. Thank you Lola for a great tour!

A learning to travel Chile is undoubtedly the best Enterprise in Chile. Besides the excellent service, their price tbm is unbeatable, I searched with more than 8 agencies and they won shot. We closed 3 days of tours + transfer and every day was amazing. The regular tour. I picked us up before the agreed time, around 5.20 am and we were made to walk over 100 meters at that time when I promised to pick us up at the hotel door. It is a long journey for a few minutes of photos although the Reservoir gave us a spectacular view. Shortly after 1 pm, we were back in Santiago. The guide very friendly but lacks more knowledge of the subject. The very experienced driver.

The embalse el yeso is beautiful to see, the salto el yeso is beautiful, with a little bit dangerous trail (land and slippery stones), which needs care, but can easily be done in 15min. The tour itself can improve, long journey time, stops and picnic with little time to enjoy the attraction itself.
