So much fun! it was a little confusing getting there, but when we got to the location, everybody was super accommodating and really friendly. My friends and I had a great time and we got a bunch of bottles of the rum do you and got to play our own music. they let you set the pace of the tour and spend however long you want to at each spot. the river is beautiful and we were able to jump in whenever we wanted. Shoutout Bobby.

To be honest, I thought it would be more fun; it took longer to reach the point a few meters downstream—where the bamboo rafting actually takes place—than the river ride itself lasted. There were frequent stops so that people working along the riverbank could sell us drinks, food, or souvenirs. I felt I paid too much for what the trip actually turned out to be, though I must say that all the staff—from the driver to the person steering the bamboo raft—were very friendly and pleasant.

Our driver was professional and communicated via text before pickup. He escorted us to the person who was our raft guide. The rafts are very cool. Only drawback is the ride isn’t that far because they have to return back upstream. Unlikely you will get wet but suggest wearing water shoes and not flip flops for stability. All rafts are covered with sun umbrella so you don’t need a hat. Raft guide escorted us back to our driver at the end which was appreciated. Overall recommend this uniquely Jamaican experience

Good experience for a group or solo traveler. Driver was on time and the massage was great. Be prepared to be approached to purchase water shoes or a phone case or fruit or something to drink. I came with water shoes, a drink in my Yeti cup, water, and had a ball!!!! Our guide also took pictures for us so it was a 10/10 for me.

The experience overall was really nice. The views of Jamaica were beautiful, the limestone massage was relaxing, and the jerk chicken with rice and peas was full of flavor. Ronaldo, our captain, was the highlight: friendly, genuine, and someone I could actually see myself hanging out with. What stood out most is that he even tried to decline our tip, despite being the one who truly earned it. It felt like he knew things had gotten uncomfortable and didn’t feel right taking more. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when tipping became more of a demand than a suggestion. We were repeatedly told to tip at least $20 for services already included, given unclear explanations about Cash App fees, and asked multiple times if and how much we tipped. It felt pushy and unprofessional. I’d still do the experience again for the views and overall vibe, but I’d be much more firm about what’s included and hope they improve how they handle tipping.

Every bit of this was exciting and adventurous. We had an incredible driver, Mike who picked us up and dropped us off back at the port. I appreciate his patience with us after our son ended up wet despite all the planning for him not to be. Our rafter captains Joe and Luki (not sure of spelling) were great making sure we got several photos together despite being on two rafts. The limestone massage was well worth it. It was a perfect experience for all four of us.

Although I expected it to be a little longer, it was nice and relaxing and a cute experience to go down the river for a little bit! Our guide was friendly and helpful as my mom had a bit of mobility issues but he helped her off and on the raft! The massage was nice, it was mostly just for the exfoliating and experience of having limestone on your legs. They had drinks and food for sale on the river as well as before you get on the raft. Overall it was cute and relaxing and if it was longer and the massage was a bit more intense I would do it again! I would give it a 7/10 🙂

As soon as you pull up you will be inundated with the locals trying to get you to buy water shoes and other items. The website tells you to bring a towel but says nothing about water shoes. I don’t even think we used the towels. The water is brown which can be a turnoff and the actual “ride” round trip is a quarter of a mile.

Driver - 15 min late to pick us up which was fine except for the fact that on the way home he was in a rush to pick up his next group of people and he would not let us stop for KFC, which was part of the description of this excursion and we were starving. Yet, upon arrival back at our resort, he was willing to wait for us to run up to our room to get cash to tip him. As far as the excursion itself, it was a really cool experience and the captain of our bamboo raft, J , was awesome. We had a lot of fun with him. However, from the minute we got there it felt like one upsell after another. I paid for 2 adults to enjoy the raft and limestone massages but once we got there, they said that my massage was paid for but because a woman would be massaging my boyfriend, we were required to tip her because she doesn’t get paid. The description overall just felt a bit misleading and we were met with a lot of unexpected additional fees for things that we were under the impression were covered in the initial price, considering the description said that it included them.
