Booked this tour expecting a Lake Sandoval experience, but the actual tour took place on the Tambopata River, which is a different location and experience. To their credit, Viator ultimately provided a full refund after I raised the issue, which I really appreciated. However, the listing title should be updated so future travelers know exactly what they’re booking. If you’re specifically looking for Lake Sandoval, I would confirm the exact itinerary with the operator in advance.
