Our HONEYMOON private luxury SUV airport pickup with BRANDON was perfect and felt so luxe :) it was for our honeymoon and Brandon was waiting for us right at the airport. The company provided us with video instructions on how to get to the meeting point from security, and we then had an escort to meet our driver Brandon. So it all felt super safe and organized. The SUV was super clean and luxurious. Then Brandon provided us with free water and great tunes for the hour long ride. He's a great driver and super friendly. Highly recommend him and the company to getting you to your destination :)

He was very knowledgeable about the area, the car was clean and comfortable, and he got us to our destination safely and smoothly. I want to highlight how great my experience with the Israel driver was. From the beginning it was very punctual, friendly and professional. As a woman, I felt completely safe throughout the journey as she drove very wisely and was always respectful.

On your travel date, PUJ Terminal B was under construction and airport authorities enforced temporary pickup restrictions, requiring licensed providers to meet guests and walk to a designated parking area (about a 3-minute walk), which can still feel inconvenient after a flight.
According to our dispatch records, your vehicle was a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ (VIP full-size SUV). Even so, we understand the overall process did not feel as smooth as it should. Please message us via Viator with your reservation number so we can review everything and offer a fair resolution.
