I landed in Arequipa, walked into this agency and booked 3 things with the lady at the desk who was extremely helpful and spoken brilliant English. I paid 190soles for 3 excursions which is crazy cheap: white water rafting, half day Salinas tour and the 1 day Colca Canyon trip.
All transport was included, I was picked up from the square on time every time. And each guide was AMAZING, shout out to Kevin, Joel and Raul for making the trips so special.
I'd highly recommend Expo!

Great trip to the Colca Canyon - even though the start is early, the breakfast at the Canyon is terrific! Simple continental breakfast with barley milk and coffee/tea. Egg in bread is also available. The view of the condors was terrific - we were lucky to see one perched on a rock and eight flying around us at the same time. The visit for a Colca sour was fun and we finished off at the hot springs and a nice buffet lunch. You’ll notice the altitude as you get to 15,000 feet/4,300m, but it’s manageable. Our guide, Mayda, did a great job taking care of everyone and was able to share her knowledge with the group.

We hired the Colca Premium Full Day tour with this agency and the experience was far from what they promise. Before the trip, we were sent a promotional video showing a “premium” breakfast, but it was totally misleading. What we received included neither fruit nor minimally remarkable options. Nothing further away than they showed.
They also offered a bilingual guide, but in reality the guide spoke only Spanish. Despite that, she knew the area well and gave good explanations (for those who understood it). One bright spot was that the van was comfortable and modern, which made the trip more bearable.
In short, I felt we paid for an experience that was nowhere near what we were offered. I wouldn't hire this agency again or recommend it.

Lamentamos sinceramente que el servicio no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Por ello, queremos brindarle algunas aclaraciones con total transparencia:
1. El desayuno incluido en este tour es de tipo continental, con la experiencia diferencial de disfrutarlo frente a uno de los cañones más profundos del mundo- el Colca. Es posible agregar opciones adicionales en el mismo lugar, pero lamentamos si la información previa no fue clara, ya que una persona ajena a nuestra agencia fue quien les brindó detalles inexactos.
2. Nos hemos comunicado con la cafetería y con otros pasajeros del mismo día, quienes nos confirmaron que se ofreció fruta (naranjas) y la opción de tomar cereal andino (maca). Sin embargo, comprendemos que no fue de su agrado optar por esta última opción. Además, reconocemos que cualquier malentendido puede afectar la percepción del servicio, por lo que trabajaremos para reforzar la comunicación y evitar que este tipo de situaciones se repitan.
3. En cuanto al guía, lamentamos profundamente lo ocurrido. El guía asignado tuvo una emergencia de salud familiar la noche anterior (alrededor de las 9:00 p. m.), por lo que nos vimos obligados a gestionar un reemplazo de último minuto. Debido a la alta demanda en temporada alta, no fue posible contar con un guía bilingüe en ese momento. Esta situación fue explicada antes del inicio del tour y agradecemos su comprensión.
Finalmente, es importante mencionar que en esta ocasión se les brindó una tarifa promocional sumamente accesible, incluso similar al precio del servicio convencional masivo que se ofrece en la ciudad. No obstante, nuestro servicio tiene puntos adicionales, como el mirador de San Miguel (zona más lejana del cañón) y el ingreso al Museo de la momia Juanita, lo cual amplía y enriquece significativamente la experiencia.
Reiteramos nuestras disculpas por no haber cumplido con todas sus expectativas. Estamos comprometidos con la mejora continua y agradecemos su opinión, que nos ayuda a seguir creciendo.

The itinerary is great, but I believe it's pretty much the same whichever tour operator you use.
I think this tour operator has space for improvement - they are not responsive and leave some uncertainty. I asked the guide's name in advance, so that I can be ready, but they didn't answer my question.
The tour guide was nice. Also she sometimes skipped the explanation in English because I was the only one who needed an English guide out of the group of 14 ish, after many people got off at Chivay to head to Puno, the tour guide started to come to me and explained in English. The group might have been just too big and overwhelming.
The driving was a little fast, and we jumped a couple of times at the road bumps. Certainly not recommended for people who have issues with their back. The bus doesn't have the seat belt. I joined another tour by another operator, and it didn't have the seat belt either. It seems to be a standard in Peru.

I took the tour with my partner and my family. Totally recommended! The super friendly and didactic guide explained and helped us and gave us a little soroche. Attentive and helped us take photos. The driver took us and returned safely, and the places were incredible. Every view, 10/10, don't forget to try the cola sour!
