Fordie was an absolutely incredible guide. He was always pleasant and very accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it very interesting. The zip line was off the charts fun. The guys who guided us through the trees were hilarious and fun. The animals afterwards were so much fun. Our zoo guide did the tour backwards so we didn’t fight the crowds. Went very smoothly. Got to see Sloths up close, pet monkeys and hold them and parrots were put on us for photos. The chocolate tour was so delicious. And the rum tour was excellent as well. The horseback riding was very fun and the guides there were extremely friendly and pleasant. The snorkeling was a bit of a let down as the guides there were not as friendly and seemed to be put out more than anything. No safety briefing etc. Again if you can get Fordie for your day guide you will be very pleased.

This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had on an excursion. We did so much for the price we paid and we had our own private driver the whole day that was there to look out for us and take us to next activities. It was so wonderful to not have to be with a large group of people. The walk to the car from the port was difficult to maneuver because it was through the street but our tour guide was really great at getting us through the chaos. We did ziplining first and those guys were amazingly impressive. Black Panther and Anthony were my favorite people. They are a really awesome group of people and even my mom was able to go through the ziplines in the jungle. Then we did the capuchin monkeys and eco park. That was such a cool experience. I fell in love with a capuchin. After that we did horseback riding and the people who guided us through that were the best. We had 3 guys that led us through the horseback riding and 2 of them were kids. They were so polite, kind, and professional. I loved getting to know them and their culture. Originally the youngest kid wasn’t going to be able to come but we asked for him to stay with us because my mom needed extra help. They were so amazing. We ended up going to the beach after everything and Fortie picked us up to take us back to the port.

William was an incredible guide and truly made this excursion the highlight of our entire 7-day trip. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and had an amazing time from start to finish. When my son cut his leg on coral while snorkeling, William immediately found vinegar to help ease the sting and made sure he was okay. He even stopped along the road to break open fresh sugar cane so the kids could try it, such a thoughtful and memorable touch. When there was a long wait for the horseback riding portion, he kept us engaged with other adventures so we didn’t spend time just standing around. We’re so glad we chose Anderson Adventures and were fortunate enough to have William as our guide, and more importantly, as a new friend. We truly wish he had been our guide for every excursion on this trip.

Our guide, Foster Whitaker, was completely engaging, kind and concerned about our needs. He ensured our experience was all we had hoped for, despite Nana not feeling well. Also the guide at the bird sanctuary was knowledgeable and considerate. He went out of his way to accommodate Nana’s needs, providing a wheelchair and pushing her up the hill. When she was unable to walk to the macaws he brought one to her.

I wish I could say I made this however they canceled on me less than 24 hours before the expected trip. Kind of sucked since we woke up early to drive from our place and didn’t see that it was canceled.

Everything was excellent except for the glitch in the snorkeling. The boat was not there when I arrived however Daren, my guide was on top of it! I did not get the full 1.5 hrs on the beach/ snorkeling part because of the boat but he found one and the guys on the boat made sure I had 30 mins of snorkeling thanks to Daren! He was a fantastic guide and was very knowledgeable about the island. He was by my side the whole day insuring I had the best experience I could & made me feel very safe. I will book again through this company and if you can ask for Daren Flowers!

This was hands-down the best excursion of our western Caribbean cruise (5/5). My husband and I had an incredible time! Our guide, Treca, was fantastic at customizing the day to suit us perfectly. We got to do so much—jungle ziplining, visiting a sloth and monkey sanctuary, horseback riding, snorkeling, spending time at the beach, and snapping a picture at the iconic Roatan landmark. When my husband spotted a food vendor, Treca even helped us pick up a fried fish meal to try something local. The snorkeling guide (we regret not catching his name, but he was from Nicaragua) was outstanding! He showed us two large starfish, schools of fish, two big tunas, and even a snake eel around the coral reef. Mr. Anderson, if you see this, just know you have an incredible team that goes above and beyond!

This was hands down the best excursion of our entire cruise! Artmon was an incredible host, full of knowledge and enthusiasm about the local culture and what makes Roatan such an unforgettable destination. Each part of the experience was perfectly curated—from the exhilarating zip line tour with guides who felt like true jungle acrobats, encouraging us to tap into our inner Spiderman, to the relaxing horseback ride led by Kyle, who made us feel so welcome as he showed us around the scenic Flowers Bay. The adventure continued on the water with our boat captain, who took us snorkeling in some of the most beautiful spots. Also included was meeting some monkeys and sloths a chocolate sampling, rum tasting and he even took us to a local cigar shop. Artmon truly showcased the best of Roatan, and we’re already planning a return trip to explore even more of this incredible island. Highly recommended!

The resort is very nice. Please save yourself the trouble and book directly through the resort. We told our cab driver we wanted to leave at 2pm and he came rushing down to the beach at noon saying we needed to leave then. Definitely won’t book again through here

We have travelled the world and its beaches. Roatan may be the best and most clear water anywhere. The reef was amazing! The day pass does not include towels, but we tipped the towel guy and fortunately, he accommodated.

Ron the Driver took Great Care of us the whole day. Carlos & Brian took care of a wonderful Breakfast & Bartending. The facilities were great, most certainly must be the best on the Island! The Pool, Sandy Beach & clear calm waters were magnificent! Experienced cruisers found this fist time visit to have been one of the best ever if looking for an Upscale and Tranquil experience. Food was Delicious as well! Pay a bit more & get an exceptional Day Pass during a stop on a Cruise. P.S. The friendliness & authenticity of this Island is incredibly and harkens back to great visits of our early years of Cruising. Viator never fails to take care of its Customers!!

