We had an absolutely wonderful time on out tour with Ignacio. He shared lots of interesting information about Chile & the region and showed us a lot of beautiful sites. The pace of the tour never felt rushed and focused on things that interested us.
Our lunch stop was delightful and the food was delicious! We were able to try multiple different menu items and of course some Chilean wine.
Speaking of wine, our winery visit was perfect. We felt like VIPs.
All in all in was a fantastic tour and a fabulous day trip from Santiago.

Ignacio was very engaging and informative on this tour. He did do his best to make it interesting given the constraints with regard to the closure of the road into Cajon del Maipo. A short walk to the edge of the reservoir was the the only option. We were able to get a private wine tour to Besoain winery a family owned business. Overall a great experience.

We just had a wonderful trip with Theo Duclos as our guide. It started with a visit to a quaint little winery after which we proceeded to the Andes ranges and Cajun Del Maipo. It is quite a grand spectacle. Theo is very well traveled and kept us informed about the location, history and interesting details. We also visited the small town of San Jose and a Chocolate Place with unique architecture. We enjoyed a lot and highly recommend this trip.

This tour was part of a trip to several areas around Chile. The day before our scheduled tour, we experienced an incident that resulted in the loss of our passports. We intended to cancel our tour, but Pablo (our assigned tour guide) arrived and assisted us in getting emergency passports. This was so amazing and unexpected. After that, he graciously suggested that we should have lunch and visit a beautiful boutique vineyard. The end of our day proved to be lovely and refreshing after a stressful morning. Pablo was an incredible aide to our situation and was so gracious and kind. He was a highlight of our time in Santiago. He is a great conversationalist and super informative. We visited Vina Aquitaina and I highly recommend this vineyard. Valentina is informative and very passionate about wine and the making of wine. She was a great guide. The wines are delicious and we enjoyed tasting their varieties. The grounds are set under the Andes and the views are beautiful. Although part of our tour was interrupted due to unexpected circumstances, the remainder of the tour was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this company. Their performance was exceptional.

Víctor was absolutely incredible! We have a 3 and 5 year old and he was such a thoughtful tour guide, he had toys and snacks and water for the kids and even met us keep the toys at the end of the tour. He even had car seats for the kids. The tour itself was breathtaking, the sights were majestic. Victor also made everything so personable, if we wanted to stop and take a picture he would stop, if we wanted to stop and eat a snack he would stop. This tour is more than worth it.

Ignacio was quite punctual and attentive, adapting the script to our interests. He has a good Portuguese, responsible in the traffic and is quite cordial in the treatment. He took us to good wineries (one was not even open to tourists) and explained in detail the region. It was a very nice day! I recommend everyone!

We enjoyed the tour and Ignacio was a good host and shared much knowledge with us. We didn't get to stop at the Tunel Tinoco or at the Maipo Valley winery (we only did the Concha y Toro wine tour) which was a little disappointing. The included lunch was very good.

I wanted to take a moment to clarify a couple of things regarding the itinerary:
Regarding the winery visit, the tour includes a visit to Concha y Toro or, depending on timing and the guide’s decision, an alternative boutique winery in the Maipo Valley. In your case, we visited Concha y Toro, one of the many wineries in this renowned wine Maipo Valley region.
There is No winery called 'Maipo Valley Winery,' so I just wanted to clarify that we did visit the winery included in the planned itinerary.
As for Tunel Tinoco, we didn’t stop due to time constraints, mainly because of morning traffic on the way to Maipo Valley, and also since it was mentioned during the tour that you preferred not to cross it or make a short stop there.
I truly appreciate your feedback and am so glad you loved the Chilean lunch in the restaurant La Vaquita Echá!

You'll hit sensory overload on this full day trip! The views, conversations, tastes, and experiences were absolutely fantastic. Ignacio did it seamlessly and effortlessly. The pacing was spot on, and he interjected stories of his own life and experiences rather than going through a formulaic presentation. I'd expect that every trip with him is different as he looks to accommodate his guest's needs and interests. Plus, he's a good driver - critical for some of those crazy rads and hair pin turns! Thanks again Ignacio for a wonderful day. If we're going your way again, we may have to arrange a custom wine tour through Maipo and some of the other up and coming wineries you were talking about.

