This was packed full of fun. Our private driver, Glavin, was waiting for us outside the port and was holding the sign so easy to identify. We started with zip lines. 1st time for us both. I’m 58 and he’s 45. He was terrified. In the end we both loved it. Next up animal eco tour. Our zip line and eco guide was Craig. He had treats for the different animals which made interaction great. Next up ATV buggy ride. This was also fun. However there was no mud as we came during the dry season. So nothing but dust. Buggy was more along the size of an off road go cart. It was fun just be ready to get bounced around. Finally some time at beach at the Pristine Beach club. This was so very relaxing. Grabbed a fresh pineapple juice and just enjoyed the pool. You also have access to a beach area with chairs. Nice way to end the trip. We had some time and asked our driver for local food spot. He took us to Randy’s near the port. We had some shrimp and it was ok. Little overcooked for me. Glavin then dropped us off at the port and we said goodbye to Roatan. We would love to come back again

We were super excited to zip line again! We had done in once before in Roatan and definitely wanted to do it again! Fantastic! After that we were brought to ride the ATVs. That was very fun! Soak and wet, filthy dirty, and laughing the whole time! You follow the guide around a man made course, huge puddles, lots of mud, and a great photographer at every corner. The whole package of a LOT of pictures was only$30. They take a before and after picture of you. Clean and dirty. It was really a blast! Then, just when we thought our day was over, we were surprised by the zoo! You can have your picture taken with a sloth, have a capuchin monkey climb onto your shoulder, hold a macaw on your arm, cross a sweet suspension bridge and more! So worth the cost to have such an amazing experience!

We really enjoyed this trip but would chose a different tour next time. We had about 40 ish min at the beach club and really wish we had more time. With the ziplines, they had us in a huge group of 25, so it was delayed significantly, shortening our times at the other attractions. We also felt that the sloth tour could be omitted, as it just felt like we were on a hiking tour. Overall, a good experience but would rather choose a tour that has more guaranteed beach time.

Dennest was our driver for this tour and he was incredible and super professional. The monkey and sloths were adorable and informative. The zip lining was next level exhilarating and the staff so personable. ATV was awesome, all the staff was great and we lucked out with it being rainy which made it more fun but super dirty….definitely pack a change of clothes. We were provided a drink of choice after the ride which was a nice surprise. We opted not to do the beach due to the weather. It was definitely a great value for the price. We would 100% do this tour again and request Dennest!

We loved the Roatan ATV Buggy jungle tour. Our family has some seasoned off-road riders, as well as some people who have never touched an ATV before. Our guide Robbie, and all the other staff made the experience great by leading us through the woods at our own pace. They had a mechanic behind us, guide in the lead, and a third person would constantly appear on a dirt bike to make sure everybody was OK. They were communicating with each other by two way radio, and it helped make us feelade us feel that we were being well cared for. The novice riders had a couple problems and got hung up, but the staff sprang into action quickly to get them going again, always being patient, friendly, and helpful. my own TV got swamped twice for me hitting the water too quickly, the staff was right there, and if they couldn’t get it started, they actually swapped me onto theirs until they could get it up and running, and then they followed along again. Making sure that we were enjoying the time and no time was wasted. We would highly recommend Roatan ATV jungle buggy tour!

From pick up at our hotel to drop off almost 6 hours later everything was awesome. Love the zip lining - amazing views. The guides were very clear and made us feel safe. Seven zip lines and they were all fantastic.
The nature park was incredible. Getting to see animals in their natural habitat was wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the animals and we feed monkeys and birds by hand. Seeing sloths was a highlight.
Then onto the buggies. So much fun. My family had a blast driving and getting dirty. The buggies were so well organized. There was a guide in front and 2 additional people to follow behind us and help with any problems. Plus of course a camera man to catch all the action. The views at the top were beautiful. We loved the stories that were shared about Roatan, too!
Finally we ended our day at what seemed to be a private resort because we had the area all to ourselves. We came in still dirty from the buggy ride but were welcomed kindly. We were in the pool with drinks in hand in no time.
My 3 teen sons said this was definitely the best day in Roatan and one thought it was our best excursion ever.
Kelvin was our driver all day and he was fantastic. He kept all of us laughing until the very end. I can’t remember the guides names throughout the day but everyone was excellent.

