EJ was fantastic and the gentlemen with him (name escapes me) was similarly great. If you’re thinking about ATV’s while staying in Nassau, book this trip. Don’t think about it again and just do it. Our favorite activity while on vacation this past week, and EJ, our guide, was awesome and made the entire thing a blast. Book it!! Yes, you pay the initial fee and then pay cash or card on site for the insurance and gas, but you’re made aware of that before you go. Worth every penny.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time on this ATV tour! EJ and Tori were hands down the best guides and instructors. From the very beginning, they made safety a top priority by providing clear instructions and making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before we started.
One thing we loved was that the ATVs had plenty of power and could go really fast, which made the ride even more exciting and fun. At the same time, EJ and Tori made sure everyone stayed safe and understood the rules of the road throughout the tour.
We also appreciated that they never rushed us. They gave us plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the sights, take pictures, and take in the beauty of Nassau. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly made us feel welcome.
EJ and Tori did an incredible job showcasing the island and sharing authentic Bahamian hospitality. This was easily one of the best experiences of our trip. My husband and I had so much fun and made memories we’ll never forget.
If you’re visiting Nassau and looking for an exciting, safe, and unforgettable adventure, this ATV tour is a must-do. Highly recommend! 🌴🏍️☀️✨

Having to pay fees equal or more to the tour price creates havoc for the team onsite. I acknowledge what is not included is laid out in Viator, but it would be easier to just include these fees in the total price and avoid confusion. Overall tour is fun, but really can’t see Fort Charlotte and could do without the ‘souvenir stand’ stops. Had an hour downpour that flooded all the streets, so was fun for a bit riding the ATVs in the flooded streets. Until the traffic came to a stand still. Again, overall fun experience, but just understand the total cost is about double what is advertised at booking.

We had an amazing time on the ATV tour! We were in Nassau from a cruise and it was the perfect way to spend half the day. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable of the area. The ATV’s were simple to use and it was easy to understand the flow of traffic. The historic stops were a great way to learn more about the island. Our guide did not rush the experience and let us explore on our own time as it was just my party on the tour. The ATV’s were an absolute blast and there is nothing I would have rather done that day. There are additional fees payable on that day that are mentioned in the descriptions to be aware of but the experience certainly was worth it. I would highly recommend them and would love to do this again!

We booked online for $99/each but AFTER the booking is when you find out there’s a $22/ATV gas fee and $70/person insurance, although I’m not sure what it covers since the contract says it doesn’t cover you or the cost of any damage done to the machine in case of an accident. The tour was fun and our guide, Ondi, was great. Not sure it was worth over $400.

It was a very enjoyable excursion lead by E.J our tour guide! I booked solo while on a cruise visiting the island and felt very comfortable. From the cruise port it is roughly a 30min walk by foot. Once we departed the shop it was about a 2.5 hr adventure. Stopping at 4/5 historical sites and food/drink tours along the way. I would recommend!

So Samuel had messaged me about the excursion while I was on the cruise ship and didn’t get the message until 5 minutes after I was supposed to arrive. I didn’t have the transportation from the cruise port to the meet up spot. I thought I was going to have to wait until 1 pm to enjoy the excursion but Samuel hooked me up and had his guys give us a ride to the meet up spot. The group had already left but we met up with the m at the first stop and it was like we had been with the group the whole time. The sites you get to see are really cool if you like history. They do get you going pretty fast on the atv’s which was great. Unfortunately it was Election Day in The Bahamas so many restaurants and bars were closed as they were not allowed to sell alcohol. The tour guide made sure we had a long ride through the island and then took us to the fish fry which is a really awesome place to grab some food. There was several food shacks there. Definitely need to try the conch bites if you have never had them before. The tour was great and my son and I will do it again. There are added fees when you get to the meet up spot but reading the past peoples experiences I was prepared for it. Definitely a fun day and they never rushed you at any point. All the guys there were fantastic and the people you meet at montagues castle and the queen’s staircase were very friendly and knowledgeable. If you might be on the fence just pull the trigger it was definitely worth the money.

