The complete tour to the Concha y Toro winery was magnificent! The guides and driver Luciano, Nicolas, Blas and Jaime were exceptional, received us very well, explained everything about the region, supported us all the time. The tour is very cool and really worth it. The vineyard is very beautiful, with good structure and the wines are excellent. We made the harmonization and my God what wonderful!! A great afternoon in Chile!!

The visit was very good. The sommelier Patricio was very good at explaining and very kind. Regarding the guide Carlos, he is a genius; he explained many things on the way to and from the tour and gave us many ideas for things to continue doing. Jorge the driver was very good and kind. The experience is highly recommended; I just wish I had more time to explore the beautiful surroundings.

We went to shell and bull with Turistik, a very large and beautiful place, we toured all the facilities and took many photos in the Bodegas de Casillero del Diablo. Thanks to Janis the always very friendly coordinating guide and told us stories about wine. Driver Cristobal always attentive to his work, certainly an experience that he would repeat again.

Our guide from Turistik, Carlos, was great. Very friendly, informative and helpful 5/5.
However the vinyard tour itself left a lot to be desired. We booked an English language tour, but got spanish. This was not a problem for us but would have been if we didn't speak spanish. Then after waiting around for 20 minutes or so for the tour to start we got rushed to join a tour that had already started.
We didn't get to do the sensory experience that was listed as part of the tour.
I would recommend Santa Rita vinyard over this. They seem much better organised and have nicer facilities to spend time at after their tour.
