4.0 Overpriced but tour guide was amazing!

Christine_B, May 2026

Good trip. Tickets said 7-12-we didn’t get picked up until about 7:30 outside gate. Our driver John was amazing! He not only drove us but he walked us into tour spots and waited for us. He made a pit stop at pharmacy so I can get Amoxicillin for ear infection. We didn’t go to beach so he took us to a shop. Overpriced trip but John made the trip! Here are a few tips: Best to just take a taxi where you want to go cheaper. AJ Monkey sloth your $15 pp. they wouldn’t fit us in so we went to the one closer by port. This one was amazing! We got to hold parrots, gerbils and monkeys. You can’t hold the sloths but can take pics. Horseback not sure price tour paid. I almost got bucked off. Don’t let your horse get too close to another. Wear insect repellent before you go!!! We got tons of mosquito bites we didn’t realize until after. Nice little ride though. Macaw market has a chocolate factory free samples. Free beach area left out of port Cheapest shop is right outside the gate on your right The other two stores we went to was double priced. We didn’t go to beach because of my ear infection and too much sun but I highly recommend snorkeling here!!! The fish and reef are the best I’ve ever seen (I was here before). Just take a taxi where you want to go.

5.0 Best Shore Excursion Ever

Steeve_P, May 2026

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE, HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHORE EXCURSION. We were a group of 4 and originally booked the horseback riding, sloth park, and beach break, but my gf could not do horseback riding, and they were able to swap it out for ATV riding for a little bit extra. HEYMAN was our tour guide and PERSONAL DRIVER FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. We didn't have to worry about taxis or anything. He stayed with us the entire day, and we ended up doing a lot of extra things like zip-lining (extra cost, but he brought us to the best spot and helped us get a good deal!) rum and rum cake tasting (free) and stopping at local stores and gas stations (we were looking for Chicharrones de harina aka Mexican pinwheel chips and he had no issues stopping everwhere and helping us find it even though we never ended up finding it lol.) ATVs were amazing, felt like we had a lot of time riding around and enjoying the views, did not feel rushed. Sloth Park was also amazing. The monkeys were the best thing there, and he took us to the best beach on the island, where they had a lot of things to do, like jet skiing, which I did, and he helped me get a good price. Can't say enough good things about HEYMAN and this shore excursion will definitely be back 10/10!

5.0 best time

robertsK8848BP, April 2026

5.0 Yeppie ky yeh

D_B, April 2026

Good experience for beginners riders no galloping the horses, it is lead on foot. Not so great for experienced riders, kinda boring. Sloth tour was 10/10 Beach break was good as well

3.0 Mixed experience - beware of traffic delays

Margaret_T, March 2026

I'll start by saying everyone was incredibly nice and patient, but overall we were pretty disappointed. Traffic was an absolute nightmare and we waited a solid hour to be picked up. I know the operator can't control the traffic, but it seems like this is typical for the island so frustrating they weren't there at the pickup ahead of it. The van that picked us up was in bad shape - again, I was like eh, it's the island, but another van they used for a mid excursion transport was in much better condition. The horseback riding was well run, but the "ride through the water" was one foot away from the rocky shoreline - not a beach ride and never able to go more than a slow walk. (I've had other rides where did actually get to canter down an open beach...) I think partially bc of the traffic, our "beach break" was at the horseback riding location. There was a little sandy patch and a bar, but no actual waterfront access. Bathrooms were well maintained and exceptionally clean. I contacted them to pick us up so we could wrap early. They were very responsive and we didn't have to wait long. The sloth and monkey experience (AJs) was a highlight. Family really enjoyed it. Overall, I wouldn't book this again. I hope Roatan gets the infrastructure fixed as the traffic is a huge detractor. We saw people abandoning transport and jogging back to the pier...