This was the first time I had booked an excursion through viator. Our tour guide, Cindy was so nice and amazing! Our first stop was the zip line and exotic animal tour. Our zip line instructors Sonny and Carlos were wonderful and always made sure we were comfortable during the entire zip line experience. Sara, our exotic animal guide was so sweet and informative about the many exotic animals. Next we were off to ride the dune buggy's. The team there were fantastic!! My daughter and I had so much fun as the staff led us through the trails and took many pictures along the way. Lastly, Cindy our tour guide took us to a beautiful private beach resort were we enjoyed the beautiful view water and beach huts. This was truly paradise!! Thank you Cindy for making this excursion so memorable! You ROCK and we will truly miss you! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

This adventure was amazing. Me and my family went on a cruise with NCL and we visited Roatan. We booked this excursion and it was the best thing we did the whole trip! Our tour guide was Ramen and he made the trip. He was very knowledgeable and educated us about the island and it’s history. He was a very positive and funny person and made sure we had the best experience while keeping us safe. If we go back I would only have him be our tour guide because he made it a unforgettable experience! We started the excursion by touring the animals including monkeys, birds, and sloths, among many others. Then we took a bus to the ATVs and road them through the paths in the jungle. Then we went to the private beach and pool and it was Breath Taking. It is really was so nice and I would definitely recommend. We ended it off with zip lining through the jungle. It was such a great time I definitely recommend trying it out!

Absolutely amazing! Although there was confusion with our pick up time, our driver was great… the crew at the Zip Line were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The ATV buggies were fun and fast, but their condition was questionable… they were stalling and needed restarting several times… but, crew was helpful and friendly. The final leg was a trip to a local resort for a swim in the pool. But they wanted $5 to use their towels…. Weird!

This day was packed with laughed and good times. I think this was probably our groups favorite day/excursion. Calvin- aka Tom Tom, was our guide/driver. He was so responsive and was definitely a highlight of our trip. He was funny and outgoing and shared so much about the local culture. Our group loved the zip lining and the guides there did a great job, especially with the kids who were a littler nervous. The views were amazing and the number of lines was just right. The animal parts were great and we learned a lot. The area was clean and safe. The 4 wheeling was good, you definitely get dirty. The machines were ok, but we had to swap out two but the staff were really good about it. Calvin then took us to the most amazing beach club with access to a beach, a pool, and great food/drinks. The entire experience was fantastic. Ask for Calvin, you won't be disappointed!

Our driver and host, Lexie, was the best part of the whole experience. He was very nice and accommodating. The zip line was exhilarating and every thing I expected. The animal sanctuary was awesome. I recommend taking a little cash with you to the animal sanctuary so you can purchase souvenirs. The ATV…..I could have done without. They kept dying so we had to switch buggy’s a couple times and it’s VERY MUDDY! I expected mud but sheesh, lol. Luckily I was prepared enough for the adventure. I recommend this tour and I highly recommend Lexie as a driver and host.

Ziplines were great! It was a last minute addition, but Victor took care of us and added it in for our first stop. Some really good lines with great views. The guys with us were helpful and funny.
Then we went to the ATV/Buggy park and had an absolute blast! It had rained the day before so there was plenty of mud. We took it easy at first, but once we got splashed a bit, we went all out. I have driven many ATVs and buggies, as well as driven racecars, and can say this was up there with the amount of fun. The buggies were a bit underpowered, but you could slide them great through the turns! Highly recommend to bring a spare set of clothes, but oh so worth it.
After the buggies, we headed over to Pristine Bay to relax by the pool. Hands down one of the nicest pools I have ever swam in and somehow we had the whole thing to ourselves for the day (slow season in Roatan).
Victor, our driver and guide, was wonderful. He showed us some great sights and we learned a bunch about Roatan.
Really looking forward to booking again with these guys the next time we visit Roatan!

We had an amazing time. I was a little worried because roatan time is an hour behind the ships time and our excursion wouldn't be over on time. We booked through viator, much cheaper than the ship. The people of this excursion came and got us early so we could still enjoy the entire excursion! Victor, our driver, went out of his way to make sure we got to enjoy everything, and be back in plenty of time for our ship. He was standing just outside the gate waiting on us. Everyone was amazing. We choose to ride the buggies instead of the 4-wheeler, because my husband wanted "to tear it up!" We are experienced riders, he more than I.I didn't want to slow him down, who knows when we will be able to ride through the jungles of Honduras again, so we choose the buggies and he drove. The guide took us on an amazing adventure, my husband was able to use all his skills!! We didn't know about the mud, though. We came back covered in it. They had a place to wash off. Bring extra clothes, we didn't🤣. The Zipline was more than I expected. I had a blast. I came in to fast at one spot and bounced back out a bit. One of the cute little island boys had to "rescue" me. It was great! He was kind and very strong! The sloth was my favorite,of course! They are so sweet . I expected them to be soft, idk why. They are very wirey. I was able to spend a good amount of time holding mine. The monkeys were great also. We had allot of time to see them. They jumped on and off me. The guide would put baby food in my hand and one would lick it off my hand. I love animals, so I was thrilled. I highly recommend this excursion. It was just my husband and I, but I saw kids there really enjoying it. I'm sure there are other excursions like this one, but I don't think you'll get the experience we had on any other excursion. It was the best.

