This was the most incredible experience! Our driver Ruth was incredible, attentive, helped us get situated, played with our kids and stopped where we wanted to! We didn’t have to worry about being late to the ship or about anything - just enjoying our family! Highly recommend the excursion and Ruth!
3.0 OK spot - know what you’re getting in for

Driver was super nice. The beach club was ok. Not as nice and luxurious as I expected by the description. No towels. Chairs available but no umbrellas and no shade (it cost more for that!). Service was very, very slow. The waitress didn’t know what two items were on the menu and had to ask. Prices were very high for the food like a high end US spot for average food. Water available but not bottles, just water served in a part cup. They automatically add 18% gratuity AND a 10% service charge then have a spot for extra tip - if you aren’t paying attention you might be charged close to 30% for pretty bad service. Bathrooms were with wooden stalls and ok but no A/C just a fan. My daughter got stung by a jellyfish. All in all the beach was pretty and nice spot but the “club” was pretty overpriced and far from “luxury”, service was poor and food was average but a place to get to a nice beach away from the ports and ships.

Who is a really nice time. Is a short excursion as we have young kids. Manny, our tour guide was very hospitable and made it easy for us to get to the beach and snorkel. Definitely worth it.
5.0 Driver Selna… 10/10!

I cannot speak highly enough about Selna! She not only was very personable, she was knowledgeable about the island and so fun to spend the day with! We had day passes for San Simon resort which was very lovely.. the drinks were amazing:) and so was the food. We loved our day on Roatan and I believe it was because of Selna! What a gem!

Booked in advance whilst visiting on an MSC cruise.
Booking was simple. Communication clear for pick up . Loved the beach resort and beach excellent facilities.
Got us back to the ship on time
Guide (Jamie) was really lovely told us lots of interesting facts. Stopped to take pics on way to port
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Seamless reservation the day prior to arriving in port. Set up to go to a beach resort for the day. Driver, Jonathan, was excellent and stayed with us the whole time. Made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us and our kids. Brought us to a place to eat and food was great and view amazing. Allowed us to stop for surveniors and snacks before getting to the ship. Well worth it