Tour Timing:
Our tours operate on a strict schedule out of respect for our other guests. While you were at the other company, our confirmed guests—who had communicated their transportation needs—were already at our compound, briefed on safety, and ready to depart.
No-Show Policy:
Because we held your spots and our team was waiting for you, we cannot be held responsible for guests who arrive at the wrong location and choose to pay a competitor rather than contacting the company they booked with. The check in process was very rocky, the lady at the desk was very frustrated and said the power was out and we had to pay the extra fees with cash only by going to an ATM. After the power came back she changed her mind and allowed us to pay with a card. The actual tour itself and the guides were great, you get to see all over Nassau and ripping through the streets on ATV’s was worth it in my opinion. Do be aware that you do have to pay about $90 in insurance and gas fees at the check in building. I would prefer them just to list the full price online instead of paying extra fees at check in.

I loved every minute of this tour. EJ was great despite another rider in the envoy crashing and hurting herself and her children during the tour. We got to visit a lot of different sites across the island like the queens staircase, a distillery, and a place to purchase rum cake. I cannot wait to do another ATV self guided tour.

22 min walk from the cruise port. After paying on viator nearly $400 the ATV tire company wanted to charge another $360 for gas and 3rd party insurance. $138 for the just the kids riding on the back. How could they cause 3rd party damage. No to mention that fee should be baked into the booking fee for upfront cost and not blindsided once you show up. Refund was refused so I have disputed with my CC company. Be aware this will cost you nearly 2x if you have a family.
One of the employees was kind enough to give us a return ride back to the terminal.

Liability insurance for drivers and Passenger insurance for passengers is self explanatory and is there to ensure that in the event an accident was to happen, all parties are protected financially especially the traveler. It covers ( medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, financial liability for damages to 3rd party, medical expenses to 3rd party etc) if you are responsible for the accident. Passenger insurance is to cover medical expenses & emergency evacuation for your passenger riding with you (spouse, child, parent, friend etc) in the event of an accident that you are found responsible for.
Many smaller and fly by night tour operators call the police when accidents happen and force travelers under the threat of being arrested and not being able to leave the country until the traveler pays hundred / thousands of dollars in cash to cover damages. We don’t operate in this manner!
It is unfortunate that you chose not to participate in the ATV Tour of Nassau that you booked yourself with all information there on the listing in black & white regarding what’s included and what’s not included with ticket purchase, liability insurance fee due in person at registration and the dollar amount, only minutes prior to the tour’s start time.
Additionally, there is a lot of preparation that goes into successfully carrying out our ATV Island Tour and to deliver the quality experiences our travelers expect. We are unable to refill vacancies when travelers cancel last minute for whatever reason (within hours prior to the start of their tour). We are governed by Viator/TripAdvisor cancellation policy which is there to protect all parties both travelers and tour operator. We strictly adhere to TripAdvisor/Viator cancellation policy.

The experience is worth the overall price, but the operators need to be more transparent and upfront on the costs so there are less surprises. Per driver, the ride costs $99 to rent the ATV, plus $60 for insurance, plus $11 for fuel, and if they pick you up from the cruise port, it’s another $30 per rider. I called ahead and was told pickup was included from the cruise port, and there was no mention of the increased insurance or fuel fees. It would be better priced at $200/head instead of being nickel and dimed along the way. That said, the ride, guide, and sights they took us to were great. I’d do this ride again in the future but would want full transparency before booking.

The machine given me was old and banged up a bit. It had no rear brakes and the front wernt very good. Lots of added fees when we got there. Insurance, fuel surcharge ect. The ATV riding itself was fun, but overall the tour felt rushed and not really worth the $170. The biggest issue was the food stop as we barely had enough time to actually eat before we were told to head back to the shop. It felt more like a quick stop to order food than a real break.
There was also a last-minute $70 add-on for insurance and gas that we were only told about in an email the day before the tour, which was already past the 24-hour cancellation window. That felt frustrating since it wasn’t clearly communicated upfront.
Another stop was a 30-minute beach break, which honestly felt unnecessary because that’s not enough time to really enjoy the beach or get in the water.
Overall, riding the ATVs was fun, but the schedule felt rushed and the extra costs and short stops made the experience feel overpriced for what it was. Other travelers should double check the extra fees and be aware that the tour moves pretty quickly between stops.

The guide were great the atvs were new and in good condition. The big drawback is beware of hidden fees. Once you get there you find out it’s 54 USD per driver for liability insurance and a 11 USD for gasoline So it was another 130 bucks and you find out to late to cancel.