3.0 First let me say that...

Kerry_F, March 2026

First let me say that John our operator was amazing. He was kind and absolutely genuine. He truly would have taken us anywhere and we felt absolutely safe at all times. I hate when they put yes/no answers for “would you recommend this” there should be a for some people and not for others. Horseback riding was just okay - everyone was nice enough but as others have mentioned the length and quality of the trail is not there. If you have ever been on a horseback ride at a county fair that is about the length and quality. Would I do it again? No. Would I recommend it for parents with littles absolutely! It’s brief enough for fun and generally safe. No helmets were offered or provided. The Slough portion was nice and again another perfect opportunity for littles you can’t hold sloughs due to animal protection concerns however you will hold guinea pigs, red macaws and monkeys with plenty of photo opts, due to weather our snorkeling was canceled however our guide was nice enough to offer a beach or chocolate factory tour instead. If you have been to Rocky Mountain Coco late factory that’s about what we saw. A small shop with lots of tasty samples. Had the weather been better this tour may have had more potential, but generally this tour would best for parents with small childrez

5.0 Best day ever!

X6365YWelaines, March 2026

We had the most incredible day with Borry on February 24th! Our group of six did the monkey/sloth sanctuary, horseback riding, and snorkeling excursion — and it was hands down the BEST tour of our entire cruise. It was also my daughter’s 10th birthday, and Borry went above and beyond to make the day feel extra special. He gave us his full 100% attention the entire time and made sure every single one of us was having a blast. You can truly tell he loves what he does and cares about the experience his guests have. From start to finish, the day was fun, organized, exciting, and full of memories we will cherish forever. My daughter will never forget celebrating her birthday in such a unique and amazing way! If you’re considering booking with Borry — do it. You will not regret it. Thank you for giving our family a memory that will last a lifetime!

5.0 Borry (tour guide) and...

Josh_G, February 2026

Borry (tour guide) and Jenny (driver) were great! Took roughly a 30 min drive along the coast where borry talked about the area and pointed out new things. We went straight to the monkey and sloth sanctuary where we got to hold some guinea pigs, pet some sloths, hold a macaw, and then be jumped on by some small monkeys. Had a great time with the animals. Then we took a 10 min drive to the horseback riding where we hung out and got a beer for about 10 mins while they got the horses ready. The horses looked a little worn out, but we had no issues riding them. The ride was pretty slow and took about 10 mins to a lagoon area where we walked through some murky water. Then we had about a 10 minute walk back to the stables. The weather was cloudy and windy and we didn't really want to go to the beach. So we hung out near the water in some beach chairs close to the stables for about 30 mins. On our way back we asked if we could go by the chocolate factory and they said of course. They took us to the macaw market to a store where a woman gave us a 5 min overview on how they make chocolate and gave us free samples of about 12 different types of chocolate. We got some ice cream and a mocha and wandered around the market looking at the art and gift shops for a little bit before heading back to port. Got back to port with plenty of time to walk through some stores and get a 30 min massage. We had a great time, just wish the ride could have been a longer and a better trail.

JENNIFER_B, January 2026

The excursion was a great time! Our driver took us horseback riding which was our favorite. Then to see the sloths & monkeys. Finally we went to the beach!

5.0 Great organization!...

Annie_L, January 2026

Great organization! Beautiful thing to do! The animals encountered seem to treat well:-) horseback ride for beginners is no problem ok! They are calm and well guided.

5.0 Great tour, private driver goes at your own pace

Z5224PZericf, December 2025

This was a great experience. My family of four had a private driver, so we were able to go at our own pace. The horseback riding and monkey and sloth excursions were big hits with the kids. The monkey and sloth tour also included other animals. It was raining, so we didn’t want to go to the beach, and they let us go to a chocolate factory instead. We really appreciated the flexibility. Pro tip: bring bug spray.

5.0 Private driver to do the tour on your own schedule

Eric_F, December 2025

This excursion was a great experience. My family of four had our own private driver, so we operated on our own time without having to slow down or speed up because of other people. The horseback riding and sloth adventures were both good—the sloth adventure also had monkeys and other animals. It was raining, and the tour operater was flexible to let us skip the beach and go to a chocolate factory instead. Everyone in the family had fun.

