I had a terrible experience with the agency. They said our ticket was for 3:30 PM. When we arrived at the museum, they did not let us in because the tickets were not available; when we called the agency, they did nothing. It was a terrible experience, and we spent $200 or a little more.

Everything went wonderfully for me. I booked the ticket in the morning and immediately received a confirmation email. Between 9 and 10 AM, I received the entry ticket with the QR code for admission to the museum online via email and WhatsApp. The museum is a must-see and must-experience. Even 70 years after Frida Kahlo's death, this place is a vibrant location with a very personal, life-affirming atmosphere. It feels as if she still lives there and just stepped out for a quick shopping trip.

They said they'd send me the tickets on the day of booking, but they didn't. I had to call and question, being already in the museum's queue. In the last minute the tickets arrived and I managed to visit the museum.

City wonders was an excellent outfit to work with. Our first booking with a different company cancelled on us, a week before our reservation date. I was very nervous City Wonder was going to do the same. They did not, and when we called the day before our reservation to confirm, they were very responsive and even sent us a number of lunch and dinner recommendations for the area. I highly recommend working with them.

Got our tickets as stated on WhatsApp the day of the booking. We turned up 30mins prior to the booking, there is an official shop outside and a nice bit of wall art nearby to see. We got into the 3pm queue about 2:45pm. No issue getting in and saw everything we wanted to. Thanks.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. They cancelled the tickets hours before we were going to the museum. They refunded me without telling me it was cancelled. DO NOT buy from them. My group of 8 was left without tickets for no reason. I am not sure why trip advisor allows them to even post.

We loved the museum to my wife and I, it is very small, but reflects the life of those times for Frida Kahlo. There aren’t many souvenirs, or very large coffee shops, but you can observe their personal items, such as their dresses and jewelry. AMAZING!

This company is a fraud. I bought two tickets and when we got here only one ticket was valid. I called and they resent tickets. Same issue: DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS THROUGH CITY WONDERS CDMX. I booked Frida Kahlo Museum tickets through this tour company on Viator and had a terrible experience. The confirmation made it seem like everything was set, but the tickets were never delivered. I waited, checked my email repeatedly, and reached out to the operator with no clear response or solution. Because of this, I ended up missing the museum entirely, which was one of the main reasons for my trip. It was not only frustrating but a huge waste of time and money. Viator should reconsider partnering with companies that can’t provide the services they advertise. Until they improve their communication and reliability, I do not recommend booking anything with this operator.
