The excursion was very nice I traveled with 10 family members ranging from 17years old - 71 years old. Everyone had a blast. The captain and his crew were friendly, polite and considerate of those that didn't swim. The 2 snorkeling areas they took us to were very nice. The beach was great, not too crowded. However, I was not happy with Viator, my family and I were looking for a private boat. Viator told us this excision was on a private boat and pick up at our hotel was included. In fact, neither was true, it wasn't a private boat nor was the pick up included. Nor the date they confirmed was available. We paid and that same day I received a call from the excursion company letting me know that there was a mistake / computer glitch and there was no availability for the Monday we booked and they had an opening the following day in the afternoon. The cost for an afternoon excursion is less then the morning excursion so they were going to give me a credit which I haven't received as of today. I would be very careful when booking with Viator. The snorkeling company should be responsible for refunding my families money.

We arrived at the office at 8:17 a.m. because we were late and prepared to reschedule, but the manager told us that the ship did not leave because it was out of gas and still refueling. She let us be at waiting area, We have been waiting for 40 minutes since 8:20. During this period, we asked two staff members. They all asked us to wait for someone to pick us up, but no one came to talk to us, and all the phone calls could not be connected. Later on they give us 10% refund back🤣

We reserved and paid for tour 2 days in advance. When we arrived we were told that the tour was not available on that day. We were very disappointed after driving an hour early in the morning only to learn there was no tour.

The best snorkeling experience, we went to vieques to snorkel and the beach was beautiful super clear and pretty. Captain Daniel excellent person, sociable and you can tell he knows how to handle the boat perfectly. Thanks to that captain I would return!!!

The snorkeling part of the trip wasn't the best. There was no reefs and barely any wildlife. We saw maybe 5 fishes total. No reefs nor anything else. The staff was amazing!

The instructors were amazing. I got my PADI open water dive certification and they were helpful in that process. The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the administration was quite frustrating when one of our dives were cancelled.

This was a great experience. We did the snorkeling and at first I was jealous cause I didn’t think we would see as much wildlife as the people who were diving but that wasn’t the case. We got lucky but we saw 2 turtles, 2 sharks (small ones that don’t attack humans) and a sting ray plus a whole bunch of fish. Our guide Jorge was very knowledgeable about the reef and was very fun. If you’re looking to do diving (experienced or not) or snorkeling I’d say this is the place to do it. Side note, a few people got seasick so if you’re prone to that expect it cause it’s a pretty bumpy ride.

Had a great time with this experienced and helpful crew. Our guide pointed out a lot of interesting sights when we went snorkeling. We also got three hours at the amazing Fajardo Beach, which is more than what some of the other tours give you. My mother doesn't know how to swim and my siblings were trying to get her from the boat to the beach and back. She got really scared on the way back to the boat but the crew noticed and helped out, which was really really nice of them. They went above and beyond for us.

Our reservation was accidentally canceled. Sea Ventures went out of their way to make us whole two days later. We had a great trip. The our dive guide, Rob, was extra helpful. He paid careful attention to the four of us and made sure we had a safe and fun experience. Two 45 minute dives on two different reefs. Rob paid special attention to my wife, 72 years old, because although she is an experienced snorkeler she was not comfortable with the height of the waves. The whole crew and experience was professional and efficient. The only negative was that we did not see turtles or rays. Not the fault of Sea Ventures since they can't control the wild life. The water was warm and we had a great time anyway. Sea Ventures provides everything needed, including wet suits if needed. Drinks and snacks waiting for us when we got out of the water.

The sea adventure team proved to be professional and know what they do. Diving and snorkeling activities are well done and there is always an expert at your side to help. The places where we did the dives were good and for me beginner level more than enough 😁 The boat is well prepared and there are very cool views from the top. Drinks are also always available so as not to become dehydrated by the exercise. For my part comment that they are very kind, I lost some things in the van that took us to Puerto del Rey and they did everything possible to return it, they do not do that everywhere and for that I will always be grateful. If I doubted repeated with them

Definitely one of the highlights of our honeymoon so far. From our snorkeling instructor Said to the diving master Nelson, our first snorkeling experience couldn’t be any better. Add on the fact that it was only (4) of us and they still took the boat out for us, definitely appreciated and glad they did. Look no farther for a great experience and polite and professional staff. 3.0 Okay experience! Would try somewhere else for snorkeling

My family and I went snorkeling with a group of half snorkelers have divers. The instructors were very experienced and helpful. The divers seemed to have a wonderful experience. However, I have a couple complaints. I am used to snorkeling with the kind of life vest you would use on a jet ski. The ones given to use were like the ones you find under an airplane seat. They were very restrictive and left a rash on my thigh from trying to swim with a strap between my legs. In the video, there was a gorgeous fruit tray and according to the website, “plenty to eat” on the boat. Be warned that there were only granola bars and chips and queso. I expected more and didn’t eat as much before hand. The wildlife was incredible. Great crew.