3.0 Roatan, monkey and sloth park with horse-riding and beach.

Lize_v, December 2025

It was easy to find the guide/driver, when you knew that you have to go out of the port area. Short walk to the car, clean and comfortable drive. She took us to the monkey sanctuary at AJs, which was a real treat and definitely the highlight of the tour, if I could I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars. The animals are well looked after and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The horseback riding was a definite letdown and as an animal lover, I was appalled to see the area and the circumstances these horses were kept in. They were not taken care of. Could not swim at the beach break, ended up paying extra for snorkeling just to use our time. The snorkeling was great, if you are thinking of booking this trip, rather opt for the monkeys and snorkeling. Better spend of your money. Enjoyable day, but would have liked info about the area from the guide instead of just a taxi driver.

5.0 Great excursion

Joanna_M, September 2025

Great day! Awesome tour guide! Highly recommended! The sloths were a great experience. Monkeys and ginny pigs too!

5.0 Beach, horses, and Bojangles!

Cole_C, September 2025

This was a nice simple excursion! There were a few hiccups and the operator was extremely kind and did their best to navigate issues out of anyone’s control. Our guide Sane made the entire thing super laid back, and a really enjoyable experience. Even connected us to the best Bojangles on the island!

5.0 Great Family Experience

kimberlie_S, September 2025

It was great the hill going to meet the driver was a bit steep, everything else was smooth. Our guide John was great very polite and told us about the area. At the horse stables Bingo was our guide and he was great as well. Gave us all kinds of information and let us try the local freash fruit growing along the way. He was very understanding g with the first time riders as well. The sloths and monkeys at AJs were fun and the staff was very nice.

3.0 Horses took too long to...

Arnold_F, July 2025

Horses took too long to get on, ride was too short and horses looked tired and hungry, they did not want go. Guides were not very good, they walked alongside us not even on horseback, drinks at the bar were cheap liquor

5.0 Fun in Roatan!

catheliner, June 2025

We had so much fun! It’s was easy to find them when we left the ship, because they sent very detailed instructions on how to find them. Our driver was great, so nice and informative. Although the vehicle wasn’t modern it was very clean, comfortable and the A/C on point!! Every single part of the tour was fun, but the horse back riding was the highlight!!!! Thank you for a great time!!

5.0 Fun in Roatan

Catheline_R, June 2025

We had the most amazing time! Our driver ( I can’t believe I forgot his name) was the best! Very nice, explained everything, and took to a great spot to have delicious food. He did not leave us until he left us the closest he could to the ship entrance.

5.0 Horseback riding

Aundrea_M, April 2025

Riding the horses were extremely fun. The animals were very smart and there were no issues getting on and off the horses. MARVIN was our driver all day and boi did he get us to all of our destinations in time. He was sure to get us back to the port on time.

5.0 Very personal

Devonny W, March 2025

Webster excursions was absolutely amazing. Gave us the private driver for the day. He was incredibly sweet. The horseback riding was very informative and friendly. Overall, just a great experience.

5.0 Best excursion

Michelle_R, December 2024

Amazing ! worth the money Three things in one excursion. The guides were very friendly and the taxi host was very polite.

3.0 Half and half

Sabrina_P, November 2024

The first part of the excursion visiting the Sloths, monkeys and deer was the best. The animals were so friendly and the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the animals. Their habitat was ok too. I wouldnt recommend the second half of the excursion with the horseback ride on the beach. The horses weren't very big, which made it awkward for the bigger men in our group. My husband is 6'1 and 265 lbs and he made the horse look small. I think they need ar least 2 bigger horses to accommodate bigger folks The route taken was very dirty with mattresses and garbage strung all along the route. The guides had to throw and kick bottles out of the way for them to take our group picture. There was about 20 feet of beach where we were taken into the water and brought back out onto the path again. The guides were terrific though and very kind. They took pics videos for us with our phones so that was really nice of them to do. I just wouldn't recommend the 2nd half of the excursion until they cleaned up the route and maybe got a few bigger horses.

