This is a really good trip with breathtaking views all day long. Frias lake and the view of the mountain surrounding the lake is hard to describe in words, we saw Tronador glacier from the boat. The views at Puerto Blest, specially from the restaurant while having lunch would stay in our memory lifelong. I highly recommend this trip.

Very nice walk, beautiful landscapes, worth thinking to buy the optional from the lake Frias. The ladder to the Los Cántaros waterfall has more than 750 steps to the top where the lake is, about 33 floors, up to the 1st mirador are 375, as each 4 steps has about 5 meters of rest, horizontal path without steps, at the right pace of each, you can go to at least the 1st mirante, but it is optional, if you can stay in the boat without climbing.

I never give bad reviews. My motto is “ if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. “. However, on this one, I want to give fellow travellers, a warning.
I initially booked this trip for the wrong date. I noticed my error within 5 minutes of booking. I tried to cancel the trip, and rebook. . Warning, the trip is a non-refundable. So I immediately sent a message to the tour operator. After not getting a response and sending multiple messages, I called TripAdvisor direct. They changed it immediately to the right date. I sent a total of three different messages about the date change to the tour operator and if they were picking us up from our Airbnb. After not hearing from them, after multiple attempts, I finally called. I was then informed that they would not be picking me up at my Airbnb, and also that the trip I was supposed to take the next morning at 8:30, that I actually had physical tickets in hand for, was sold out and I would have to go at 2pm. If I hadn’t called, I would have been sitting there waiting. They then sent me tickets for the 2pm sailing. I then decided to walk over to their office. Because I wasn’t trusting anything they said. The receptionist there, told me they did have room at 8:30 and give me new tickets. So then I had physical tickets to both the 830 sailing and the 2pm sailing not knowing which I was actually supposed to go on.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Make sure you verify everything, including your time and pickup.

To begin with, the price differences between the same tour, with the same company offered by Viator and local purchases are astronomical. This same tour that cost us USD 194.09 for two people, actually costs USD 102 for two people.
Once you buy with Viator, you are left in the hands of a local operator who never responds to the emails sent through the link provided by Viator and you then have to make countless calls to Viator to ask for help.
They charged us for transportation from the hotel to the port and back, even though we said countless times that we did not require transportation since our hotel, Llao Llao, was 500 meters from the port and therefore, we did not need the service.

It's a very expensive excursion for what it is, although it's nice sailing on the lake 15,000 is crazy
The walk to the waterfall of the singers is long and is not for everyone to do and they do not clarify, although the road is in perfect condition is difficult. There were a lot of older people standing on the mini-pier waiting an hour and a half for people to climb and they didn’t make it clear when they bought the tour that the climb was like that.
Puerto Blest is cute and the view of cold lake sailing too, but I find it an overrated excursion

Rainy and snowy day made the day not as expected.. The tour was done in Spanish (I don’t speak it and/or understand) so I felt I missed out on all the learning that would have come along with it, despite signing up for an english speaking guide. I was the only one who did not speak the language so it changed the whole day, which was a bummer. Also, in winter, they should update the ‘things you need to know’ before you book the tour, to make sure people wear proper shoes/boots. I did not and it was not fun! I thought overall it was not a great experience for me. The snow and rain prevented us from seeing the true beauty of the mountains etc. I bet this would be a totally different experience in another season. For the money I paid, I could not, in good faith, recommend it.

The boat is very comfortable and the service is good. The 2 places you visit (Puerto Blest and Los Cantaros Waterfall) are spectacular. While not an economic excursion, it is worth the scenery.

The excursion staff were very nice but we did not see them or even need them on the day other than for a hotel pickup and drop off.....book a taxi and go yourself. The national Park is well worth visiting

I took a regular line bus and went to Porto Panuello. I took the boat to Puerto Blest including Lake Frias. It's very worth it. Best walk in my opinion.

This excursion is actually very good in the final analysis. It is a bit annoying how much they push the photography for sale, but Mother Nature’s beauty trumps the commercialism. Definitely go for the add-on excursion to Lago Frias - it’s breathtaking. If you go in winter - be prepared with proper clothing...hat and gloves - can freeze your hiney off. And here’s another letdown...don’t expect a queue of taxis at the end of the day. That was a 45 minute debacle I had to deal with.

