We really enjoyed our tour! It was interesting to learn about the history of Vancouver and the sights were great. We loved the gondola ride, Whistler was a very cute and quaint village with many restaurant and shopping
choices. Shannon Falls was just beautiful. The only issue we had was that the pick up instructions were not detailed enough. The address for the pick up point was not as shown on the email.

We did the Whistler, Sea to Sky Gondola, & Shannon Falls Tour from Vancouver with our family May 31st. It was a great time! I would highly recommend this to anyone in this area who enjoys the outdoors and learning unique information about the area. The views along the Sea to Sky Highway are fantastic and the stops that we made were each beautiful. This is an all day adventure, but it is well worth it in my opinion.
I would say a particular highlight was our Tour Guide, Alex. I imagine that navigating that big bus through some of the tight terrain is hard enough, but he was very informative and also brought some humor to the content. I was very engaged throughout the trip. He did a fantastic job!

So glad I decided to take this bus tour when I had a day to fill by myself. Whistler has been on my list for a while now so it was great to finally visit. The tour was timed perfectly and the driver, Alex was brilliant!

Sea to Sky Gondola and Shannon Falls were very cool. Would visit those places again. I can't remember the guide's name, but he was ok. Certainly not the most excited of tour guides. He knew his history and provided detailed information. It was just his demeanor was...boring. My bad for not doing more research on Whistler. It's a tourist trap with lots of stores and restaurants. I'm not a big shopper so it was not for me. A hell of a long ride and time that was wasted.

Pickup from our hotel was super convenient and punctual. Gondola was absolutely the highlight of the day. Breathtaking views, great little cafe at the top, the weather could not have been better. Once we got to Whistler things got a little more relaxed. Perhaps a bit more than we were anticipating. We were driven through the village on the bus (busses were A+ condition) and briefly explained the areas. We were given a map and three hours to roam. We didn’t really do any research on Whistler so ended up wandering around the whole time. I don’t know what I expected so that’s really on me. We ended at the falls on the way back. It was a quick stop but really beautiful. Overall a great way to spend a day if you don’t want to be in the city!

This was such a beautiful trip up to Whistler. The Scenery was amazing, and so green. It was a long day but worth it. Loved the Suspension Bridge, it was a little rainy but still nice. The gondola up there was a very nice ride. And the Olympic Village was great. I am so glad we did this. I would totally recommend this tour. And Shannon falls was so beautiful.

1.0 Frustrated day for Whistler Tour

Viator send me your departure at 8.50am from hotel Whistler gondola ride. We arrived at your departure site at 8.25am. We waited an hour, finally a whistler tour bus came at 9.30am, we showed him tickets and were allowed to sit in bus. Bus drop us at whistler 11.30. Then we check with driver about return time. He look at tickets and said you are in wrong bus. This bus won’t take you back. Finally we called Viator. They said our driver will be there 1.00pm, just wait there. Finally Driver Jason showed up and said I left your hotel at 8.20am, there was person with your name, picked him up. When Viator gave us 8.50am time, how driver can come at 8.20am and picked up wrong person. Finally back hotel around 8pm. Any how we wasted one precious vacation day in waiting or calling. Called Viator they refund ed. But no compensation for all frustration!

It's a definite must! The scenery is breathtaking all the way to Whistler. The highlight was the Sea to Sky Gondola, Suspension Bridge, Shannon Falls and walking trails. The tour guide, Andrea was excellent! Whistler Village was lovely, lots of shopping and restaurants. Wish they had a little tram to take you around to the different villages. We did not take any of the Gondola rides. The peak to peak wasn't operating the day we went.

A huge thank you to Jason Southern for being such an outstanding tour guide. From the moment we boarded the bus, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome. He shared interesting facts about Vancouver, British Columbia, local history, and the beautiful places we visited along the way.
Jason kept the tour organized, provided clear instructions at every stop, and made sure everyone had enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery. His recommendations for viewpoints, photos, food, and things to do in Whistler were incredibly helpful.