2.0 I do not recommend this excursion

Marisol_F, September 2024

First of all, the meeting point was very confusing as to who and where the tour guide was. Once we met up with our tour guy, he was a pleasant person and answered all of our questions. I would not recommend horseback riding with this group. The horses we rode on were not in the best shape. We did enjoy the landscape view when riding , but the 3 blocks of beach that we rode the horses on was littered with debris. The pictures that are advertised are not representative of the beach we were taken to. After the horseback riding, we were taken to a another beach that was so congested with tourist we couldn't find a place to sit. We were constantly harassed by local vendors that either wanted to sell us something(T-shirts, trinkets) or offer services: massages, braid hair.

5.0 The Sloths are so adorable, great tour!

Danielle_W, July 2024

We really enjoyed our day horseback riding and we thought the sloths were so adorable and fun! Holding one was unforgettable! A perfect excursion from cruise guests!

4.0 Wonderful day with sloths and horses

shearonjb, March 2024

My daughter has always wanted to ride a horse on the beach. We meet our driver Fordie who was great. He took us to the sloth/monkey park and got us checked in, we had to wait a while because there were a lot of people there. Our kids held the sloths and bird, the monkeys were just in the cage. We didn't know if we had to wait for the monkeys to be able to hold, but we saw our guide Fordie, so we decided to leave there and go to the stable for horseback riding. We enjoyed this, the horses were very calm and pretty much knew the path. A guide, named Bingo helped us mount & walked beside the horses and was very patient and nice. They did walk in the water for a little bit. The beach break part was a disappointment. Really no beach area, but there were chairs and shade. It was at the stable area/restaurant and there were boats leaving a dock for snorkeling for an additional cost. They provided menus, but we are kinda cheap and didn't want to pay to eat there. Our driver said he would take us to a better beach with a resort for $25 each, but we didn't want to pay any more money for our excursion. We did stay for about 30 minutes and then we had our driver take us back to the port. It was worth the money for us to see the sloths and the horseback riding.

3.0 Sloths and Monkeys = GREAT! Everything else = Not so much.

Robmahstyle, February 2024

Began by getting into a car that looked and sounded like it was on its last leg last week. Rained the entire time so everything was done soaking wet. Sloth and monkey experience was by far best part, the guide at the park went above and beyond to make the most of the circumstances. Horseback riding had a different guide, the facility was a shack on the side of the road, we rode down a rural residential street in the pouring rain and then onto the beach for a few pics, the beach was maybe a couple hundred feet long and absolutely full of trash and debris. Horses weren't too fond of getting into the water due to the weather conditions, but did for about 5 minutes. After about 45 minutes of horseback riding, we drove to another beach. The beach portion was a waste of time due to the weather, so we sat at a open air restaurant whose prices were entirely too high for what it was... Like $15-30 for things like tacos, etc. So we only had a couple drinks before asking to leave. Seemed like a racket to take advantage of "rich" tourists. Car broke down on way back.... multiple times. Not exactly the place you want to break down either....country is EXTREMELY poor, and sketchy to say the least. We sat multiple times for 10-20 minutes while driver tried to get the car running. His "boss man" finally came after the car completely died on side of road with smoke coming out. At least we made it back to port. Can't say I'd recommend to anyone. Sure it would have been a different experience if the weather was nice and no car problems. But a dependable vehicle should be a priority for a tour company.