The ride from Puerto Panuelo to Puerto Blest takes about an hour sailing through beautiful scenery. At Hotel Blest food and facilities are available. Multiple hiking opportunities are available. A hike up well built wooden steps and boardwalks takes you to the cascades of the Cantaros River. The boat returns about 5 pm.

Notre tour inclut la navigation et le transfert aller et retour depuis votre hôtel de Bariloche et ne contient en effet pas la taxe d'embarquement (U$4), l'entrée au parc (U$15) ainsi que la nourriture, ce que nous spécifions dans le descriptif.
Le lac Frio n'est en effet pas inclus dans notre excursion, c'était une extension de 3km pour un autre groupe que le vôtre, auquel vous aviez la possibilité de vous y ajouter.

The excursion to Puerto Blest can only be done with one Enterprise, so you can not go on your own, for a logical matter that is by boat. It is contracted with any agency, and they in turn hire the two wholesalers that there are. It's not cheap but it's worth a lot. The departure is from Puerto Pañuelo in Bariloche, which is reached with the collective 20 that leaves the center and takes 45 minutes to arrive because they are like 25 km. The ride in that collective is beautiful because it goes along the coastline and the Nahuel Huapi is observed almost throughout the trip. Remember to carry the card Go up to pay the collective that costs 43 pesos. Once embarked, you will pass through the Nahuel Huapi, with its deep blue, while explaining very interesting details about the place. You can go forward and feed cookies to the seagulls that always accompany the boat. Have no fear that they do not hurt, they are very careful to take their ration!!!. The boat hardly moves, so those who are more sensitive to water, do not turn their stomachs. Pueto Blest is a small peninsula, with a hotel, very careful, where you can appreciate on one side the lake, and on the other the arrival of the river with its emerald green, and its exquisite mixture of colors. You can have lunch in the park which is very neat and there are tables, carrying your own food to not spend so much. They give you as an option, paying about 500 pesos more, the excursion to Lake Frias. For that from there you take a collective that takes you to another small port called Alegre, and you walk this lake that is a beauty, in the middle of nature, with its totally calm waters, with an incredible green, and the particularity that reflects everything in them, the mountains, the clouds, the boat, is dreamed! You reach Puerto Frias where the replica of Che Guevara's motorcycle is, and then you return to Blest. The excursion to the Cascada de los Cantaros is included, I warn you that to reach the end you have to climb more than 700 steps. It is very nice experience, but it requires a bit of fitness. If you do not have it, there are intermediate viewpoints that you can appreciate with equal beauty the waterfall. It is very complete the walk, appreciating different colors of waters and especially the magnitude of the place. It takes you almost all day. I preferred to pay for that excursion, and the rest to do it on my own. Hope you enjoy it!

I did the excursion with Turisur to Puerto Blest, Lake Frias and Cascada de los Cántaron, combining bus and catamaran and hiking. The lakes are amazing, one blue and the Frias green, in the middle of the most beautiful frame of mountains I have ever known. We had a spectacular day of sunshine and the Turisur Tourism Enterprise did everything to make it wonderful: punctual, attentive, all comfortable transports, guides of 10 and made us all possible discounts that could be made.

The hike to the waterfalls is nice but nothing otherworldly... What is really beautiful are the views that Puerto Blest offers and the colors of the lake blending with the emerald green of the water coming from Lake Frias, the excursion that I liked the most in Bariloche.

This tours is by boat through the National Park. The scenery is certainly amazing and the waterfall is worth seeing. However there is a distinct lack of a decent English speaking guide. Therefore it very confusing as to the details of the tour. For example when you arrive where the boat leaves you are really meant to exchange your viator voucher for a boat ticket at a little ticket office in the car park. Then you go and pay your National Park Fee. So I was told by the ticket office the viator voucher was fine, but when I went to pay the National Park fee they sent be back out to the ticket office. Third time round the national park people shrug there shoulders and let me through. Then when I went to get on the boat they ask for the ticket, which of course I didn't have. Once again they shrug there shoulders and let me on.
The boat and the facilities at Puerto Best and the water fall are excellent. It wouldn't be very hard I would have thought for this company to improve it staff to handle properly English speaking customers.

Beautiful part of the world to visit. However badly communicated that you were sharing the initial boat trip with those who were going on the tour to Chile. Only two of several guides spoke English properly - knowing Spanish would allay your concerns. Do this trip though as the falls are beautiful.