This was a great excursion. Lexie was our driver and he was great- even contacting me multiple times prior to the excursion to answer any questions and make final arrangements. There were 5 of us in the group: myself and a family of 4. We were taken around in a van by Lexie. We started at the ATV location where we had our choice of buggy or 4-wheeler. I choose a 4-wheeler and was glad I did- much more powerful! I had a great time ripping though the mud and waters. We then headed to the animal sanctuary and zipline location. We spent probably and hour or so going around looking at the animals and feeding or holding those we could. Then on to the ziplines! I think we did 8 lines? I lost count 😂. They were a good mix of lines and didn’t require a ton of hiking in between. We finished at a beach where we relaxed for an hour or so (we could’ve stayed longer but were ready to go back to our ship). Lexie was accommodating and would’ve stopped where ever we wanted. It was a fantastic day! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone.

Best thing, l was here last month on this excellent tour to Roatan. I was well received and given safety briefing upon my arrival. Such an awesome day! We were nervous to book this not through the cruise company, but it worked out great! We loved having our driver, Roger, just hang out with us all day and get us checked in everywhere we went. The zip lines were awesome and the workers were so helpful and pleasant. Our kids especially loved holding the macaw, monkeys and sloth! We rode the buggies and had an absolute blast in the mud. Once again, the workers there were amazing and so helpful. The beach was probably the only activity that was just okay, but we enjoyed yummy food and excellent service. Highlight of our cruise for sure!!

Thank you kindly for sharing - Please accept our apologies. With due respect sir, this is a nature park where animals interact with their own wish. We investigated and found out that two of the sloths are pregnant and they went up the trees for some reasons and rest of their family followed up as well. We were advised that park personnel tried to get them down by offering their favorite leaves but sloths family decided not to come down which was not very common. Animal park manager/operator wanted to respect their space and chose not to disturb them especially when being as pregnant. With regards to monkeys is also one family where the Alpha male Luis controls all their activity - as per the guide they were around there on trees but only one decided to come down to meet and interact. Rest do follow at their own time but sometimes it is their own rules are set of animal kingdom which we fully respect and do not have control over. Please note that, since we support the wild life and animals raised in natural habitat. We would respect their space and their own rules of jungles. Having said that although we have no control over the animals wish but we are happy to offer you a free visit to the animal park on the next visit for all of you plus now we will offer you a discount to 10% on the full activity booked. Please claim your refund directly from Viator.

We were supposed to meet our tour operator at 7am local time, got off the ship early and was waiting for them by 6:30am to 8:30am (local time). We walked up and down the hill that all the tour operators were stationed at yelling our OTHER customer names, to no avail. We called out our names to the tour operators, to no avail. We asked 2 other tour operators for assistance and showed them our tickets. They called out our names and CALLED OUR TOUR OPERATOR to no avail (only option was to leave a message). As the tour operator knows, once we get off of our ship, we have no phone or internet access and they are unable to reach us. I rec'd internet messages HOURS later from them saying that they were there looking for us, which is untrue. They refuse to give us a refund and I am not going through my credit card company for a full charge back/refund. I hope Viator re-considers working with this tour company in the future, as this is quite unprofessional and wasted a full excursion day for us. This is unacceptable.

We only follow what we are told or informed by Viator. We don’t have an access to your refund or any other credit card information. You did right if you informed to your CC company. But this is never the case that we were sent a booking and why would we not be there to pick up, it makes no business sense. We all need to make money to survive. We always take pics when we are waiting outside the port, we are happy to share the pics of us waiting outside the port. Please check on June4th, someone posting for quote "Roger a Great Guide Time of My Life" And you think after one day the same person would not even show up - Not possible!! If you have one pic waiting there please send us. Sir you did not come out of the port. We would highly appreciate not to misguide the online community. You would have got 100% refund since we did not serve you; but for honesty sake and not for money alone please stand for the truth and facts only. Unless we were not sent any of such bookings or someone do not show up in time, we usually wait 15 mins over the time.
Please note that all your Viator bookings including the Cc payments and refunds etc are controlled by Viator only. Not us at any point.

Lexi was the bomb. He gave us a tour of the island, which was nice but not what we anticipated. Chocolate factory was tasty, but crowded.
Monkeys and sloths were adorable, they were my kids favorite part of our trip.
The zipline was great. 7 runs of different lengths. You are strapped to a double cable system, very safe. They even harnessed in my 3 year old to me, who absolutely loved it.
We wasted at least 45 minutes because someone in our group bought tickets that in the description mentioned zipline, but not in the title.. so we sat around while they haggled. In the end that wasted time ate up our beach time.
The four wheeling was surprisingly fun. Although we kind of repeated multiple loops it was still a great time. We opted for the side by side carts to enjoy the experience together. Those machines added a new dimention of fun as we were used to four wheelers.
We ran to the beach next. But didn't have time to enjoy it.
The beach facilities were very nice but I didn't care for that water, it was smelly. This is a nice beach to relax and enjoy a drink, this is not a beach to snorkel at.
Lexi hustled us back to our cruise and we were about the last ones back on.
I have always wanted to dive Roatan, but opted for this tour to enjoy the day with my family. I have no regrets, we had a great day. I reccomend zip and ATV, for us trying to fit in the beach just added stress.