3.0 An experience we won't soon forget!

John_H, February 2024

Overall, we had a good time. This was booked a couple weeks prior as a a shore excursion during our cruise. Later, we saw the weather was supposed to be iffy, so emailed about what would happen in the event of rain, and were told "it never rains all day in Roatan". Well, it rained all day. But we made the best of it while soaking wet (obviously the weather is not the tour guide's fault and cannot be controlled). The country is EXTREMELY poor and it's apparent they depend heavily on tourists, so we didn't want to be "those people". We arrived and waited for our driver, the vehicle (which apparently was a company car) was in pretty bad condition and sounded like it was on its last leg, but to be expected in places like this (we've been on excursions in similar situations, so this wasn't too shocking). First stop was the sloth/monkey/parrot park. The guide here was awesome! Even though it was raining, he made our experience the best it could have possibly been. We had all the time we wanted with each animal and it was truly a unique experience. This is something you definitely will not find in the states! And easily our favorite part of the excursion. We held multiple sloths, several species of birds, monkeys, and guinea pigs! Then we were off to horseback riding. This was a stable/shack off the side of the road in really rough condition. It really began pouring at this point so we were soaked. The guide here (different person) was pretty good and made the most of it given the weather. It was a relatively short trip down a rural residential street and then a quick stop on a small stretch of beach for a few photo ops and to get the horses in the water for about 5 minutes, which the horses weren't too fond of given the stormy conditions. The "beach" was extremely dirty and full of washed up trash. We are from Florida and obviously visit beaches often, so this was a FAR cry from what we are use to. Again, though, this is a different (very poor) country and understood. Last was the beach (a different one) to hang out at. This was a waste of time due to the rain at this point. We sat in an open air restaurant/bar at the beach (we were the only ones there) and got a couple drinks. Food was very expensive for what it was ($16-30ish) for basic dishes like hamburger, tacos, etc. No thanks. This almost seemed like a racket, the tour company obviously had a connection with this place and assuming this was more or less an opportunity to take advantage of the "rich" tourists. It was obvious there wasn't going to be any "beach time" being the weather was pretty miserable so we asked to leave after a couple drinks and if we could stop at a rum factory we had previously passed on the way there. The driver obliged. Not much to see at the rum factory, your basic tastings and some rum cake, but a really nice view of the back porch area. Upon leaving the rum factory, our vehicle would not start. The driver apparently lost his phone at some point also, so he went into the rum factory to use their phone to call his boss man. After about 15 minutes or so, the driver finally got the car to start and we made a frantic attempt to get back to the cruise port where we began. It was a struggle. The car died several more times and sounded like it was about to explode. Smoke was coming from engine as the driver tried to keep it running all while navigating the very narrow, crowded (extremely sketchy) streets of their town/market. It finally died on the side of the road and we sat in the car while the driver ran across the street to call boss man to rescue us. Another 20 minutes or so and we were picked up by the boss, our previous driver and smoking car were left in the rear view mirror along the side of the road. So, we at least made it back without too much additional stress or incident, but it definitely wasn't an "ideal" experience, and also isn't one we'll forget...both the good and bad. As said, the weather isn't anyone's fault, but I think a dependable car is pretty crucial given the nature of the business. Not sure if this was the fault of the driver, the company, or just a result of the circumstances. Not sure if I can recommend this exact excursion to others, but I'd like to think if the weather was nice and the car didn't break down, we probably would have had a near perfect time.

5.0 Real amazing experience....

Erik_B, December 2023

Real amazing experience. The only hard part and it is super minor is that you have a bit of a trek from the boat to the pick up spot. That being said everyone was super helpful in finding the spot. Once at the pick up location you get an amazing driver and they take you to the activities and give some info as you go. After the final activity you can hang on the small small beach area or you can go back to the boat or if time permits and the driver is willing they can take to an amazing restaurant called Kristi's Overlook. Amazing place to have lunch and great view of the island.

5.0 Excellent experience - horse ride was for ~1 hour, guinea pig/sloth/monkey/parrot adventure for ~1 hour, chill on beach

Herman_L, November 2023

Went with Royal Caribbean - you get off on the port, walk past the shops and on the right side eventually you'll find the tourist destination shops. I walked past all of that through the gate into the local area, where i met with Larry Jr. with Webster Tours to guide us. From there, we took a private transportation (4 of us in total) as he drove us half an hour to the sloth park first, little bit of visitation of the animals and take great pictures. Then he'll drive you to the ranch where the horses are. Recommend that you take the first riding if you are crunched on time - we were able to ride for what felt like an hour. Get a tour around the surrounding area and the horses will walk through a little bit of water. There will be a fair bit of mosquitoes that will bite you since the horses attract them too, so be aware that's the unfortunate case. It'll also be sunny so make sure you apply appropriate sunscreen on all areas exposed to the sun and wear a hat. The horseriding experience was great - you follow the tour guide as they walk through and you can control the direction/speed of your horse as you will. After you return, you chill on their small beach area where you can buy food and cheap massages $1/minute which is worth as well. Then he'll drive you back in time for your cruise ship. No worry at all, great experience. Would try again through TripAdvisor!

