This was a great family experience. Fun to swing and surf through the rainforest. We loved it so much we signed up to do the zip line tour also. The combo package is definitely worth the admission fee. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

My family of 6 traveled all the way to Puerto Rico for what was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation — a zip line adventure. We had just come from a rainforest hike with slightly wet (but closed-toe) sneakers that we had specifically purchased for the trip. While waiting for our turn, the staff told us our shoes looked like water shoes and refused to let us participate. We had driven two hours across the island to get there and had no time to return to our hotel and come back. They offered to rent us shoes and socks for an additional $75, which we simply could not afford. As a result, we had to cancel the main activity we had planned and paid for during our entire stay in Puerto Rico. To make matters worse, they initially tried to charge us a 40% same-day cancellation fee even though we were turned away due to their assessment of our shoes. After some discussion, they eventually agreed to a full refund. However, the damage was already done — this experience completely ruined what was meant to be the highlight of our family trip to Puerto Rico. Other guests who had just finished zip lining even commented that our sneakers were far more appropriate than the Crocs some people had worn. I would not recommend this company to anyone. One staff member’s opinion about our shoes cost our family of six the main memory we were looking forward to making in Puerto Rico. Very disappointing.

I visited the facilities accompanied by 53 students between the ages of 13 and 14. From the booking process to the end of the experience, I would rate it 10/10. Booking was simple, the service was fast, and responses to my communications were almost immediate. The service upon our arrival was excellent, and the staff’s treatment of the group throughout the adventure was outstanding. When we finished, they welcomed us back with cold water, which was perfect at that moment. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to visit again.

Our family did the “Adventure Trail” with Yan and Ricky and it was a lot of fun! Yan and Ricky were very knowledgeable and they took the time to point out at different things through the trail (plants, insects, animals). My boyfriend and I decided to do the Adventure Trail and it was fun! The guides were great (Jorge was one of ours) and they were funny and made the entire experience even better. They handle clipping in, so if that’s something concerning, there’s no need. Only suggestion is to get a Venmo or QR code for tipping!

Our family did the zipline & the adventure trail. We had a blast, and I especially want to shout out Jorge & Ricky, who led my partner and our 3 boys ages 9-11 through the adventure trail. They were super knowledgeable about the local eco system, caring & friendly. Our youngest was a little scared of the zipline and opted out after his first run, but he absolutely LOVED the adventure trail! Might not be as fun for teens but the guides were so great and both experiences were fun and we were well cared for.

I went with my two teenagers. Let me tell you they didn’t want to do this tour, they thought it was lame!!! By the end both of my kids were smiling ear to ear. I 100% recommend this trip!