My friend and I book this excursion based on the outstanding reviews and this company did not disappoint! After a short taxi ride up the hill, we were greeted by our amazing tour guide Stevin. Stevin made sure we were well taken care of by providing VIP treatment. Our ride to the resort was very interesting and knowledgeable as he provided us knowledge about the island and the culture. Once we arrived at the resort as promised Stevin made a special trip to purchase us the local rum (which we LOVE btw). Prior to leaving out for a bit, he made sure we were successfully checked in and provided us a quick tour. The resort was very clean, nice , amazing food, and bomb drinks. I would recommend to keep your sunblock handy. Though the seating area was very shaded, being out in the water of course is extremely sunny. After Stevin's return we all decided to hang out a bit and eat lunch. Wanting a more feel for the local food, Stevin agreed to stop at a local restaurant which was amazing!! We truly enjoyed out trip and I'm certain it wouldn't have been as great without Roatan Anderson Tours and our special tour guide Stevin! We have made a friend for life and once we return to Roatan, Honduras we will be sure to book this company and place a special request for our guy Stevin. BOOK THIS COMPANY NOW! DO NOT HESITATE!

Ocean water beautiful. Great snorkeling off beach ride there in old beat up minivan was horrible. Lots of wasted time touring town. Not needed. Just take me to resort! Not a true all inclusive resort so meal was in employee cafeteria. Crappy food. Meeting place for excursion extremely sketchy. Do not waste money on this. Just hire your own cab to beach.

Great resort with very nice pool and service. Clean and courteous staff. Beach chairs good and with shade. Only issue was no beach down at the water and the vendors down there. Just have to say no to them. The snacks down at the pool bar was a nice surprise. Sexy Chocolate was our tour guide for the day and he was great. Stayed with us at the resort all day and very informative on the drive to the resort. Would go again. The all-inclusive is our favorite part.

5.0 Infinity Bay Resort from a Cruise Ship

Everything went exactly as expected, and actually it was even better. Jerry was our guide for the day, and he allowed us to customize our trip as we went to the resort. Transportation to and from the port was great. We bypassed some things that did not interest us, he took us to the top of the island to see the port and do some excellent souvenir shopping, we stopped by a local joint for some local Honduran cuisine, and then we headed to Infinity Bay. The resort is very nice! The beach is gorgeous, great sand, crystal clear waters, and the lunch was really good. Lots of things to do extra at the resort if you want to pay, like snorkeling, fishing, etc. There are a lot of folks on the beach that will approach you to sell things, but you just say no thanks. Jerry stayed with us, served us drinks, kept a good watch over us and our things, and got us back to the boat in plenty of time.

Unfortunately we were not able to take our scheduled tour as one of our family members tested positive for Covid. After contacting the company, they responded and were gracious enough to refund our entire purchase. The company was easy to work with and very responsive. We previously toured with them in 2018 and it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Roatan. We will definitely be back!

We were on a cruise and was greeted outside the gate by Stevin Bennett who was graceful and very polite. here gave us the VIP tour where we stopped at the sloth, butterfly and monkey farm. Oh I'm gonna miss Denver the lovable monkey. From there we traveled to infinity Bay beach Resorts where he stood with us, showed us around, brought our drinks to us and he kept them coming, the entire day. it rained most of the day so I didn't get to be in the beach as I wanted but that was cuz I was kinda getting over a small cold. no fault to Roatan Anderson Tours or Infinity Bay. we had our all inclusive buffet which was really good, I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of food and the variety and everything was fresh and tasted good. the Teens who don't eat much of anything absolutely loved it. for those with picky teens. The drinks was a bit on the watery side except for that Pina colada that tasted really good, even better than the ships. a must try. the pool was really nice. Steven even provided us with gifts including their limpiro dollar, he heard ne saythis morning I wanted to try mangoes and brought us a bag....I have nothing bad to say about this tour other than to go with Roatan Anderson Tours if you're thinking about it and definitely ask to have Steven as your guide. Steven, you are welcome to keep in contact with us anytime. It was definitely a pleasure to have you for the day and we hope to come back and see you again and touring with Roatan Anderson tours. Steven, you know why? "all together now "cuz it's my birthday"😁 thanks for showing us a great time.

We were picked up by jaime who will treat you like his own family. Juanito and Stefany were super nice, energetic and funny! When you get to the port will have to walk a little bit but not a lot to drain you. It's to avoid the port traffic and get you to the resort as soon as possible for you to enjoy as much time possible. Once there jaime will walk you through the areas that are accessible to you and where you will meet him at the end of the day. The good was delicious, the beverages were plenty and the pool wad refreshing. The ocean was beautiful in this area as well. I would definitely be coming here again and hire Anderson tours.

We had a great day at Infinity Bay Beach Resort Service was very good with an upscale feel Unfortunately the driver did not return to take us back to our Ship After waiting we were forced to get a taxi who actually stopped on the road and had us switch to another car that was literally falling apart We almost missed our ship Not sure how far this bate and switch went. I feel that it was a plan all along It reminded me that I wasn’t in The USA. Let the buyer beware!

We did an all inclusive day at the Infinity Bay Resort and it included stops at the chocolate factory and rum distillery. Steven was our guide and was AMAZING!! Very attentive and helpful. Anytime we come back we’ll ask for him specifically.