5.0 Would do it again tomorrow

Eve_M, September 2023

Our guid Jen was lovely made us feel safe and stayed with us from the port to each stop. Beach break was very small and crowded but they did have food and restrooms. The sloth monkey bird park was fun and informative. Horseback riding was amazing too the guid was kind and explained a lot of the area to us.

5.0 Best tour group in Rotan

Kylee_T, September 2023

This was one of the best tours we have ever done. Very easy to find once we left our ship. We had a group of 4 and our driver Larry was amazing. Because it was just us we were able to do everything on our time as opposed to when you are in a big bus with a ton other people

1.0 Terrible

Brenda_T, July 2023

Was a terrible Tours . I cannot believe I spent $200 on this tour was dropped off with one of the sketchiest people then I was given off to a girl that walked me down to a sketchy neighborhood, put me in her car and took me to the sloth park which was good. Then she took me to the sketchy horse place. We only rode the horses through a neighborhood and down the road for 15 minutes and the Tours was over.

5.0 Really fun excursion

Mallory_H, June 2023

Loved the sloths and monkeys. The horseback riding was a really good time. This is a great excursion.

4.0 The sloth encounter was...

Timothy_F, June 2023

The sloth encounter was great time for people of all ages. We traveled with a party of 6 ranging from children to grandparents. Everyone really enjoyed seeing and playing with all the animals. Our tour driver Bill was great, he got us to and from our encounters quickly and provided amazing facts about the Island during the drive.

5.0 All around 10!

Ashley_L, April 2023

This excursion was nice because it was so easy. We had the same driver all day, kids and adults loved the horses and sloths. This was a family favorite!

3.0 Honduras horseback riding, sloth park and beach tour

holly_m, April 2023

Getting off shore in honduras is tough for any excursion as there are crowds of people and congested streets. Companies stand holding up signs so you know where to go. When we found Webster tours, there seemed to be a man that was the lead one. met us on the main street near port. Seemed like Webster tours had a main person in charge there. He divided people up into smaller groups in different cars. My girl friend and I were assigned 2 young gentlemen. We hesitated for a second and made sure our families knew where we were via cell location. Our tour "guide" and driver were very nice young men. The driver didnt speak any English but "guide" was able to communicate in enough English. He was basically there to just answer any questions I had about the area. All conversation was initiated by me. This isnt really an excursion by one company. The excursion by Webster Tours was sub contracted out to other companies. I assume cost was to just to provide transportation and entrance fees for horse back riding and sloth park (not sure about beach part because we didn't go to one). When we arrived to horse park it also had a small beach but couldnt tell if they were together or not. I felt like when we arrived for horse back riding the company had no idea they were expected us. They plopped us on a horse and added us to another group that were just getting ready to leave. They did take us though and the ride was nice while "guide" and driver stayed behind. Horses follow in a line and we took a short walk through the water too. They stopped to take photos of everyone on the horses too. Secondly, we went to AJs sloth park which was cool. Again, driver and "guide" waited while we went thru the park on our own. Beach was supposed to be part of what we paid price for but the guide seemed to not know what or where that was. He kept asking what we wanted to do. I had to re-explain what I purchased (horses, sloth park and beach). He just kept asking what we wanted to do. Finally we mentioned we would like to snorkel and he said we could add that option on for an extra 30 bucks per person. Again, it seemed like there was no communication between Webster tours and the snorkeling people as they seemed surprised when they asked if we could just join a snorkeling group. It was worth the 30 bucks though. We took a short boat ride and snorkeled for about 45 minutes with a group of 15 people. Snorkeling guide and helpers on boat were amazing. We ended up ending the trip slightly early because we didn't know what else to do and nothing was being offered by the "guide". Overall, not a bad experience but I wish it wasn't so wishy washy about what was expected. I also wished we got to see a nice beach and not the small one at the horse place. When I had asked the "guide" where other beaches were he kind of motioned on the other side of the island. So we didn't really get to see coastal beach. I elwas able to communicate via viator questions about the excursion such as where to get picked up and time. I think it should be clearer to customers what exactly the plan is. I also think it would be helpful to mention that extras can be added such as the snorkeling on the app.

