Good communication in advance until I get picked up is always made feel assured that a driver is waiting for me. Received a message on the day of travel from the provider, as well as a driver one hour before landing. A driver used translation app to communicate with me in English.

Make sure you have WhatsApp for the best service. I know it’s unusual but you need to make your way to the second level (Departures), even though you have just arrived. Once they give you instructions it’s very clear. Great service.

If your Canadian steer clear of this....waited 2.5 hours in immigration line.....everyone else can fly thru in 30-60 minutes....only one officer for the whole bunch of us that landed from toronto Feb8,2025. We tried messaging the driver that we were delayed, only to find no car outside waiting and no response yet, for getting our monies back as service was not provided(plus it's through trip advisor too so no number to call etc....stick with Viator, they back there experiences up. It was a learing experience). Take a cab much cheaper 54,000 peso's.

Dear Joseph Chalmers, our customer service team contacted you 24 hours before the transfer to give you instructions on the meeting point, unfortunately the driver had to leave after waiting the required 60 minutes and giving an additional 30 minutes of free courtesy. In all this time, you never responded to our messages. We are sorry that you were not able to contact us in time.

Terrible communication. Customer service at Viator was very disappointing. This transfer was for less than $30 and did not get my service, nor even an apology. Have booked many tours and transfers before. Some have been for thousands of dollars. After today’s experience I’m closing my Viator account. They don’t care to loose a customer like me…. Buyer beware

Bad experience.
They took us from the airport to the apartment fine.
However, when we were going from our apartment to the airport, the taxi came around 40 minutes late. Be careful if you don't want to miss your flights!
There was also lots of uncertainty if the driver would come at all.
Not recommended.