I originally did a tour with Ignacio in 2016 and had a fantastic time. Recently I returned to Santiago for work and reached out last minute for another tour with a bunch of my coworkers.
Ignacio was a fantastic tour guide and was extremely flexible and considerate by our tight schedule. He also provided a fantastic insight into the medical system of Chile (we were there for work in the medical world) and provided multiple points of context by interviewing or driver for us.
Absolutely fantastic experience and can’t recommend enough.

Ignacio was just an amazing guide and host. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to visit Cajon Del Maipo. We started the day with an overview of Santiago (our first visit to Santiago) and made our way out of the city an into the beautiful mountains. We stopped at the House of Chocolate and enjoyed a hot chocolate. The views were amazing, and the opportunity to get up close and personal was great. Ignacio was full of great historical information, and we really enjoyed our conversations. The lunch that we had a highlight for sure. Ignacio knew the owner and really provided an exceptional experience and the food was top notch. We were also able to visit Concha yesterday Toro, which was a lot of fun and we enjoyed a very nice wine tasting. I would highly recommend Ignacio if you are looking for a tour that can pack a lot in for the day, and have great conversation along the way.

This was a fantastic and comprehensive tour where we got to explore a wonderful town in the country, San Jose de Maipo. Followed by a drive into the Andy‘s with views of a beautiful lagoon and completed with lunch at a fantastic restaurant and a lovely vineyard in the Maipo Valley. All I can say is.

An amazing tour! Perfect mix of scenic natural sights and culture but very accessible. No serious hiking needed. We just wore casual sneakers. Embalse el yeso is easily the most beautiful sight we saw in Chile. Lunch was at a fantastic family owned restaurant. Concha y Toro winery is both scenic and delicious. Some things were closed on Sunday so consider that when picking your tour date. Ignacio was an awesome bilingual guide who taught us a lot about Chilean culture and wine and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our stay. Would 100% recommend.

Our private tour (3 persons!) with Ignacio was exceptional. He finalized our pickup time with us the day before and arrived early. He pointed out many interesting sights within Santiago on our way out of town - an unexpected bonus! The tour of the Maipo valley was great fun. Ignacio gave us frequent opportunities to stop and take photos of the river and the scenery was beautiful! The train tunnel was a nice walk and Ignacio met us on the other side. The reservoir was absolutely stunning. The road to and along side the reservoir is narrow and twisty; Ignacio is an excellent driver and we all felt safe and comfortable. The tour of Concho Y Toro - one of the world’s largest wine producers was informative and tasting pours were generous. We could not have been happier with the complete experience! Thank you Ignacio!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. El Yaso was beautiful as was the off-roading style journey to get there. Our guide, Ignacio, was very knowledgeable and even made an amazing video he shared with us (on top of taking pictures throughout the day that he also shared). We also had a great time on the wine tour at Concha Y Toro. We would have totally upgraded to the extra wine tastings but didn't know to ask in advance (otherwise it is three pours). There were other interesting stops along the way, but the El Yaso and the Winery were the real winners!

Ignacio was a wonderful guide, in this tour and the other two we did with him (City Tour and Valparaiso). Always available for us, with a great knowledge of the places we visited and always with a smile. The tour was super personalised and we had the opportunity to see parts of the country we would never knew existed, if not for the guidance provided by Ignacio.
Overall, a great experience and a great guide, we would return tomorrow if possible!

We visited incredible landscapes in the Cajon del Maipo, saw fauna, met a picturesque pulperia and tasted some rich pine patties, enjoyed excellent wines in Viña Concha y Toro and a typical Chilean lunch!!! Best of all Nacho's guide, his willingness and sympathy and a very prudent driver!! Highly recommended the excursion and without hesitation I would rehire this Agency.

We run several tours on different days: Cajon del Maipo/ vineyard, Valparaiso/ Viña del Mair and City tour of Santiago, and in all I felt super comfortable, Ignacio explained the history of each place with a lot of patience and takes good photos.
The tour is personalized, so traveling alone, I always felt accompanied by a friend. Ignacio and his family are very friendly and cute people.