2.0 So disappointing

Anqunette_M, April 2023

First, our guide Sonny was great. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Also, the Sloth Park was a blast and we had a lot of fun. And that’s where the good times ended. This company should really find a new horseback riding business. We waited about 40 minutes to ride horses and while this is billed as private, we were placed with a group of 12 people and my husband was given a horse they had to bring from the back. He was much taller than the other horses and not as tame. We should have known something was off because the guide held the horse as he walked along side him the entire ride. None of the other horses needed this attention. When we got to the water, my husband’s horse got behind another horse and tried to bite it, which made the horse in front try to kick my husband’s horse. My husband’s horse starting spinning and thrashing in the water, reared back, and bucked off my husband right into the water. And to cap it all off, the horseback ride lasted 15 minutes and it was supposed to be an hour. Finally, because we wasted so much time waiting to ride the horses, we had no beach break. What a waste of $200 and our time on the island.

5.0 Awesome excursion!

Holding a sloth is like holding a newborn baby! Just amazing! The entire excursion was fun, exciting and well designed. I'll do it again when I can!

5.0 A Perfect Cruise Excursion with Amazing Photo Ops

Susan_W, March 2023

We exited our cruise and were picked up in a private car with Jack. He stayed with us all day and Larry, the person I contacted through Viator, was easy to communicate with and told me where to go and who to look for. We went to the sloth park first and beat all the cruise traffic and then hopped on our horses for a gentle ride near and in the water. Went back to the beach near the stables and spent the rest of the day on the little beach and in the water enjoying great views, food and service!

5.0 Don't miss out on a great time!

amanda_c, March 2023

Amazing guide and once in a lifetime experience all wrapped up in our private guide with his own vehicle. No waiting in long lines, screaming kids on a bus. I don't think I'll ever book through the cruise ship again after such a great time and we were able to make the best of the short time the cruise ship permitted. Try it and you won't be disappointed! He took care to check us in and welcome us back from horseback riding and monkeys. Gave us a tour of island and stopped.if we wanted to. I cant wait to come back.

5.0 Best Excursion EVER!!

Nathan_W, February 2023

We had a great driver, Jose. The Sloth place was awesome, we all got the chance to hold sloths, monekys, and a large parrot. The Horseback riding was fun, we then were taken to private beach area, we negotiated a snorkeling excursion with them and were able to go out on a boat and go snorkeling, where we saw star fish and several other fish, the snorkeling equipment was top of the line. This was by far the best excursion we went on for our cruise vacation. We then had the opportunity to lounge around and enjoy the beach before being driven back to the pier. Our family of 6 loved this excursion!

5.0 Super fun excursion in Roatan

brisa_o, February 2023

I have no words to describe how fun this excursion was for me and my bf. We had the best time of our lives holding the sloths, monkeys and parrots lol. We had our personal Uber driver so he was able to take us whenever we wanted to explore after our excursions. The horseback riding was perfect because it was just me and my bf so we got have the full experience without a big group :) totally recommend!

5.0 Amazing Full Day in Roatan

ChristopherM, January 2023

This tour ended up being so much more than the description. We had, in effect, a private tour guide for the day. Everything list was great, then we added zip lining, a beach side lunch, shopping and on and on. Webster tours is a safe and reliable family company, and Marvin was amazing. It made the day, snd my daughters said it was the best part of our cruise!

