Great way to see Panama City and a couple of the surrounding areas. Roberto was very professional providing me with a message on WhatsApp prior to his arrival to introduce himself and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable of the city and spoke very good English. The canal portion of the tour provided an in depth history of the canal at the IMAX big screen. Only down side is, this pricevwas not included with the tour and it was an extra $22. This is one of the best ways to see multiple parts of the city in a short amount of time.

Our guide Graziano was so wonderful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and had such a great vibe. He speaks very good English (he knows four languages) so everything was easy to understand. I had a 12 hour layover in Panama airport. I booked this Panama Canal tour to fit in some exploration. I’m so glad I did. My guide is a born raised local. His in depth knowledge allowed me to know history of the canal and then he drive me to the coast, city, financial district, market, and old town. People know him and greeted him along the way. In a previous life, he gave jungle tours. He pointed out cappy berras, sloth and more. Taking a solo tour was outside my comfort zone. I had a carry on luggage a backpack and jacket. They all fit into the car. The tour company contacted me a day in advance via what’s app. (I was in Ecuador, there was no problem receiving the message). The tour guide and tour companies written and verbal English was great. They outlined where I should go to meet my guide and stated in touch with me until we met up. I highly recommend this tour! My guide put me at ease, was kind and knowledgeable.

I had a limited time in Panama and wanted to try and see the sights as quickly as possible. I found this tour on Viator and it checked a lot of boxes for me. Ivan did a great job explaining the different sites and the history of Panama City. We went from Casco Viejo to Amador Causeway where we stopped to see some sloths, looked at the view and took pics at the Panama. Then we went to see the Bridge of Americas. Sadly the Chinese platform that gives good views was demolished and closed for visitors. We then went to downtown Panama City to see all the buildings. Stopped at Marriott and the Spire buildings to take pics. We then worked our way to Panama Canal. Unfortunately, no boats were planned at all during my tour time so instead of paying to see the film and no boats, he took me to a different lock that was free to see at the top and start of Gaten Lake. From here, we cross the Centennial Bridge where we saw a large vessel heading down the canal. Lastly, we went back to Casco Viejo for a walk through the old town where he did a great job alternating indoor and outdoor sights due to the heat. Only recommendation I would have for someone is to do the early trip so you can see boats in the canal. Otherwise it was a great tour. Ivan was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Perfect tour for our one day stopover in Panama City. Graziano met us at the airport and took us to see highlights of the city with an interesting stroll through the walled city. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to set the pace. He never rushed us along - we’re seniors - but helped us get to the Canal at peak viewing time. He took us directly to our hotel when we were done. I don’t think we could have had a more knowledgeable and accommodating guide. Five stars isn’t enough!!!

Expectations exceeded! The truth that we were pleasantly surprised with this experience, was very complete and for the first time visit to Panama is a tour of much benefit and knowledge. Be careful! This tour only includes transport. A real GUIDE is NOT included. In our opinion the information shown is a little bit misleading as we thought that a guide would be included as you can for example select the language of the tour. We were wondering because the information the driver told us about the sights was very basic and you can find it easily in the internet. Then we had a look at the checklist again and realized that a guide is not included. However the driver was really friendly and the transportation worked out well, but if you want to gain deeper knowledge about the city, join another tour.

We had a private tour with Mr Henriquez who is TOP TIER! He was so knowledgeable and a gentleman opening doors offering to assist with our bags along with being so patient with two women shopping!! We learned so much about the canal and actually got to see a shipping boat transitioning through the Panama Canal with a detailed description by our host what we were witnessing! Then we got to see a movie about how the Panamá Canal was built ! 10 stars, I would suggest anyone wanting to complete a tour pick this one !!! Due to the extremely short notice of your service request, our strict logistical requirements made it impossible to assign an additional vehicle and a separate guide. We immediately notified you (Through a message via Viator) that there would be a total of four participants in the tour. We ensured the provided vehicle (a 10-seat van) was large and spacious, to maximize your comfort, including bottled water and souvenirs for all 4 participants, despite the last-minute constraints. Great tour

We booked a private tour today and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Our guide, Guillermo (William), was extremely knowledgeable—not only about the history and background of each place we visited, but also about planning an efficient itinerary. He knew how to avoid traffic, the best times to visit the Panama Canal, and made the whole day run smoothly. He was also very patient throughout the tour. Please note that the entrance tickets to the Panama Canal, including the 3-D IMAX, were an additional $17.22 per person. Overall, highly recommended!