Absolutely wonderful experience, and well worth the cost for a full-day tour.
Our guide Jason was wonderful: super helpful, informative, and you could tell he has a ton of passion for what he does.
All the stop were great. Shannon Falls was a nice peaceful experience, the Sea to Sky Gondola gave breathtaking views and nice hiking trails, and Whistler was bustling and featured a great First Nations museum.
Jason also took us to a couple of photo stops along the highway, and we were lucky enough to catch a pod of orcas moving up Howe Sound!
All in all, a great way to catch several sights farther afield from Vancouver, without needing to rent a car and deal with the hassle of driving yourself.

This tour was great. It’s amazing how high up the gondola takes you, amazing views. Our guide Mike was very knowledgable and friendly, he made sure we got the best expedience. We couldn’t go to Shannon Falls because of road repairs, so he took us to Porteau Cove instead; beautiful and peaceful water and mountain views. Take this tour, you won’t regret it.

Wasn’t worth the premium. The weather was not good, everything looks murky. The Peak 2 Peak Gondola was closed, and the view up the Sea To Sky Gondola was meh.

It was a great day, excellent sites and views, nice hiking. It was market day in Whistler, which was nice to see local products.
The guide was good, very informative, although did talk a little too much.

3.0 Trust the Locals: Spend More Time at Sea to Sky

Andrea was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the tour.
The Sea to Sky Gondola was the highlight of the day. The relaxed atmosphere and stunning views made it especially enjoyable. The 1,400-foot cable car ride, lasting about 10 minutes, provided time to chat with fellow travelers, share experiences, and learn about places they had visited. The suspension bridge was beautiful and offered plenty of photo opportunities.
However, the two hours allocated at Sea to Sky were not enough. Between exploring the trails, taking photos, grabbing a snack, and visiting the gift shop, the time passed quickly.
Whistler, presented as the highlight of the tour, felt more like an expensive tourist destination than a must-see attraction. For example, a single drink cost about $25. While the people were friendly, three hours there felt excessive. After an employee described the Summer Alpine Experience as having “nothing much to see up there,” I was not willing to spend an additional $85 just to cross another bridge.
I now understand why a local resident said she had not visited Whistler in years and why a tour guide laughed when I mentioned it was our destination.
Interestingly, several other tourists shared similar opinions. I would recommend either booking a tour focused on the Sea to Sky Gondola or adjusting the itinerary to allow more time there and less time in Whistler.
Overall, Andrea did an excellent job, but the itinerary could be improved.

Good day trip to Whisler and surrounding area for first timer to that area. Need to prioritise the avtivities if you want to do the gondola. We missed it as some were closed and at the end did not have enough time to experience it.

This tour is amazing! Sky to Sea gondola ride let us see the glorious landscape of Vancouver. Whistler village was a cute place to relax, eat and shop. Shannon Falls was also impressive. I recommend this tour to anyone who loves the beauty of nature.

1.0 Leslie Mildiner has appalling manners

The tour guide, Leslie Mildiner, was exceptionally rude. Perhaps Mr Mildiner could learn some of the politeness his adopted country is famous for. Seems he doesn’t like Australians. It started with “and for the Australians they have a McDonalds” The insults against Australians kept coming. Finally he said everyone is welcome back… except for the Australians. As far as I know I was the only Australian on the tour. I had no interactions of note with him so I doubt that the comments were specifically directed at me. At one point he said at some length that Australians and New Zealanders don’t tip and I am guessing this is the source of his evident hatred. It is true that some Australians + NZ don’t tip. We value mateship and see tipping as inconsistent with this as it signifies a subservient relationship. Not so much now but it used to be case that offering a tip in Australia was seen as an insult. I do tip overseas and did on this occasion despite the insults, because I think one should follow local customs but understand why it is anathema to Australians and NZs.

We took the west coast sightseeing big bus with are tour guide (Jason Southern) to Whistler from Vancouver stopping off at Shannon Falls and Sea to Sky gondola on the way which were both amazing are guide Jason was also amazing with his incredible knowledge of everything Canadian he kept us interested for the 10 hours we were with him and was very friendly and polite big thank you Jason we would definitely recommend the tour

This was a great tour to see some beautiful sites outside of Vancouver. The land to sea gondola was beautiful with the suspension bridge at the top. Whistler was beautiful even with no snow. Good food and drinks. The Olympic rings are there for pictures. Shannon Falls was beautiful too. Little bit of a hike, but very pretty!