5.0 Excellent service

jamies804, December 2022

Larry was a great guide! We used them almost 10 years ago when Justin first started the company. It was great to use them again. Larry stayed with us every step of the way. We even had plenty of time to add snorkeling to our trip. Great company to use when you go by cruise ship. We already have plans to use them when we fly directly in to stay for a week.

4.0 A good day but a bit cramped

Jeffrey_G, December 2022

We had a group of 4 for the excursion. Jack our guide was very nice and pleasant but the ride was a bit cramped as we had 5 people in the car. A larger vehicle should have been used for this excursion. Other than that all was good. We were on a cruise ship stop and rode for 15 minutes or so from the dock to the sloth/monkey park. The park was like a small zoo with 8 sloths, a few varieties of monkeys and some parrots. The guides there gave each person a chance to hold a sloth and to get in the cages with the monkeys and parrots. It was a very good experience. We later realized there is a similar attraction walking distance from the pier. We then rode to the horseback and beach area. The horses were waiting for us and we took a ride down to the water - guides were very friendly in taking photos for us and making sure we were doing okay with the horses since we were not experienced with them. We then had plenty of time to relax at the beach area. The beach itself wasn't sandy but the area was nice. Jack then drove us back to the pier area and recommended Jungle Top restaurant where we had a good lunch. More information on Roatan and Honduras would have been welcomed but we enjoyed our time in Roatan and this excursion.

5.0 Best day ever.

Christine_M, December 2022

Something new at every turn. Bill our driver was informative, friendly, and prompt. Loved every minute!

5.0 Amazing animal excursion!

Karen_M, December 2022

We had an absolute blast on this excursion! Bill was our guide and was so knowledgeable of the island and an all around great person. What an experience to hold a sloth, monkey and birds! Our guide on the horseback ride was Christian. He made sure we had horses that equaled our riding experience, and took us to some picturesque places and we rode through the ocean. Afterwards we had time to sit on the beach and eat at the restaurant. My 81 year old dad and our 25 year old sons were with us and we all had so much fun! Pro Tips: 1. Start early! We got to the Sloth/Monkey sanctuary early (around 0845 and were by ourselves, with plenty of time to hold the animals, before the cruise excursions got there) 2. Order the seafood sampler plate at the restaurant near the horseback/beach (SO good and fed the 5 of us)

5.0 Family fun

Great trip. Family friendly with a lot of flexibility and chill guide. Would recommend for others including those with small children (ours was 5 years old and loved it).

1.0 Poor Business Experience

Roam730344, June 2022

Hey Larry Jr., I had to edit my review to respond to you. Our experience was pretty simple as to why it was poor. We booked your excursion one month prior to our trip. You can see the screenshot I uploaded which I showed you on the beach resting on the beach chair. We booked your excursion for the price listed and agreed to of $301.56 for 3 adults, and 3 youths per the price ADVERTISED on TripAdvisor. We got through the sloth tour/snorkeling, and were resting on the beach getting ready to do the horse back riding when we were approached by you. First your Father gave us the phone w/ you on the other end. You stated that the price on TripAdvisor was listed wrong, and that we owed more money if we wanted to finish the tour. You even stated that we had done too much with the money we had already paid. I then asked you to give me time to consult w/ my spouse. You then came back, and I paid the additional $300 that you said we owed. Can you not see why this is an issue? You listing the price incorrectly on TripAdvisor a month prior to us arriving is not my problem. I would have gladly had a refund of my money if you had reached out to my at ANY POINT IN TIME 1 MONTH PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. Rather, you decided to approach me 2/3 of the way in our excursion/tour, and had the gall to respond to my prior review negatively. If you can't see what you did wrong, that's unfortunate. We were at your mercy in a third world country. Can you not see that felt like extortion w/ me sitting on a beach chair relaxing? I sincerely hope you realize what you did wrong, and improve your business. We had a good time on your island, but please realize what you did wrong, and correct it. Please see the attached screenshot for my original booking/price. This issue is on you, not me.