Every part of this excursion was amazing. Our Tour guide Sexy Lexi was a blast. The staff at the Monkey/sloth sanctuary, zipline and the ATVS were not only friendly but had us laughing none stop. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

3.0 A fun but disorganized day in Roatan

While we had a lot of fun, this tour was disorganized and not what we anticipated. Despite buying a "private" tour and told we had to be at our designated meeting place by 9:30, we arrived to be told that another group would be joining us at 11 and the guide tried to take us to a chocolate factory to kill time - something we had no interest in. Had we known they didn't want to start until 11, we could have had a leisurely morning on the cruise ship instead of rushing offshore. Our guide was lovely but everything was way too disorganized. 90 minutes after arrival and her taking us on an aimless drive to kill time we finally got to our first stop, the monkey and sloth encounter, and the guide told us that their staff would take us directly to the zip line once we were done there. Instead, we finished the tour and the staff claimed ignorance and said that we had to wait for our guide - who at that point had gone to collect the other tourists for our "private" tour and wasn't answering her phone. When she arrived with the new group a bit later, we brought up what happened, it was shrugged off, and her suggestion was that we do the monkey/sloth visit we had just finished yet again with the new people - another waste of time. It was finally around noon when we made it to the zip line which was super fun and the highlight of the day. However, despite it being lunch time, we were told we had to go right to the ATV place after zip lining. The tour provided no advice that the ATV course was extremely wet, that we would be covered in mud, and that a change of clothes and shoes was a must. Instead, me and my white shorts and canvas shoes got caked in mud. Had we known ahead of time we would have dressed (and packed) accordingly. In addition, this ATV course is intense: very steep hills and treacherous terrains - by no means well suited for those who are not very brave. Again we would have appreciated the tour description accurately describing this activity as high octane/for thrill seekers only (which I am not). By this point it was around 3pm and we were muddy, hungry, had no time for the promised village tour and beach time, and we had to head back to the boat. Again our guide was very sweet but there was no sense of urgency. I know this is an island and there's such a thing as "island time" but as day trippers with limited time I was disappointed that so much time was spent waiting around with no communication. Three stars because the activities were fun and the guide was very kind but I can't recommend this tour unless it becomes more organized.

The ATV riding was the best part. Loved our fun guides. team 1. Ask for them. They are the best! The beach was ok. Places to change and shower but every little thing was extra. Even the towels! Bring your own. Snorkeling was an extra $25 per person. Didn’t get to the monkeys and sloths bc our kids were tired. Our guide Margarie was super sweet and accommodating and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with her. Would do again.

Guides were very friendly, knowledge and helpful with regards to the ATV's. Loved holding the sloth and having the monkeys on our shoulders, guide made sure everyone had a chance to hold and pet the animals. The beach was beautiful, drinks and food were very good!
Would highly recommend every family try this adventure! Well worth the money!!

Hands down best tour on the island. Pickup is included from your location and they send an awesome your guide to get you. He will stay with you throughout the entire tour and gives so much more then what they show on the site. We learned all kinds of history and saw the entire island. I'd definitely recommend asking for Joel if you can. We started off ziplining which included the fastest zipline I've ever been on. Then we got to not only see but we got to hold them and feed them and learn about them. It was unforgettable. Then we went mudding on atvs which also had beauty and lessons of culture and history. We left covered head to toe in mud and it was awesome. Don't worry they have outdoor showers to rinse off and a bathroom to put a change of clothes on which you will want as your next stop is their famous chocolate factory. We tasted all kinds of chocolate, had delicious coffee, paninis, dessert and great conversation with our guide. He showed us all the cool Hotspot on the island and gave us great spots to hit after. I have never felt I got more bang for my buck then with this tour. They go above and beyond and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend doesn't begin to cover it.

Erick met us outside the cruise terminal gate and took us to our first stop where we rode dune buggies. We were with team 3 who did an outstanding job during the entire ride. Expect to get muddy and dirty which is the best part. After the drive time you can shower off and change. Next, we were driven to the zipline/animal encounter. Here we were guided through the animal encounter section which was very informative. Next, we ziplined across 7 ziplines. For the next part of the excursion, Erick took us to the beach where we purchased food and beverages and enjoyed the beach. Erick stayed at each location with us throughout the day. We definitely recommend this excursion and ask for Erick as he has a wealth of knowledge about the island and is a great person to spend the day with.
